Superbe maison décoré avec goût et très confortable Nous reviendrons certainement Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bruges Ostende etc… Et le petit geste du café a été plus qu’apreciable

Heel fijn huis! Groot genoeg om met 2 gezinnen te verblijven. Bedden sliepen heerlijk. Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien, wat het verblijf bijzonder aangenaam maakt!

The house was beautiful and clean.

The list of things we disliked is quite long: * We paid a €200 deposit two days before our arrival. When we arrived, we found several notices posted on the walls listing fines for various things. For example, there was a €20 fine if we did not remove the sheets from the mattresses. These amounts would apparently be deducted from the deposit if we did not follow all the instructions. * Bed linen, blankets, and towels are not provided by default. Guests are expected either to bring their own or pay an additional €10 per person. This was not what we expected from the accommodation. * Some of the kitchen equipment and cooking facilities are very old and could use updating or better maintenance. * There was no hand soap in the ground-floor WC, which is a basic necessity that should have been provided. * We were informed in advance that check-out would be at 10:30 a.m. However, during the night, the landlord informed us that the cleaning lady would arrive at 10:00 a.m., effectively requiring us to leave 30 minutes earlier than the agreed check-out time. This was inconvenient and should have been communicated beforehand. * We were asked to leave the dishwasher clean and empty before departure. However, when I asked for a dishwasher tablet so that we could actually clean it, I received a response only around midnight. It is unreasonable to expect guests to complete cleaning tasks without providing the necessary supplies or responding in a timely manner. * The payment receipt included a €100 cleaning charge per night, which is a significant amount. Despite paying this cleaning fee, we were still expected to clean and tidy almost everything ourselves before departure. This makes the cleaning fee feel difficult to justify. Conclusion Overall, our experience was disappointing. The accommodation comes with many additional rules, potential fines, extra charges, and cleaning responsibilities, which made the stay feel more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not recommended.

Lokatie is ideaal voor de slagvelden, Ieper, Diksmuide en Armentiers liggen op korte afstand. Ook voor plaatsen als Brugge en de kuststreek zijn goed te bereiken vanaf deze lokatie. Een heerlijke bakker op slechts 600 mtr einde straat bij de kerk.

De achterzijde heeft geen vitrage of luxaflex, geen mogelijkheid de hete zon buiten te houden. Door de parasol zo te plaatsen was het uit te houden binnen. Deuren openzetten in begin Augustus betekent binnenshuis een vliegenplaag.

Nous tenions à vous remercier pour ce magnifique séjour. La villa était absolument incroyable : propre, spacieuse, très bien entretenue et encore plus belle que sur les photos. Nous y avons célébré l’enterrement de vie de jeune fille de ma sœur, et tout était parfait. La future mariée a passé un moment inoubliable entourée de ses proches dans un cadre exceptionnel. Merci pour votre accueil et pour avoir mis à disposition un lieu aussi agréable. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de ce week-end et n’hésiterons pas à recommander votre villa.

Het was een heel mooi ruim huis. Heel handig met de key lock. Ook een kamer voor ouders om met hun klein kind te kunnen slapen

Er zaten was vlekken op de kussens.

Heel fijn familie accommodatie. Mooie ontvangst. Zeker een aanrader als je net als ons richting Plopsa wilde gaan. Een zeer grote en diepe tuin waar de kids ook lekker konden spelen! Kortom er is met alles rekening gehouden.

Het was voor ons wellicht handig geweest als er kinder hekjes zouden zijn.

Mooie ruimtes, comfortabele bedden en veel ruimte buiten voor de kinderen om te spelen.

Villa très spacieuse, le jardin est très beau Tout est décoré avec goût. L'hôte a été très présent par message tout au long du séjour.

Nous n'en n'avions pas vraiment besoin mais la tv ne fonctionnait pas.

De kamers waren ideaal voor onze vriendengroep, heel proper, groot, goede bedden,.... Het hele huis is heel mooi ingericht en praktisch.

De badkamer is mooi en proper, maar wel spijtig dat er wat beschadiging is aan het de muren van het vocht. De oven (knopje was kapot) en micro waren moeilijk te bedienen.

Zeer mooi en gezellig huis. Er is veel ruimte, alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en de communicatie met de eigenaars verliep heel vlot.

Proper en mooi huis voor 8 personen!

Hier verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Een erg mooi, groot en schoon huis. Campingbedje baby en 2 peuterbedjes aanwezig. Bakker op einde van straat. Spar op 5 minuten rijden.

Opgemaakte bedden moet je bijbetalen. 10 euro p.p. Geen kabeltv maar via googlecast. We hadden kleine kinderen bij maar het huis is aan 1 kant niet met een hek afgesloten. (Glijbaantje was erg verouderd is aan vernieuwing toe. Geen traphekje aanwezig. De borden waren te groot om goed in de vaatwasser te passen. Geen wc papier aanwezig. Er was geen raamdecoratie beneden achterzijde.

In Villa Relax gelogeerd met collega's voor onze jaarlijkse teambuilding. Iedereen was blij met onze keuze voor deze vakantiewoning. Een frisse, nette, moderne, aangename woning. Een mooie tuin met ruime lounge en mogelijkheid om te eten. De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep heel vlot en vriendelijk, wij kunnen hier enkel positief over zijn. Wij komen nog wel eens een keertje terug!

The property was excellent, modern, clean and extremely spacious with everything you need to live comfortably. The location was great too with parking outside the property in a neighbourhood that felt safe. I'd definitely recommend the property and would look to rebook the house in the future.

We were 4 adults and 4 youths and spent 2 nights in Villa Veldzicht. The house is spacious and very nicely renovated. The location is convenient. The host is very reactive. All in all a very nice experience.

Property is very clean & modern, nice design exactly as on the photoes. Free parking right in front of the house. Host is friendly, prompt & responsive. You can easily drive to nearby towns like Brugges, Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent.
