Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Excelente todo , muy comodo el depto la cama de 10 dormi super bien , el agua estupendo despues de un dia frio una ducha caliente era lo mas. La climatizacion buenisima super calentito adentro no pasas frio. La zona muy buena a 1 cuadra de la av principal donde comienza el centro ibamos todos los dias. La cocina funciona muy bien no estoy acostumbrada a lo electrico pero nos funciono re bien. La atencion genial nos respondieron todo sacaron dudas , siempre muy amable y atenta a todo barbi. Muy agradecida con todo. Hasta el locker para guardar valija muy bueno yo viaje con 4 valijas dos grandes y 2 chicas y me vino de 10 me dejo disfrutar el ultimo dia xq mi vuelo era a la noche recien. Si tuviera la suerte de volver , volveria a elegirlos. Simplemente gracias.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026A localização é excelente! Perto do mercado La Anônima, lojas de aluguel de roupas e da av. San Martins. O aquecimento por irradiação no piso é eficiente e traz um conforto para todos os cômodos. Assim, se gosta, pode andar descalço e nem sentir frio. A vista é maravilhosa! Cozinha bem equipada com utensílios novos e de qualidade.
A anfitriã poderia deixar pelos menos 2 rolos de papel higiênico e também mais um saco de lixo. Para quem está viajando, não compensa comprar um pacote de saco de lixo, já que no mercado não vendem unidades.

El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía: camas y almohadas súper cómodas, una cocina eléctrica que funciona muy bien, los utensilios de cocina ¡Excelentes!, la presión del agua es fabulosa y el wifi funciona perfecto. Además, la vista que tiene es muy linda y el lugar, pese a estar a una cuadra de la calle principal (San Martín), es super silencioso. Ideal para descansar. Barbara, su anfitriona, también es muy buena. Me voy súper conforme con el lugar y sin dudas lo recomendaría (y volvería 😃).

Esto es una retroalimentacion, La cama era muy dura y las almohadas muy suaves, no tenías información adicional del uso del televisor, solo tenía YouTube abierto, las demás aplicaciones no funcionaban, En el caso de información sobre lugares cerca no tenías nada de valor agregado para ir a comer o lugares seguros para cambio de dinero y demás.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2024The view is great - although it's the first floor, the windows are at the height of a third floor. I appreciated the heating floor, it worked perfectly. The kitchen facilities were enough, but we didn't really cook, only heated and made tea. Beds were comfortable, hot water was HOT indeed with a great pressure. I enjoyed the location of the apartment - taxi would arrive in a minute and in 25 minutes you'll be anywhere from the national park to the Laguna Esmeralda. Another important point for me is that overall the design of the apartment is modern and everything looks clean and minimalistic. The host is perfect - no bother just quick help with anything. I'd surely get back.
I'd appreciate it if there were facilities to dry clothes out. Sometimes we just leave it on the floor because it's warm. You can hear neighbors well. Luckily, they all respected the night hours, so it didn't really bother us. There is construction work near the building, so you can hear the noise, but only during the day.

The shower was very good with very hot water. The view from the window was very beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. Barbara was also very friendly and quick to assist us with everything we needed.
