Although we had asked for feather-free (duvet and pillows) room, the bed had feather pillows and we needed to wait until they had that changed. Not a big issue since we were not on a schedule.

The bathroom counter in the room didn’t look like it head been cleaned. There was also a bead on the carpet that I stepped on, which made me think that perhaps the room hadn’t been vacuumed - ? Breakfast was expensive and the French toast was soggy, bland and very thin. Took 20 minutes to be served which seemed like too long. The dining room wasn’t busy at all.

There are three properties located at this area. And depending on which hotel you stay in, you only get to order what they have on their breakfast thing you, or you can have the breakfast buffet. It felt awkward that being in the same building, that I could not get the breakfast menu because I was at comfort suite instead of Fairfield.

The wonderful front desk host extended our check out time without me asking, I had no clue that was an option, but it made that morning so much easier with us having to be at the hospital at 6 am.

One of the elevators was down which led to long wait times. Stairs were hard to find initially, but now I know. Pillows were flat and not supportive.

Reviewed May 4, 2026All the staff I interacted with were friendly. My room was quiet, but all of the doors would slam shut loudly. There was a great discrepancy between the cleanliness as the JW Marriott (the conference hotel) and the Courtyard.
There were broken buttons in the elevator. There was an overall musty smell in the whole hotel, and I could tell my room was very hastily cleaned. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the check in time did not match what was listed on Booking.com
