Reviewed Aug 2, 2026It’s an amazing location with a great view of Taganga. The pool area and balcony views are incredible, and it’s a very short walk to the main part of town. The woman who checked us in was super nice and helpful
The power went out at the property for the last day of our stay. It impacted Taganga generally, so not the accommodations fault, but other properties seemed to regain power quicker. Given the weather, aircon was very much needed Also the accommodation is not a hotel. There is a bar area with a fridge near the pool, but no one serving drinks. If you’re staying multiple nights, it wasn’t 100% clear what you were supposed to do with toilet waste that could not be flushed, given the bathrooms weren’t attended to. This is not a criticism, just an FYI Taganga as a whole has pretty limited infrastructure and the town appears to struggle with rubbish / smells etc, and the accommodation was doing its best in the circumstances

Abbiamo fatto alcune richieste durante il nostro soggiorno e sono sempre stati pronti ad accoglierle. Posizione perfetta per le spiagge e il paese di taganga dove ci sono bar e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Piscina e WiFi perfetti. Vista mare indimenticabile. Grazie mille torneremo!

In der Unterkunft war es extrem laut. Unsere Cabaña lag direkt an der Straße, wenn auch erhöht darüber. Der Verkehr ist sehr störend und lässt dich kaum schlafen. Der Ort an sich ist total vermüllt, überall liegt der Müll herum. Das liegt aber nicht an der Unterkunft.

With an amazing view also comes great wind. It can get a little bit noisy during the night.

Hubo un inconveniente con el agua pero lo resolvieron en seguida.

THE TRAFFIC NOISE! The Cabanas are on Main road with a junction to the beach. From 6am until midnight, there are trucks, cars, tankers, motorbikes going up and down, and usually using their horns. Horrible. We did not relax at all during our stay. Sometimes the noise was so loud, we couldn't have a conversation outside. No hot water in the shower.

Nos recibió desde antes de llegar, tenía todo listo, siempre estuvo atenta, amable, y la vimos también atender al resto de los huéspedes con la misma calidez, efectividad y excelencia. Una joya del lugar.
Sólo destacaría para quienes tienen algún requerimiento de accesibilidad que el lugar tiene muchas escaleras.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Me gustó la buena disposición del personal que atiende. Todos atentos y extremadamente amables. La habitación es muy bonita, la vista esta buena. Es amplio y tiene buena ducha, eso fue lo mejor de todo. Agua caliente y perfecto el espacio.
Los fines de semana se siente todo el ruido de Taganga, no es un lugar para descansar un finde. Los vecinos de habitación pueden subir el volumen de la música o la televisión e incomodar.

No habia agua caliente para bañarse. La ducha está integreada en la habitación, tiene puerta transparente y un ventanal muy grande, lo cual hace que a penas sale el sol, ya tengas todo el cuarto iluminado. Me pareció demasiado caro para lo que es. Hay 3 alojamientos con el mismo nombre en la misma zona, me costó encontrarlo.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025La habitación, teníamos una arriba y la vista de Taganga tanto de noche como de día es increíble, acostarte en la hamaca mientras disfrutas de esas vistas o te das un baño en el jacuzzi es simplemente espectacular. Estás a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Taganga.
Taganga en general es bastante ruidosa, tiene mucho ambiente por la noche, si os gusta la calma para dormir pues no es el sitio, mucho perro ladrando y ruido de carros, pero si os gusta la marcha es perfecto.

Es casi imposible dormir por el ruido de la música de la calle. Las tres noches que estuvimos hubo música extremadamente alta hasta la madrugada. La puerta de vidrio de la ducha sale directo a la habitación por lo que mientras te estás bañando te ven desde la habitación. No funcionó el agua caliente ninguno de los tres días que estuvimos, nos dijeron el primer día que lo arreglarían pero nunca sucedió.

La zona no nos gustó. Está a la salida del pueblo y da inseguridad. Hay muchas personas nativas por la zona mirando. No recomiendo salir de noche para volver al hotel andando.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Die Lage ist top alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die zimmer sind gut eingerichtet eher etwas klein was durch die tolle Terasse allerdings vollständig ausgeglichen wird. Die Preise der Minibar sind sehr vernünftig.
Ich finde es etwas schade, dass das Frühstück ein Tag vorher per Whatsapp bestellt werden muss.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025The rooms and the property itself are gorgeous. All the rooms have incredible views of the bay of Taganga, with amazing sunrises and sunsets. The amenities of the rest of the hotel are very well kept, including the swimming pool and the common toilets. The staff (Señora Maria) was incredible, she replied always to our whatsapps even late at night and accomodated our breakfast time so we could go diving and still enjoy food at the hotel. The hotel is 2min walk from the beach and very nice resturants/bars.
The rooms that are closes to the street might be a bit loud since they are just next to the road but the hotel provides earplugs and we could still have a pleasant night.

The noise from the street

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025We had a good view from our spacious outdoor area with jacuzzi and hammock. It’s a short walk to the bars and restaurants on the Malecon.
Noise from the local bars and the road, along with the lack of blinds, made it necessary to use earplugs and eye masks to try and sleep. The room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed in the three nights we were there. They made a confusing request for payment via bank transfer before the check in date to secure our booking, but in the end were fine with us paying by card on arrival. There were a lot of steps up to our room. The staff speak very little English, so some knowledge of Spanish would be very helpful.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2025Absolutely stunning view from our room. We got to dip in the pool while watching the sunset, which was very nice. The room was modern and relatively clean. They provided glasses and a bottle opener which was nice touch. They had wine and other beverages for purchase in the fridge which was thoughtful and not crazy overpriced.
It looked like they used to serve meals in the dining area by the pool. We found out in the morning the note that said we were supposed to order the night before. Not a big deal there were nice options in town, but it felt like a bit of a let down, we would have gone for coffee, if it had been open, to enjoy the view.
