Gastgeberin Claudia war sehr herzlich und hat uns mit Blumen, Wein, Bier, leckeren Keksen und einer lieben Willkommenskarte empfangen, alles Wichtige und Wissenswerte rund ums Ferienhaus und die Umgebung erklärt bzw. in einer tollen Mappe zusammengestellt. Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig, Strände erreicht man ab 20 Min (Hoek van Holland) oder Bondi Beach im Ort Monster (ca 35 Min). Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, ca 5-10 Min. Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus, das Laden von E-Autos ist aber nicht gestattet. Die Ausstattung war super, wirklich alles da, was man braucht, inkl. seperatem Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Schöner Außenbereich zum Sitzen, Frühstücken im Schatten des Hauses, außerdem eine kleine gemütliche überdachte Lounge, sollte es mal regnen. Nach Rotterdam nimmt man am Besten die Metro (40 Min, fährt bis an den Strand von Hoek van Holland) Tagesticket über die RET App 12 Euro, super praktisch! Sehr sehenswert ist die Stadt Delft. Den Haag ist ca 20 Min mit dem Auto entfernt (Parkgaragen im Zentrum sehr teuer!), Strand von Scheveningen 5km westlich der Stadt.

Wir haben eine sehr sonnige und warme Woche an Pfingsten erwischt, das war toll, allerdings gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage im Häuschen und man hat die warme Luft schwer trotz Lüften rausbekommen. Hier wären evtl leistungsstärkere Ventilatoren nachzurüsten.

Leuk en praktisch ingericht chalet. Prima locatie, vlakbij Hoek van Holland strand, ideaal voor het ultieme vakantiegevoel. Eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

During our trip and vacation we stayed in seven different houses. All of us agreed that this one was our best choice. We were here for three nights and used the place as a base from which to visit other planned places within a radius of about 50 km. There are quick and convenient road connections to everywhere. The place is one of several chalets that the owners offer. I guess during the high season they are permanently occupied because of the long beach nearby (we visited it one evening and enjoyed a magnificent sunset). Upon our arrival the owner welcomed us and showed us around the house and introduced us to its features. She was really very kind and had left us cold beer and the view in the fridge, as well as delicious biscuits and a greeting card. The chalet is very clean and has all the amenities for a complete stay. The hot water never ran out, the washing machine in the wet room outside was also very useful. You also have a smart TV with apps, enough kitchenware, comfortable beds and clean towels and blankets. The yard is fenced and creates a feeling of isolation and tranquility. The view from the living room to the green fields and the canal outside also contributes to the feeling of peace and harmony. The neighbors' white cat greeted us every time we came home. You also have your own parking space right next to your door. Thank you for everything!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns nach zeitlicher Absprache persönlich empfangen hat. Sie gab uns alle wichtigen Informationen über das Haus und die Gegend. Die Küche war komplett und sehr gut ausgestattet (wir sind Vielkocher). Willkommensgetränke (Bier und Wein), Plätzchen und eine persönliche Karte fanden wir vor. Nach Scheveningen sind es 30 Minuten Autofahrt. Danke liebe Claudia, wir kommen wieder. Terima kasih

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre nicht schlecht dann muss der Geschirrspüler nicht jeden Tag halb leer angestellt werden

Claudia and PJ are the best hosts we ever met! The apartment is very clean, cozy, you can feel like at home because there is everything you need. Area is very quiet, there is a forest and animal farms, great place to stay with kids. It’s allowed to stay with dog which was very important for us. Only 20 mins to Haag, shops and beach are not far away. Hosts created detailed recommendations where to go and how to spend time during our stay.

Excellent place to stay, clean, warm / cool and comfortable. Lots of space and really lovely hosts.

Lack of towels.

Perfect place to stay. Wonderful host. Great location for visiting the Netherlands. A large garden area, a great window view. The little extras such as a packet of biscuits, wine, beer, orange juice and fresh flowers just added to the overall great experience. Many lovely details like pictures, cactus-like lamp etc.
