Die Lage am Fjord ist großartig. Die Poollandschaft ebenfalls.

Unser Zimmer (315, dritter Stock, Fjordblick) war an vielen Ecken und Kanten renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hätten uns eine hellere Lichtquelle gewünscht. Zudem war es relativ hellhörig (von Flur aus). Das Personal war teilweise eher unfreundlich.

De douche liep over waardoor badkamer onder wat stond. Parkeerkosten als hotelgast

Schoon hotel. Leuke locatie tussen de boomgaarden.

Het diner was erg slecht voor de prijs. Weinig keuze en vlees was koud.

Great location; friendly staff

We were upgraded to a master suite and it was amazing! The rooms were huge and the views magnificent. We loved the spa facilities and the hotels location for hiking. My partner requires gluten free food and this was available for breakfast and dinner.

It is disappointing that guests must pay extra for parking, this should be included in the cost.

We had a lovely stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Great view over the fjords. Breakfast and dinner buffet offered a good selection.

Paying for parking seems tough when its a very remote location. Dinner buffet also seemed expensive and not many other restaurants nearby. It also wasn't clear if we had to pay for the spa/pool or not. Its not great to advertise all the facilities and then charge for these on arrival or not make clear what is and is not included in your room rate.

Dette er det fineste hotellet i Norge med nydelig beligenhet og magisk utsikt. Spa avdeling er nydelig. Frokosten utmerket med godt utvalg. Her må alle reise.Bare nydelig opplevelse med hyggelige ansatte.

The entire spa area was wonderful especially the 88 meter lap pool. The breakfast was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The hotel was spacious and comfortable at the same.time with lots of old world charm. Lots of different seating areas both indoors and.out The fjord side room was delightful thanks to the great views.

The restaurant a la carte menu for dinner was sparse. Only 3 options for a.main course if ordering the non prepared menus.

O hotel é fantástico, tem instalações incriveis para toda a familia, com um visual de tirar o folego, funcionarios extremamente eficientes e agradáveis (parabéns especial. ao Geir da recepção). O café da manhã era farto e delicioso. Promessa de voltar e repetir esta experiência nota 10.

Having to pay extra to use the swimming pools! It’s already an expensive hotel and then you get charged about £15 per person per day to use the pools! Having to pay extra for parking even though the hotel is pretty remote.

フィヨルド沿いのプールは寒かったけれど満足できました。ホテル周辺にはくつろげるベンチが幾つもあり、どんな時も気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフは笑顔で対応してくれました。

夕食をアラカルトでいただきましたが、私と夫の味覚には合わなくて残念でした。

Przyjechaliśmy późnym popołudniem do hotelu i nie można było skorzystać z restauracji bo w zadniej nie zrobiliśmy rezerwacji bo o tym nie wiedzieliśmy.

Stunning location - worth paying for the lake view. Lovely pools and spa area that was generally very quiet. Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner.

Parking payment was a little confusing.

Prachtig hotel met zwembad (binnen/buiten), sauna. Nabij fjordwater veel ligstoelen om te lezen, ook binnen veel mogelijkheden voor lezen met uitzicht. Mooie omgeving. Mooie ruime kamer. Badjassen aanwezig. Ruime verstrekking handdoeken.

Fantastisk flott hotell, mye aktiviteter, vennlig ansatte, veldig reint overalt, vi koste oss.

Når vi spiste buffet om kvelden og betjeningen skulle rydde bord då blir det sprayet ganske mye rengjøring middel/desinfeksjon på flere bord rundt oss og då var den sterk lukt i lufte lenge mens vi spiste det var litt kjedelig .

Profitt fremfor service og vedlikehold. Må betale «blodpris» for å bruke bassengfasilitetene og hotellets parkering.

Beautiful location.

Very warn and poorly maintained hotel that caters to large groups. Dinner buffet exorbitantly priced and poorly presented with hosts of flies surrounding the food. Trash left in room from prior guests. Shower with mold. Hotel feels like a run down cruise ship from the seventies with most of the guests from that era.

האוכל גרוע, השירות מאוד לא שירותי ואפילו מטעה במספר מקרים לא מכבד מלון ברמה זו, ביקשנו מיטה זוגית קיבלנו טווין , הזמנו נוף להרים קיבלנו נוף לכביש וחיבור מהמרפסת של משטחי גומי שחורים דוחים. לא עזרה בקשתנו להעבירנו חדר

La sala donde se sirve el desayuno es elegante y con unas vistas excepcionales ,.el personal es muy amable y el desayuno variado

Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación integral no están a la altura de la elegancia de las instalaciones , sus camas parecen colchonetas y el baño muy anticuado como la habitación y la ducha pierde agua por debajo , también hacer constar que en el pasillo de la habitación hay un olor de extractor de cocina que impregna todo el ambiente .

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, helpful staff and good swimming pool. We felt at home during our stay.

Being a family-friendly hotel, we missed some restaurant options for the kids, but there is a great pizza place less than 10 minutes away.

Gute Lage

Durchgangshotel für Reisegruppen, d.h. eventuell ist man mit einer großen Reisegruppe beim Essen, Pool, etc. konfrontiert. Benutzung des Pools kostet extra ( hab k h noch nie vorher gesehen)! Hotel hätte schöne Ecken, aber da ist keiner und auch kein Service (geschlossen Bar), eventuell ist dies im Winter anderes. Freundlichkeit des Personals hat Luft nach oben.

The place was amazing.. the view magical.. every where u go in hotel u will find very beautiful places to sit and enjoy your time.. the buffet have alot of options and food very delicious

The room have bad smells mostly when u inter the room .. the AC wasn’t work!! I booked this hotel because of the AC and the room was hot all the time .. no one helped us with our bags ,, even we saw some people arrived 5 minutes after us and the hotel staff go and help them !!

La ubicación excepcional al borde del fiordo. Unas vistas maravillosas. El hotel esta genial, la piscina, gym, bolos, billar, restaurante, el buffet del desayuno muy bueno y el de la noche aunque caro también merece la pena. La limpieza y conservacion del hotel muy buena

La chica de recepción no fue muy amable a la hora de la entrada, era bastante seca, nos asigno una habitación bastante mala, dando al parking, al pedir que nos cambiasen si había posibilidad un compañero suyo nos dio la de enfrente directamente con vistas al fiordo...cuando vas a un hotel así y pagas estos precios esperas que te den la mejor habitación dentro de la categoría que has pagado... la experiencia nunca hubiese sido la misma... no se que cuesta hacer las cosas bien y dejar a los clientes contentos cuando hay una mejor habitación libre de la misma categoría.

Å måtte betale for å bruke fasiliteter som svømmebasseng, bowling, parkering var virkelig negativt. Ekstremt glatt i svømmehallen, i løpet av en ettermiddag var det tre som skadet seg. Kanskje noen flere håndtak her og der - pluss anti-sklimatter?

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : le cadre, le confort, l’accueil et surtout la gentillesse de toute l’équipe. Une mention toute particulière pour le monsieur âgé à la réception, dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié la bienveillance, la gentillesse et l’attention. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ces merveilleux moments. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ✨

Wonderful views, direct access to the fjord, and exceptional breakfast.

The staff was "fake nice", they smiled, but did not help at all. We specifically asked for a room with a view on a high floor, and we got a room on the lowest possible floor with a pipe directly blocking part of the view. When we asked, they said that the hotel is fully booked, which was actually not even true.

Optimale Lage direkt am Fjord, schöne Gartenterrassen, toller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer (mit Balkon) und dem Panorama-Restaurant.

Es ist ein sehr alter Bau und mehrfach renoviert, wirkt etwas abgewohnt. Der Speisesaal ist riesig und nicht wirklich gemütlich, aber das Hotel ist halt sehr gross, mit vielen Reisegruppen.

Las vistas al fiordo, las instalaciones magníficas aptas para toda la familia, la piscina interior y exterior con el canal de 88m y las vistas al fiordo desde el. El buffet de desayuno y de cena.

La habitación no estaba bien limpia, pedimos que la repasasen porque había polvo, no lo hicieron bien. Encontramos debajo de la cama al irnos, un dibujo de hecho por un niño antes de nuestra llegada y una zapatilla del cliente anterior. Una pena porque lo demás está genial.

Parksituation. Zimmer riecht nach Küche Preis/Leistung Defekte Lampen im Bad werden trotz Aufforferung nicht ersetzt.

We had a room with fjord view and it was one of the best views of any hotel we ever stayed at. Hotel has excellent facilities (pool, sauna, games, etc) to keep the whole family busy. Location is ideal to explore local orchards and waterfalls.

Parking in the garage is quite tight with a narrow ramp.

Service mind and we need to pay parking car separate

We spent 3 exceptionally luxurious nights at this top tier hotel. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, the beds were soft, and the breakfast was rich and varied. ​The real highlight was the insane view from the hotel windows and the pool area. Having an adults only section was a huge plus, as it allowed us to escape the noise and splashing of kids. The outdoor pool was wonderfully heated and overlooked a breathtaking view of the fjords. Soaking in the warm water outside in the rain, facing one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, was an unforgettable experience. Additionally, the pool entrance features fully equipped changing rooms with everything you need, including a suit dryer.

The parking was terrible. Honestly, charging an extra fee for parking after what you pay for the hotel itself is infuriating. On top of that, the parking lot is extremely narrow, cramped, and stressful to navigate, with very few spots available. On our first day, it took me 15 minutes just to squeeze into the awful space that was left. On the second day, there were no spots at all, and I had to find street parking about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

We have just one word to describe the hotel - perfect !!! The location,the view, the staff, the facilities, the food, just everything. For the adults and the childrens.

Stilvolles Hotel, mal nicht clean und modern, sondern sehr charmant. Tolle Pools.

Das dritte Bett im Familienzimmer hat das Zimmer doch sehr beengt.

Sehr tolle Lage direkt am Fjord mit grandiosem Blick. Toller Schwimm/Spa-Bereich und superbes Frühstück mit aufmerksamen Personal. Parkplätze inkl. Ladesäulen vorhanden.

Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern von Booking.com. Bad technisch nicht in Ordnung. Bereiche des Hotels benötigen eine Renovierung.
