Breakfast is v bad and please don't include breakfast if you don't like giving food to customers. And moreover after breakfast we have to wash the plates this is worst

The matress was too firm for my liking. I did notice some extra foam matresses in the storage area so I would ask for one if I was staying longer.

Struttura accogliente e familiare dotata di tutto il necessario, letto comodissimo. L'intero staff è stato perfetto; cordiali, disponibili e simpatici. La struttura è vicina a molti templi, ci si può spostare direttamente a piedi. Inoltre prima del lungo viaggio che mi aspettava mi hanno permesso di fare una doccia. Ritornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.

Jayan und Anitha die Besitzer des Homestay waren sehr freundlich und willkommend! Haben sich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar ein frühes Frühstück gemacht! Zimmer war sauber und es hat einen AC. Liegt praktisch zwischen Bahnhof und Flughafen. Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz!

Etwas viele Mücken aber wenn man die Badtüre schliesst geht es.

Chambre, lit, salle de bain très confortables et très propres. Douche avec eau chaude. Prêt d’un tapis de yoga. Vivek est de bon conseil. Très aimable et toujours disponible pour trouver une solution.

L'endroit est très bien placé, une rue plutôt calme, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très propre avec de petites attentions comme du thé ou du café ou un snack sucré, et j'ai reçu un très bon accueil de la part de la famille.

Voilà une excellente adresse pour visiter Trivandrum ! Une chambre propre, confortable avec accessoires, eau chaude et climatisation ! De belles décorations et antiquités ! Une famille adorable, discrète mais présente, c'est parfait. Maison très bien située pour les visites à faire et située dans un quartier très calme. On s'y sent très bien ! Merci pour cet excellent accueil. Dommage je ne restait qu'une nuit.

Everything... hospitality, location, host, homely breakfast served in homestay, cleanliness of rooms, facilities provided in the room, decor of room, quality of bedsheet, bed cover, pillow covers, blanket. Other amenities in the room like tea, coffee, kettle, cute cups, glasses. Bathroom was super clean. Most of all the amazing hosts and such warm welcome and amazing interactions with them. Location of the property is superb, close to railway station, airport and temple.

I have no answer for this question because there is nothing that i didn't like in the homestay. Once I was there I really wanted to extend my stay but sadly had no leaves from work.

My first trip to India was made unforgettable thanks to our (me and my sisters) wonderful stay at Nalinam Home Stay with hosts Jayan and Anitha. They truly went above and beyond to help us in every way possible and made us feel like part of their family from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect — close to the airport, restaurants, and local shops, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and a great start to our day. What really stood out was their kindness and care during a state strike, when most restaurants were closed. They made sure we were comfortable, well accommodated, and had plenty of food, even in such difficult circumstances. Their support and hospitality meant so much to us. The staff (Vivek) were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Das Homestay ist nur wenige Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen und in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich und haben uns sehr weiter geholfen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und Frühstück super lecker.

Good location of the home to visit various places in Trivandrum, quiet place , there is always a person at the reception to help you.

The entire place is really good. They have a full time staff at the place. We had booked 3 rooms and they were really good. We were happy with the rooms, the cleanliness. They have a big dining area, we ordered food from outside and were provided cutlery. We had booked a terrace room they have lift for it .

Loved the owner djey and his wife Anita as well as the super helpful employees John and his wife Shalini. The location is great, very close to the temple but also in a quiet area. The house is well kept and clean.

Mattress of the bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The property is beautifully maintained with a charming antique touch that gives it a warm, homely feel. Everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely concerned about the comfort of my baby. They even spent some time interacting with the baby, which was truly heartwarming. The breakfast served was authentic and delicious, adding to the overall memorable stay. Very nice and easy stay. The care taker Mr. Vivek was very attentive and committed. When I checked in, the mosquito net in the exhaust window held dust of ages which prevented it's effectiveness. As soon as I mentioned it he did a deep cleaning and left it anew. Stayed 10 days, I enjoyed the stay. Thanks to the owners too, especially for sharing your family breakfast 🙂👌❤️

I was not certain my sheets were clean, as I found hair on them.

The location was good, the city shopping can be reached by auto. The temple by walking. It is for those who want an typical Malayalee household experience. The host, Mr. Vivek was very accommodating. He booked cab, he allowed us to extend our stay a few hours more as our flight was later in the evening. So we checked out but left our baggage there and went for more shopping. Then came back and pack our stuffs and left. Breakfast was typical Malayalee style, tasty. Tea was excellent.

Toilet needs a lot of improvement. Can be more better maintained, especially the triple room's toilet on the 2nd floor.

Felt very well received by the owners. The ac made the room feel like an oasis in the hot city and we felt comfortable every day there. The room is simple, but not too small. Good for those who want a home like environment and an absolutely delicious breakfast.

The host were wonderful! The location was nearby the airport making it easy for us to reach after our flight, but also in a quiet enough area! Breakfast in the morning was also a lovely bonus!

Without AC it's pretty hot, but their fan speed is faster than I've ever seen in the US.

Don't stay too close to the host.. I felt him crossing my personal boundaries, holding me very close, trying to kiss me. Very unpleasant

I came to this home in the night as a first time traveling solo in India. I was initially nervous, and also didn’t know what to expect visiting Kerala. I immediately felt at ease when Jayan and his helper were outside waiting for me and greeting me. Their home is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. I had a little living area which I didn’t expect, it may have been as I picked a more premium room. It felt like I was staying with family the way they treated me. I just wanted to hang out with them haha. It was perfect because I really wanted somewhere to relax indoors and take a break from my travels. They were helpful with everything, and the location was close to the temple and lots of shop. They helped me lots with my itinerary and with the trains and tuktuk. Shame I couldn’t stay longer! Breakfast was lovely. Thanks very much I hope to come again.

There is no Empathy towards customers who arrived to stay at this place with prior booking. What happened : Our Booking didnt have pre paid receipt but was confirmed through "BOOKING.COM", the receptionist insisted on showing the invoice else no entry - that was kind of rude, we had little kids and aged mothers tired of days of journey through train to arrive at this place, we humbly requested to let us use washrooms and meanwhile we can settle the Invoice thing Reaction : No - Rules wont allow them to let us in - that showed the greedy intentions of the care takers - as we had no options left - we made the payment on spot and then entered the half cleaned rooms Recommendation : if you are into hospitality business, realize we are all humans not money making tools - terrible experience overall what we didnt like : Breakfast is very bad - best avoid it - the care taker was roaming inside the property with shirtless - this is not acceptable but we didnt dare to question him - this place is not good for families to stay

I had booked it for my parents, they were very kind to them. They helped them to move around and made it easy . My parents were praising every bit of it. They had a super tasty breakfast, The room was calm and cool , the location of the property and their hospitality was top notch.

They treated me like family. There was a warm welcome, breakfast included which was delicious, and they were always around when I had questions. They were quick to provide me with cold bottled water and were very flexible when I needed more time to run to an ATM to pay them. On the morning of my check-out, I told them that that evening I would take a flight, and asked if there was any way I could shower there at 5pm, long after my check-out time. They said of course, and even switched some rooms around for the people booked that evening to accommodate me. I gave them 600 rupees more for there troubles, and initially they refused the money but eventually accepted. These are truly great people, know how to treat guests like family, and are incredibly accommodating.

My room was on the third floor so I had to walk up, but that was only a minor burden.

The staf and the owner were very nice and reachable. They guided us how to commute to the property. The property is very nice in a quite locality. They have very beautiful antic pieces in their home and explained us about them. Room was small but enough for 2 people to stay. Close to auto stand. The breakfast was very light and tasty.
