Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Big rooms and lovely host who comes to greet you and gives you suggestion about places to visit. She has a very nice garden and also the location is peaceful. The staffs are also kind and the breakfast was also good.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Clean property in a quaint green compound with some amazing plants and a fish pond as well. The proprietor was so friendly and cheerful. She made the stay even more worthwhile.
The approach road to the property was narrow. The host showed us an alternative route which was bit better and manageable

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025Very welcoming, very clean and it's a very calm place, enjoyed it. The owner kept checking up on us daily, which was really sweet. It is kinda away from the city noise, which is nice.
Breakfast options can be increased.

That i had such short time to live there, i wish i could stay more but nevertheless , always will be my stay if i visit shillong and recommend evryone.

Reviewed May 5, 2024The hospitality of aunty was amazing. The room was spacious and all the amenities were available. Cleaning was done daily. And aunty can go beyond your expectations to make you happy. I got sick and aunty helped me so much. And gave us free food cooked by her. She is amazing. I will always stay in Dorsen Homestay for all my shillong stay.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2023Every Balcony had a nice view and a small garden of colourful flowering plants.Mrs Laritina was a gracious hostess and available all the time and helped in scheduling the everyday visit and rganizing the local travel vehicle.All the drivers were skilled and polite.
Great Holiday in terms of comfort of room stay, food , cleanliness, local travel and the amazing Shillong landscape and the equally amazing hostess Mrs Laritina .
