Tv could be Abit bigger and some more milk maybi a small heater when it's cold but nothing else it was beautiful and comfortable

Room 4! Room is right by the pnp fridge motors as it's facing the back of pnp. Extremely loud therefore hardly got any decent sleep. And way too much outside light shinning into the room. I've stayed over a good couple of times and that Room has to be to the worst especially given its the highest paid Room but the least enjoyable. Also...I'm not too sure why the price of the room is that high. Yes, it's bigger but the bathroom is way smaller than the other rooms I've stayed in and most uncomfortable in terms of sleeping. I'd book again because I like that place however not that same room...

I love the space, everything is just perfect, host is awesome, love that is close to the mall it's nice at night, just love the convenience

The room was very nice and clean, modern bathroom, ample cupboard space for you to use and store your clothes for your stay, the place also has a laundry room for your convenience which I really enjoyed as we could do our laundry before leaving cape town. Its literally walking distance to shops and N1 City mall is like 1km away, easy access to the N1 highway which was also like 600m away, the travel time to the CBD took me like 15min on average which was very convenient. Lastly the hosts were extremely helpful and kind and made our stay very pleasant, thank you guys it was lovely. Definitely coming back soon😄

Location close to N1 City and N1 Highway. Shops just around the corner include PnP, Fish & Chips, Clicks and a pub if you like sport & karaoke. It's clean as a pin and Saul is a pleasure to deal with for anything you need.

Our room was opposite PnPs refrigeration units which sometimes sound noisy. No grass in the back.

Our host met us,showed us around and gave us the keys over the weekend when we arrived. We were shown where to park and how eveything works.

Great centrally located place.

I loved that the unit had an aircon and 100% privacy. The area was very safe.

I had a great stay. Stayed for a month. Place in nice and peaceful very safe and secure with secure parking inside the house. Equipped for long stay with a washing machine, fridge microwave, hairdryer and stove in each unit. Very clean, cleaners are friendly and helpful, they even helped me by removing my washing from the washing line and placed it my room when it was dry and I was away. Its close to N1 makes travelling easy for non Capetonians. Close to N1 City Mall which has almost everything one needs.

I didn't experience anything that I was dissatisfied with.

Amazing staff, the rooom👌👌👌👌clean and we had the best sleep. No words can describe the hospitality we got from Thabisa, and Saul two most amazing hosts. Worth every penny

Ideal to reach main freeways (highways) quick to airport. Was especially ideal for us as only 5mins away from friends. Safe. Liked we could park inside. Very secure. Interior was lovely. Fresh bedding and towels offered whenever we wanted. Cleaned regularly or as required.

Just a small problem, not major. Sadly they had a problem with ants so would have been nice to have this looked at especially since we made them aware. Had to put everything in the fridge. 1 bedside lamp was rather flimsy & didn't work. But not a big issue

I’ve stayed at this property a few times. I like the location, privacy and security of the property. It’s a central location with easy access to all main routes. Saul has always been helpful and courteous and he really makes sure the guest/s enjoy the stay…I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property..👌👌

As it is behind the Pick N Pay there was some noise from trucks but we didnt hear people in the other rooms

No bus or train to the cape town city , no public transportation near the location.if hire a car then its good place to live

It's the 5 or 6th time we've stayed over. Absolutely love it. However this time the TV wasn't working...therefore wasn't able to watch any movies while relaxing. I think the TV needs to be updated.

Well appointed room for a business trip no frills and no fuss. Secure parking behind a motorised gate a big plus especially in Cape Town. Also very conveniently located with easy access to the N1.

The wifi was a bit slow when working online and trying to take online meetings or for wifi calling.

The location could not have been better for us to reach the airport for an early morning flight. The place was spotless and although we did not use the self catering part, they thought of everything. Getting in and out the secure building and parking, was seamless. Saul was very welcoming when handing over our keyes and communication from management great.

The fact that we only had one pillow each, but that may be a personal preference.

Exceptionally neat and clean, comfortable bed. Secure parking with easy access and options. Wifi was good, watched some Netflix which was a treat. Well located for N1 City and the freeway. Friendly staff!

Not due to the establishment itself, but due to being close to retail stores, there are certain noises during the night and early morning (delivery, etc). There was an issue with an exceptionally noisy guest but this was quickly sorted out. However, guests should provide own toiletries as soap provided is not adequate (poor quality).

Immaculate clean, newly renovated rooms. Location seemed like not the best area, but we felt very safe at the property Host went extra mile to accommodate us. Thank you very much.

There were only 2 standars pillows on the bed. I would have loved extra pillows. It was raining that night, so an extra blanket would have been appreciated.

Wagenaar Village is near the N1 and the Monte Vista Blvd. Easy to find, very neat and relatively still with the high ways so close. The room and everything inside was clean. The security was good. We enjoyed the coffee we could make. The bed was superb and we slept peacefully.

Every thing was good. We would have like for some teabags to make tea.

It is ideally located near main routes and malls, and the property is in a nice and quite area…The staff member Saul was always on hand and very helpful👌it was my second stay and I enjoyed it indeed..I will definitely stay there again…
