Leia Hospitality

We liked the spaciousness of the room - it was all white and very clean- toilet/shower were very modern / nice big comfy bed / handy for cafes and restaurants the Navigli district at the canal was superb and only 10 mins walk away. Great price - tea/coffee/kettle too - Coffee machine with pods - great shower and hairdryer was brilliant! Clear instructions sent to gain access to the property as well.

We just felt it could have been a little bit cosier with maybe a comfy chair and a rug. Hanging space was small too. It was ideal for a short stay of 2/3 nights I would say. Also no hand towels left just bath towels. Got fresh bath towels the next morning though. Lots of power points and USB points too.

The location

The accommodation itself was fine, but unfortunately the way the check-out was handled was quite unpleasant. I was fully aware that check-out was at 11:00 AM and had no intention of staying beyond that time. However, I received a message early in the morning reminding me to leave, in a tone that felt unnecessarily insistent and aggressive. The situation was even more uncomfortable when the cleaner arrived before the check-out time. I completely understand the need to respect the check-out time, but there is a polite and professional way to communicate this. I felt more like I was being pushed out than simply reminded of the agreed departure time. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression at the end of my stay.

izby boli čisté, ubytovanie bolo super. Pohodlné, v centre, takže všetko bolo na blízku. Kto má cestu do Milána,nech určite využije toto ubytovanie.

We were only in Milan for just under 24 hours. This place absolutely met the goal of clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower.

Czysto

The room was very clean and well equipped. Light and airy. Antonio the host was very helpful with lots of information about things to do in the area and how to get to the property. It was very secure with key codes for entry. Aircon was good and much needed although we prefer to sleep with the windows open. Nice places to eat close by, Nico's was lovely just around the corner

Ground floor room with windows open it was quite noisy but still secure with barred windows.

It was clean and not far from sightseeings. We had a good time. Property manager answered for all our questions fast and politely 👍🏻

Flott rom inkl bad! Kunne gjerne bodd noen flere dager.

Great stay! Nice and clean. Good shower good WiFi

Very clean,spacious and contemporary room.

Nothing.

Chambre très spacieuse, emplacement bien situé, calme

Tout était OK :)

It's was really clean and spacious. The Checking in process was really easy despite having no reception. The location is good.

The bathroom being down the corridor was annoying in the night ( we were made aware it was outside before arriving) The Bed wasn't overly comfortable and there's no reception to ask for an extra pillow, would have been great if 2 had been provided.

Clean place nearby to various shops/cafes/bakeries. No issues at all with our stay. Instructions to check in were clear and we had no problem finding the place. Room was clean with fresh linen. Host was very responsive via WhatsApp if I had queries. Bathroom was separate to bedroom but we knew this before booking and had no problems with it. There are stairs leading up to the room, don’t be like us and drag the bags up… there is a lift that could be hard to spot but definitely there. Also the clothes steamer was great!

Clean , very good value for money

La propreté, l’équipement

Rein à signaler

Clean, spacious, clear instructions to enter the building

Super sauber, nahe gelegene Parkmöglichkeit, nahe zum Zentrum.

Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet

Fenster mit Blick auf Betonwand und vergittert

Nice spacious room. Very clean and convenient. Central location.

We could hear other people showering, but it’s a room, not an apartment so it’s fine.

A presto

Air conditioning was exceptional on a 35 degree heat in Milan it allowed use to recover and sleep well Very clean and Modern .

Everything was excellent

Przedewszystkim czysto, pokoje w sam raz, wszystko jak w opisie.

Nic

L insonorisation mauvaise.

Communication was excellent from the beginning, with very clear and helpful instructions that made everything easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The location is also fantastic and very convenient for exploring Milan. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Leia Apartments to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Spotless cleanliness Spacious Safety

Location good. Big and clean room. Just pillows were sucks.

Nemt at finde og parkering lige i nærheden. Super lækker restaurant lige rundt om hjørnet. Fin afstand til centrum.

Yani temizdi, konumu da iyiydi yürüme mesafesindeydi merkezi yerlere

Located near train station

Ruime kamer, erg schoon en netjes!

We loved staying here, it was about 20min walking distance to Duomo and the Milan Cathedral, nice area around the hotel, felt very safe. The rooms are clean, spacious, they had the best coffee in the room included and the staff is amazingly kind and accommodating! Pietro received us and showed us everything how it works and Antonio communicated way in advance and ensured all details were handled before arrival. He even answered my 2am texts about taxi options to Milano Centrale train station (totally worth it if you are traveling with kids or elders that cannot walk to much or jump on a metro ride easily). We loved it!

The location is good. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff were very accomodating. Highly recommended. ❤️❤️

Maybe the blanket. 🙂. Maybe they could have a bit duvet. 🙂

Federica was really helpful and the room was really clean! Everything was perfect, perfect location too!

Ottima posizione, in quartiere tranquillo, staff molto disponibile al check in, pulizia ineccepibile, spazio ampio della camera.

Nulla

Struttura molto nuova e ristrutturata, host molto disponibile e gentile. Posizione ottima collegata facilmente con la metro. Zona molto tranquilla. Pulizia ottima. Se dovrò fare altri soggiorni a Milano tornerò sicuramente.

Chambre très spacieuse, propre et confortable. Grande salle de bain. Accès facile et très sécurisé. Antonio est très réactif et sympathique. La climatisation et le wifi fonctionnent parfaitement. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Spotless, nice modern room in a good location

Modern, clean, comfortable surroundings. Great to have a fridge and mini freezer to freeze water overnight to take with us on our hot sightseeing days. Good location, 25 minute walk to main shopping area and sights like the Duomo. Very close (9 minute walk) to Navigili canal area with great bars and restaurants. Host replied quickly to any questions we had.

Clean. Good. Nice place. For the price is more than good.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the other rooms (like closing doors, flushing toilets) apart from that everything is good.

Sonst alles ok.

Muy espacioso, limpio y acceso sencillo

Smooth check in. Air condiniting

Very spacious, nicely presented, plenty of wardrobe space, good location.

Ulaşım zor değil ve temiz.

Apartment is spacious and clean.

Check in waiting for WhatsApp messages was a bit annoying

It is clean, great location.

Everything was perfect

Great location, the host was a amazing! Very clean, spacious, everything was perfect! We will definitely return 🫶🏻

Great location 10 - 12 minutes to Navigli, the Duomo & train station. Easy access to the apartment and ground level which is a bonus. Air conditioning works well.

Could do with some milk for tea and coffee.
