l'unico aspetto da migliorare è la colazione. prodotti buoni, ma con poca varietà sulla parte dolce. Consiglierei inoltre di ampliare la scelta delle bevande, in particolare includendo anche il caffè espresso ed il cappuccino

Sprzątanie codziennie mimo tego iż napisane jest że co drugi dzień . Śniadanie wystarczające. Może niezbyt wymyślne ale proste i smaczne. Stosunek jakości do ceny rewelacyjny. Parking na miejscu nie wymagający dopłaty.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location was great, next to the sea. It is a family-serviced villa, with very kind and helpful people. Every second day was made the cleaning, but if you would get an extra cleaning the lady was helpful. Breakfast was also delicious.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026È la terza volta che alloggiamo in questa struttura. Le camere sono belle e spaziose e la vicinanza al mare in una zona tranquilla per noi è un plus. La famiglia è sempre gentile e sorridente. Noi ci sentiamo ogni volta come a casa.
Da italiani ci sono mancati l’espresso e il cappuccino a colazione. Gli scorsi anni erano presenti.

Der Besitzer Giannis gab uns nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Die Schattenliegen am Pool waren um 9 Uhr belegt, obwohl offiziell nicht gestattet, das hat Giannis aber nicht interessiert. So war es nicht möglich, eine gute Liege am Pool zu bekommen. Kinder sprangen ständig in den Pool, zum schwimmen war der Pool nicht geeignet. Wir hatten elf Monate zuvor gebucht, um dann ein Zimmer zu bekommen, das praktisch direkt am Pool lag und für alle am Pool einsehbar war - bis ins Badezimmer (Zimmer Nr. 15). Nach einer Nacht konnten wir umziehen. Insgesamt alles sehr eng am Pool. Frühstück auf englische Touristen ausgerichtet. Die guten Bewertungen sind nicht erklärbar.

La piscine est très agréable et le personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins… La proximité de la plage (avec locations possibles de Jetski, canoés, paddles, bouées tractées…) et des restaurants du bord de plage est un vrai plus… Tout est à disposition.
Rien à redire… séjour très agréable …

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Salutare ! Totul a fost super ok, locația aproape de plajă plus ca are si piscină deschisă pe timpul zilei . Camera exact ca in descriere , paturi confortabile . O afacere de familie, foarte ajutători , cu sfaturi utile , ajutor pentru inchiriere auto, moto , etc . Micul dejun foarte bun , curatenie zilnică . Recomand aceasta super locatie ( nu este pentru cei ce vor luxul de la 5 stele). Mulțumim echipa Eleftheria ❤️ !!!

Sistema de tarjeta de energía de las habitaciones, al salir no habia electricidad y no se podía por ejemplo dejar cargando el movil, ni climatizando la habitación, acumulando mucho calor En nuestra habitación que era duplex, en la parte de arriba faltaba un store o persiana para evitar que entre tanta luz por la mañana.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026A part közelsége, a tisztaság ( takarítás minden nap), hogy ellátak naponta tiszta törülközőkkel, sőt fürdőlepedőkkel. Textil papucsokat, fogkefét, fogkrémet, tusfürdőt, wc papírt bekészítettek a szobába. Érkezésünkkor a hűtőben víz és helyi fehér bor várt. A medence is két lépés, és az is tiszta (igaz, mi mindig inkább a tengert választottuk). A medence partján kis bárt működtetnek; az is szuper. A reggeli is kielégítő volt számunkra. Ha megint Szantorini-re látogatnék, ugyanezt a szállást választanám. A parkolóban mindig van hely és ingyenes, s tulajdonképpen annyira kicsi a sziget, hogy egy hét alatt be tudtuk járni minden szegletét, és strandolásra is jutott bőségesen idő.
Apróság: az apartmanunkban nem volt külön étkezőasztal. (Igaz a terasz meg olyan jó tágas volt, hogy oda ki lehetett ülni). Mm

Świetny basen, dla informacji z lekko słoną wodą - ale to nie jest żadna wada, tylko informacja 😁 Hotel to biznes rodzinny, właściciele cały czas na miejscu, w każdej chwili służą pomocą. Śniadania w zupełności wystarczające, smaczne i świeże. W barze można zakupić napoje - do wyboru do koloru, a także przekąski i dania prawie obiadowe - burgery itp. Czysto, schludnie, dużo miejsc parkingowych, apartamenty dobrze wyposażone. Może nietypowa uwaga - świetnie oświetlenie apartamentów, nigdzie się z takim nie spotkaliśmy. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy innym 😁😁😁
Naszym zdaniem można byłoby delikatnie zwrócić uwagę gościom aby nie zajmowali leżaków na cały dzień, w chwili kiedy korzystają z basenu przez krótki czas. Jest to typowe dla wielu innych miejsc i uwaga bardziej dotyczy gości niż samego hotelu.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Zajtrk je bil enostaven, vendar so ga gostitelji vsak dan pripravljali sami. Vse sestavine lokalne, veliko različnih "grških" domačih jedi. Zanimivo - dodatek za Angleže - angleški fižol in pečene gobice! Zanimivo. Bazen odličen, sladka voda. Do morja 75m, na obali ležalniki s senčniki, restavracije in prijazni gostinci, ki strežejo na plaži.
Tako rekoč nič. Morda kakšno drevo na parkiriščih in morda malo več sence.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026L’hôtel est à 2 pas de la mer. L’espace piscine est agréable. Bar et snacking à toute la journée. Chambre familiale spacieuse avec grand frigo. Petite cuisine bien pratique. Terrasse devant le logement bien agréable. Le prêt de serviettes de piscine.
La literie est en mousse donc un peu molle. Pour la chambre familiale 5 personnes un deuxième étendoir à linge serait bienvenu. Pas d’occultation pour la pièce principale qui comprend 3 couchages. Les hurlements des enfants du propriétaire qui sont en permanence au niveau de l’espace bar et de la piscine : c’est dommage de ne pas respecter la tranquillité de la clientèle. Ménage en recouche très léger.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Familiengeführtes, ruhiges Hotel. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattet inkl. Kleiner Küche und Handtücher für den Pool. Nette und zuvorkommende Menschen. Wir durften das Zimmer ohne Aufpreis bis zum späten Nachmittag nutzen, da es am selben Tag nicht wieder vermietet war. Frühstück war im Preis inklusive.
Für eine Familie mit 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern und Gepäck war unser Zimmer etwas zu klein. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal lieber 2 Zimmer buchen.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026The accommodations were excellent, we loved our time here. Breakfast service included a variety of items and we also used the pool. Our room was updated and clean, beds and pillows were comfy as well, and daily room service included. The owners offered to schedule activities but we opted to explore the island on our own. Booking transportation to the airport was also seamless, as the owners graciously allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we had a late afternoon departure flight and could take in lunch at the beach.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Lovely place to stay. Quiet, clean with plenty of loungers around the pool and a good selection of food at breakfast. Wifi was excellent and pool/beach towels were provided. Good location minutes from the beach and numerous restaurants and shops.
For privacy/noise reduction reasons it might be good to have a solid wall on the upper level of the mezzanine in the maisonettes but this is a personal preference.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Korzystając z usług Giannisa możesz być o wszystko spokojny. Idealne miejsce dla ludzi chcących spędzić urlop z dala od tłumów takich jak w Fira czy Oia. Kilka kroków do największej plaży na Santorini. Mnóstwo restauracji przy plaży więc nie ma problemu żeby zjeść coś dobrego. Giannis załatwił nam również transfer z lotniska i wypożyczenie samochodu. Obiekt bardzo zadbany, czysty, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, wygodne łóżka, personel uśmiechnięty, śniadania trochę monotonne ale w zupełności wystarczające. Na kilkudniowy pobyt polecam wypożyczyć auto i zwiedzać co się chce i kiedy chce. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy Giannisowi i całej obsłudze

Приветственная бутылочка вина — приятный сюрприз. Отличное расположение для пляжного отдыха. Фото не делал (опубликованные фото соответствуют действительности).
Нет ничего такого, о чем можно было бы сказать «не понравилось». Старые двери, шаткий стол в номере и некоторые другие нюансы, включая вкусовые предпочтения, — все это не является важным в объективной оценке. Могут доставить ночное беспокойство соседи (хотя скорее всего громкая музыка до 3 часов до полудня в единственную ночь является крайней случайностью), но тут ничего не сделать (это не проблема объекта размещения и его хозяев).
