Hornbill Castle

Service and location was good

Menu could have been more customisable to users and few other facilities like hot water for drinking might have been better

Staff very good and honest management handling the customer.

You can get, what actually see in the pictures. Room and bathroom are very clean. Comfortable bed. Then, their service was very good 'vera level' a good choice for family. Food: Actually their staff Mr. Phillips and another two ammas was is very sweet and caring, he made some dosa and idly, it was felt like home away from home. It was located before the main valparai city, so here we can't here any noise. Very pleasant stay. My family was very happy 😊. Top notch. Safe for families.

Over all everything is good.

Excellent hospitality

They r not provided towels, soap and sampoo

Only pure veg and strict for not to allow bachelors and smoking person and alcohol persons .. this is very very good for family stay .. best place for family

No dental kits, no provisions provide , no communication from room to reception facilities so must keep telephone to contact reception

Excellent place, delicious food, responsive staff

Bare minimum furniture in the room.

It was a very pleasant stay for our family at this property, all the staff were very friendly, breakfast and meals prepared at this property are very tasty, same as homemade food. Mr. Jebaraj Joshua guided and helped us plan effectively for sight seeing and shopping at Valparai.

Very good

Name Board should be visible...

We stayed at this amazing home stay for 3 nights and throughly enjoyed the stay! Valparai is a very scenic and beautiful place, but doesn't have many tourist spots, hence selection of the home stay is very important. Mr Joshua has maintained the place impeccably and the rooms are very neat and clean. The rooms were very well maintained and had all facilities like hot water (very important in Valparai climate), a TV and Wi-Fi. There is ample covered car parking too, which made the stay that much better! Thanks to Bharath who was very kind and courteous and made our stay that much better! Definitely a must recommend from me!

NA

Nice hotel to stay, everyone is helpful and taking individual care ...neat,clean...meal is very good homely... affordable price...

Management care towards guests was exceptional. Pretty big rooms, never expected it. Home food provided by hotel was good. Decent car parking (can park up to 6 cars within premises). Perfect for family travelers.

Bed was little uncomfortable. They can add a wardrobe or some side table to keep things. Nothing much to complain.

Their Room Service and Cleanliness. Very supportive throughout the stay.

Nothing to say

Good , location is awesome, easy to locate and extremely peaceful

Not much, but there is no cabinet in the room

Clean and spacious rooms. View was good. Staffs and food were good. Town is near.

Toiletries were limited to soap & towel. Parking space is limited. No good shops nearby.

Right on the highway, easy to find. A very clean place with a nature park on the opposite side, a lot of birds, tea gardens and convenient car parking.

Break fast was simple but was very nice. They prepare it based on our options and the taste were exceptional. We have ordered lunch and dinner as well. My family enjoyed it a lot.

Property is on road , room size is big and net & clean, good breakfast. Staffs are very helpful.

We were warmly welcomed and shown to our spacious and spotlessly clean room. The location was ideal, opposite the Botanical Gardens and walking distance into the vibrant town of Valparai. Although located on the main road, it was incredibly quiet at night. The South Indian breakfast was made with love and was absolutely delicious.
