Waterresort Bodelaeke Giethoorn

Prachtige omgeving. Mooi huisje met eigen aanleg steiger.

Excellent location. Beautiful, calm, comfortable, positive energy, tidy and clean. Bikes and boats available for renting. Professional reception and very good restaurant. Moreover, welcoming friendly staff.

I won’t say things that I didn't like because it’s was a remarkable experience for me, yet I’d say things that you could improve. It would be wonderful if there is a small grocery shop at the resort and food delivery from some restaurants. The spiders were annoying; if there is a product that would let them away from the villas would be great.

Good experience specially the activity in the centre of Giethoorn with boat tour within narrow channels

Location, Nature, calmness and a very helpful staff.

Nothing

The place is very beautiful, the staff are very friendly and they have always been ready for guest requests.

Everything was excellent. Very warm welcoming. Dogs friendly. We loved everything.

Place was very good and the apartment was clean , well organized , nice balcony with lake aside

The place ask for 500 euro deposit in a credit which is totally fair but than in the check out they ask me for IBAN to transfer back the money, unfortunately I got about 450 euro . This cause due to the transaction that the bank is charged. No one told me that before that the deposit will not transfer back as it charged before check in and I am disappointed that the place refused to implements it . I think the right way is told the customers before otherwise implements the difference. It’s also happened with other issues when we staid there that they chargé without saying before. And additionally, The telephone response was a little aggressive and unpleasant.

Very nice place Helpful staff Clean chalet

Nothing

Quietness, view from the terrace was beautiful and the location was excellent very close the center, clean furniture and the kitchen was equipped with everything you may need

The size of the bed was a little small and cleaning up before the check out was tiring and time consuming also the check out time is too early at 10 a.m. !!!

Everything so nice! We'll definitely come back!
