En Booking aparece que tiene estacionamiento incluido y luego al momento de pedirlo me informaron que yo debía solicitarlo y que de “buena onda” me prestarían uno en el piso -5. En un mensaje decía que cobraran aparte $10 por este mismo concepto; tuve que dejar mi auto en la calle. Muy caluroso en general, sobretodo en el dormitorio. Y lo más incómodo el mal aislamiento acústico. No pude dormir en toda la noche.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026La ubicación, limpieza, confort, facilidad para el ingreso y egreso. Cordialidad de la anfitriona, calidad y categoría del espacio y el edificio. Excelente experiencia, la piscina en la terraza con las vistas a la montaña son increíbles.
Tuvimos un inconveniente con la red wifi que no se pudo solucionar, la anfitriona siempre con la mejor disponibilidad para resolverlo. Tener en cuenta que la avenida tiene mucho tránsito, lo cual si buscas silencio total no sería posible.

Tuve que pagar por transferencia el día anterior a mi llegada e incluso remitir foto de mi cédula de identidad. Hubo una fiesta en un edificio al frente que no permitió dormir en prácticamente toda la noche.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The flat itself was in a great area, with a really nice view. Had AC, bed was big and really comfy with a TV to watch. Very clean. Nothing to dislike. Also, the host was super helpful when we accidentally left something behind, and helped us to collect it, whilst offering restaurant recommendations for the local area too.
Better shampoo / conditioner, but that's nitpicking really.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2024I like the location of the apartment and the closeness to the subway, supermarkets, and malls. I also like the parking place and the facilities of the building.
I didn't like the noisy street at all. It was very hard to sleep and rest most of the time. I didn't like the air conditioner either because it didn't cool down the hot apartment.
