Όλο το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο.

The apartment was cleaned and the rubbish taken out every day. When we reported that there was no hot water, it was restored within half an hour.

Отрицателно: The owners monitor when guests leave and enter the apartment at any time, without informing us and without asking for our agreement. This happened on all eight days of our stay, beyond the agreed morning cleaning. It is not mentioned anywhere in the listing and we were not told about it on arrival. The owner confirmed theis unpleasant practice in writing. On several evenings we saw the owner walking around the building and looking through the windows to check whether we were inside. The impression was that we were being watched throughout our stay. This is an intrusion into the private life and private space that we had paid for, and it is the main reason we would not stay here again. Air conditioning is listed as an included amenity, but it cannot be used freely. We were asked to switch the units off whenever we left. We agreed to a compromise proposed to the owner: we would switch them off each morning and he would switch them back on at 16:00. We kept to this every day; but unfortunately the units were never on when we returned. On every evening when we went out and left a unit running, we found it switched off on our return, without exception. Outside temperatures were 37-40°C. When we asked why, the owners explained that a running air conditioner poses a risk of fire. If that is true, the risk exists equally while guests are inside the apartment and while they are asleep in it. We find this explanation a serious concern about our safety and the safety of the accommodation itself. If you expect privacy while you are out, or you need air conditioning in summer, thing twice and take this into account before booking.

Το δωμάτιο είναι μικρό για 1 άτομο στο θέμα των αποσκευών και ακόμη ήταν για δύο άτομα καταχωρημένο.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία.... Ευχάριστο προσωπικό με ευγένεια!!!!! Θα το ξαναεπελεγα!!!!!

Fantastisches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und spontan

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία, μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης, λίγα λεπτά απο την λίμνη. Αν και το ξενοδοχείο δεν εχει parking, ακριβώς απέναντι βρίσκεται το δημοτικό parking, όπου με αντίτιμο 3€ μπορεις να παρκάρεις όλη την ημέρα. Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Πολυ καλη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Πολυ ανετο κρεβάτι.

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο που σε δυσκολεύει να τοποθετήσεις τις χειραποσκευές σου και να κινηθείς άνετα στο χώρο. Επιλέξαμε το classic δίκλινο δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι, ωστόσο το μπαλκόνι ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρο και έβλεπε στον φωταγωγό/ακάλυπτο (πισω πλευρά), χωρις ουσιαστικά καμία χρησιμότητα .

Κεντρική τοποθεσία, ασφαλής είσοδος, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, καθαρό ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με κλιματισμό. Έμεινα απολύτως ευχαριστημένη και θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Ήταν η θέση η ποιότητα τιμής και παροχών και η ρεσεψιονίστ Ραφαέλα πολύ εξυπηρετική ευγενική και πάντα χαμογελαστή και με διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση.

Very clean and spacious room in an excellent location, at the city center.

Breakfast was served at a nearby bakery. Was Ok but still not as convenient as a hotel space would be.

Hôtel sur la rue principale de Ioannina avec plein de commerces tout autour. 10-15 minutes de marche jusqu'au lac. L'hôtel est propre, très bien équipé et très bien entretenu.

En arrivant en voiture on a eu du mal à repérer l'hôtel puisqu'il n'y a pas de pancarte et que le nom de l'hôtel est caché par les arbres, donc pas visible depuis la voiture. La rue principale est très bruyante la nuit.

Camera ampia e pulitissima, materassi davvero comodi, doccia comoda, camera silenziosa con terrazzo comune dotato di tavolini e sedie, struttura nuova e pulita vicinissima al centro, personale giovane, gentile e molto disponibile.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Καλό πρωινό. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι.

Λόγω της τοποθεσίας, δυσκολευτήκαμε να βρούμε πάρκινγκ. Αλλά επειδή είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό δεν χρειαστήκαμε αυτοκίνητο στις μετέπειτα μετακινήσεις στη πόλη.

Τοποθεσία: στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων ,πρόσβαση άμεση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, εξαιρετικό πρωινό, πλήρες σε παροχές. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Τυπική καθαριότητα ένα απλό δωμάτιο χωρίς κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Το πρωινό σε διπλανό φούρνο αρκετά μέτριο χωρίς την επιλογή καφέ εκτός του γαλλικού. Ξέχασα μια κρέμα και δεν βρέθηκε ποτέ.

Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο άνετο , καθαρό και σε τέλειο σημείο. Δημοτικό παρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι (3 ευρώ τη μέρα και το άφησες 24ωρο) και παρά πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Στο δωμάτιο είχε καφέ και τσάι, νερό και ψυγειακι. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.

The rooms facing the main street are great. The young man and the ladies at reception were very polite and helpful. Value for money was super.

There was no shower enclosure, so the whole bathroom would get wet when showering.

It was a very pleasant stay in an amazing location: close to the lake, the city centre, restaurants, and everything we wanted to visit in Ioannina. The hotel was super clean and very nicely renovated, with a fresh and comfortable feel.

The only downside was the parking situation. It was very difficult to find a place nearby, and we had to park around 1 km away. There was also no real possibility to stop in front of the hotel even briefly to unload our suitcases, which made arrival a bit stressful.

Colazione standard. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e cordiale. La stanza, camera singola piccola, era pulitissima e super attrezzata ma mi è sembrata un po' angusta. C'era spazio per girare intorno al letto ma non per aprire la valigia con comodità. In un precedente soggiorno avevo la singola con balcone e vista sulla torre dell'orologio, quella stanza ha superato le mie aspettative e per un soggiorno di più notti consiglio sicuramente la stanza grande!

Forse l'insonorizzazione. Si sentivano sbattere le porte delle altre camere e il suono della televisione dei vicini.

Dit hotel uitgezocht vanwege de locatie. Het gezellige centrum / boulevard, is om de hoek dus loopafstand. Je kunt dus gezellig uit en hoeft niet meer te rijden of reizen. Parkeren kun je voor 3 euro op de algemene parkeerplaats en er is behoorlijk wat schaduw daar. Ontbijt is prima en naast het hotel.

Kamers zijn klein, maar het is schoon en alles is er. Airco en koelkastje, wat heb je nog meer nodig? 😏

Nous avons aimé la literie, l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner et le fait d'avoir un frigo et de quoi se faire une boisson chaude. Le plus qui fait plaisir: les chocolats !

L'accroche pour le pommeau de douche était cassé donc on est obligé de le tenir pour se laver ce qui est inconfortable. La fenêtre donnait sur un mur blanc à 2 m... Zéro vu donc pour les chambres premier prix.

Despite placing the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, housekeeping still entered our room. When we returned, €100 was missing. Reception’s response was simply that they could “reprimand” the staff and that we should have used the safe—even though we had clearly requested that no one enter our room. This was completely unacceptable and felt like management was not taking the incident seriously. Same reply when booking support contacted them. The room itself was also poorly maintained. The bed sheets had visible brown stains, the bathroom fixtures were loose, there was moisture damage on the walls, and the room was generally in poor condition. Overall, definitely not worth the risk if you value your personal belongings. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very professional, and the location was perfect. I was happy to get a great room with a street view and a square view.

Everything was perfect, and Ioannina is a great place to be.

we stayed at this hotel only one night on way to Corfu. It exceeded our expectations. The hotel located right in the city center and everything was spotlessly clean. The are a bit small they are enough and comfortable for one night stay. Breakfast served at the bakery next door. I thought it was quiet sufficient I especially loved spinach pie. I would definitely stay here again.

Izvrsna lokacija, udobne i čiste smještajne jedinice. Prtljagu možete iskrcati na ulici pred samim hotelom. Parking je na javnom parkiralištu nasuprot hotela (3 eura po danu)

Požurite rano na doručak. Mi smo došli pred kraj pa je ponuda bila već ograničena, a djelatnice pekare su jedva dočekale ukloniti hranu.

To start with, the location was perfect. Also the room was and the bed were very comfortable.

My room had a window and not a balcony. The view of my room was a wall. Also, there was a weird smell when entering the room, but this had nothing to do with the cleanliness of the room.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό! Το πρόγευμα του ήταν φρέσκο αλλά ελεγχόμενο! Επίσης η τοποθεσία του ήταν βολική!

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης! Αν είσαι τυχερός θα παρκάρεις έξω από ξενοδοχείο αλλιώς στον δημοτικό χώρο στάθμευσης! Επίσης η έξοδος κινδύνου στον 1ο όροφο ήταν κλειδωμένη από μέσα! Μετά από υπόδειξη του συζύγου μου την ξεκλείδωσαν!

Suihkussa huono paine ja vaihteleva lämpötila. Pysäköinti oli hankalaa.
