Tivemos uma excelente estadia neste hotel e ficámos muito satisfeitos com toda a experiência. Desde a receção, fomos sempre recebidos com muita simpatia e profissionalismo por parte dos funcionários, que se mostraram atenciosos e disponíveis durante toda a estadia. Os apartamentos são muito agradáveis, bem cuidados, limpos e com excelentes condições para proporcionar uma estadia confortável. Mas, sem dúvida, o ponto alto foram as refeições! O buffet é simplesmente excecional, com muita variedade, qualidade e opções para todos os gostos. Os dias temáticos tornam as refeições ainda mais especiais e foi sempre um prazer descobrir o que nos esperava a cada dia. No geral, recomendamos 100% este hotel. Foi uma experiência muito positiva e, se voltarmos, será sem dúvida a nossa escolha novamente. Um lugar fantástico, com excelentes condições, boa comida e uma equipa muito simpática. Ficámos com vontade de voltar! ❤️

Relativamente à animação, achámos que poderia ser um pouco melhor e mais diversificada. Ainda assim, o espaço é fantástico para passar a noite, relaxar e desfrutar do ambiente. o parque privado poderia oferecer outras condições, assim como coberturas com sombras para os carros e o piso asfaltado.

L'appartement dans lequel nous étions n'avait pas de double vitrage et les portes fenêtres ne fermées pas complètement

We stayed in an apartment with a half-board package. The apartment was partially renovated and a bit small for a family of four; I would rate it a 7.5. However, considering the sea view, the daily housekeeping service (making beds and cleaning), the location just 30 meters from the beach, and access to all the 4-star hotel's amenities—such as the pool, entertainment team, high-quality evening shows, excellent buffet meals, and friendly staff—it deserves a 10 for value for money. We had a wonderful time and were completely satisfied with the stay at an affordable price, allowing us to relax without spending a fortune as a family with two children. A special thanks to the entertainment staff, who were always incredibly kind. The hotel facilities are beautiful and well-equipped—including provisions for guests with disabilities to use the pool—which deserves special praise. We plan to return next year.

Dinner and breakfast were served at the buffet restaurant in the 4star hotel, and we enjoyed both meals. The apartment is 1min walk from the beach.

We understood that the apartment was separate from the hotel, but we did not expect it to be such a small, old and run-down building. The entrance was dark and somewhat intimidating, and we actually felt a little uncomfortable walking in. It immediately took away the feeling of being on vacation. There was no view from the apartment, and there were no amenities provided. What was particularly stressful was that everything was in different locations. Parking, check-in and luggage storage were at a different hotel across the street. The restaurant and swimming pool were at yet another hotel, while the apartment where we actually stayed was a short walk away. As first-time guests, we were completely confused from the beginning and found the whole arrangement quite tiring and stressful. There were also very few staff members who could speak English. We were simply handed the keys without anyone showing us where the apartment was or properly explaining how to get there. We also used the hotel swimming pool, but it was far too small for the number of guests. It was impossible to swim without bumping into other people, and there was even hair floating in the pool, which was quite unpleasant. If we stay here again in the future, we would definitely choose a hotel room rather than the apartment.

La cercanía a la playa, lo limpio que estaba, estuvimos en el apartahotel y al llegar estaba fresquito con el aire puesto, tenía gel, toallas, secador, como en el hotel vamos,y un kit de trapo, bayeta estropajo y jabón nuevo que sacas de una bolsita sellada,teníamos la pensión completa y la comida del buffet muy bien , no hay una variedad enorme pero esta muy bueno todo, solo fuimos el fin de semana y el último día nos guardarón maletas, y pudimos estar todo el día en las instalaciones, la chica de recepción nos amplio el horario de la tarjeta de acceso a la playa por el hotel hasta que nos marchamos a las 8, y todo el personal són amables la verdad, volveremos y lo recomendaría.

A localização, bem próximo à praia e super movimentado de turistas . Tem umas barraquinhas vendendo alguns acessórios! Realmente a localização foi o que valeu a pena . O Ar condicionado era bem fresco , refrescou bem o Apê inteiro . O chekin foi feito no Hotel a frente , no qual um serviente nos acompanhou até a porta do Apartamento que ficava no outro lado da rua.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor . Tinha baratas gigantes . Meus filhos assustados ficar com medo de dormir. Meu marido ainda tentou matar a barata maior , mas perdeu ela de vista. Depois ainda encontramos uma segunda barata menor , dentro do armário da casa de banho . Na hora do banho o chuveiro passava a água toda para o chão , tive que colocar toalhas no chão para segurar a água . Tinha uma infiltração bem em cima do teto da casa de banho .

L’équipement de l’appartement était très sommaire. Pas de bouilloire, pas de planche à découper, pas de couteau à pain, pas de plat… Hormis quatre couteaux, quatre fourchettes, quatre cuillères, et une casserole, le reste était inexistant Au-delà de l’équipement de l’appartement, notre balcon donné sur les poubelles et les cuisines de l’hôtel où nous pensions loger. Pendant quatre jours, nous avons été constamment dérangé par les bruits des camions de livraison ainsi que les odeurs des poubelles En effet, tous les appartements sont à part des hôtels et ça nous ne le savions pas au moment de la réservation

Los apartamentos me hubiera gustado que estarían tb en primera línea de playa, y la fachada de los apartamentos no es lo que salen en la fotos, pero por dentro estaban bien. Y las tasas tb nos cobraron más, habiendo reservado en Marzo y nos dijeron que en Abril había subido el ayto, me parece que en esto último se tendría que haber mantenido el precio de las tasas de Marzo.

La atención. Los camareros, las chicas de la limpieza, el sr que nos llevó a nuestro departamento, un gran sonrisa y amabilidad. Aparte el buffet es excelente. Todo bien organizado.. el Sr de la piscina al tanto de todo. Total lo recomiendo. Volveremos, nosotros estábamos en los departamentos, con total calma.

En primer lugar la ubicación al lado del mar. .Hacia mucha calor en Cambrils y agradecimos mucho el buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.

Habría que simplificar los accesos para entrar en el hotel desde los apartamentos . Teníamos llave para los apartamentos, tarjeta para la piscina del hotel y pulsera para identificarnos en la piscina .

El apartamento está bien, con aire acondicionado pero no tiene WiFi. El portero automático no va y los ascensores antiquísimos. Hemos su ido a pie. Nosotros y la gran mayoría.

LA CERCANIA A LA PLAYA

He estado alojada en este hotel en varias ocasiones y siempre había tenido una buena experiencia, pero esta última estancia ha sido pésima. Nada más llegar nos asignaron un apartamento con un olor insoportable a tabaco, lejía y otros olores difíciles de identificar. El ambiente era totalmente insalubre. Mi hija tiene asma y les pedí que nos cambiaran de apartamento. En un primer momento me dijeron que el otro era más grande, pero les respondí que lo importante no era el tamaño, sino que fuera un lugar saludable para alojarse. Finalmente accedieron a cambiarnos. Sin embargo, los problemas continuaron. Durante toda la estancia no limpiaron el apartamento ni un solo día. Además, la nevera hacía un ruido constante que hacía imposible descansar por las noches y acumulaba una gran cantidad de hielo. He estado varias veces tanto en el César Augustus como en el Augustus, y esta habría sido mi sexta estancia, pero después de esta experiencia no pienso volver. A la hora de las comidas el problema no era la falta de mesas, sino que no se limpiaban con la rapidez necesaria, por lo que resultaba complicado encontrar una mesa en condiciones. En definitiva, una experiencia muy decepcionante y un servicio muy por debajo de lo esperado. Una auténtica lástima para quienes habíamos confiado en este establecimiento durante años.

The apartment itself is basic however in a good location, 10 second walk to the beach. Handy that you have use of the swimming pool in the apartments next door. A good place just for sleeping

The exterior of the property is awful, really does not give a good first impression……the stairwell up to the apartment was very dark. Communication on which pool etc to use wasn’t great. We had to go back to the reception desk across the road and enquire about it

Destaco en esta ocasión la comida y su calidad. Siento que mejoró con respecto a hace dos años que estuvimos. También señalar el trato y el trabajo de los trabajadores del comedor y limpieza, muy agradecida con su trabajo y su trato, tal y cómo se lo hice saber antes de irnos. También la animación. The location is fantastic. In between Salou and cambrills and right on the beach. If you like basic it’s good value for money. Staying in the apartments you get to use the hotel facilities which was a nice extra. We only used the facilities in the Augustus so will only review that. We did store our luggage in the Cesar Augustus across the road on the last day snd can say all staff there were very good. Some of the staff in the Augustus were exceptional, they exceeded expectations, unfortunately this was not the case for all staff. Some were incredibly rude and passive aggressive. The games room and cinema room for the children were a big hit. The omelettes in the morning were delicious and the woman making them was really lovely. The checking staff were fantastic. We arrived at 10pm at night, they took our bags and rushed us to the restaurant to make sure we got dinner before it closed. They spoke to the restaurant staff to ensure we were taken care of.

Some of the staff were very rude. Which is a shame as some of their colleagues were wonderful. The man policing the sun beds was very rude and confrontational, and the policy is somewhat confusing. Anytime we went to the pool there were several beds with towels but nobody using them. However on the one day we decided to have a pool day and go early to get beds, he seemed very annoyed we took 4 (2 adults, 2 children). When the kids were in the pool he came over to point at the empty beds and speak loudly in Spanish and throwing his hands around. I explained I didn’t speak Spanish and pointed to my children in the pool, he continued to speak loudly at me in Spanish which caused everyone in the pool area to look over to see what was going on. Some other guests put towels on beds and walked away and he accused us (at least we think that’s what he was saying) of taking those beds also. It’s great to have a policy on sunbeds but please enforce it correctly. We spent most of our time at the beach as the atmosphere around the pool felt very tense and not relaxing. The lifeguard was rude. We didn’t experience her first hand, but witnessed how she chastised some kids for bombing in and not others. She insisted a little boy no more than 8 get out of the pool and starting giving out to him for splashing yet when teenagers were bombing in and landing on people she said nothing. Some of the restaurant staff were wonderful others down right rude. The cleaning staff cleaned the room every day which was great, but they did not knock before entering. They simply used their key to come in. The “u” bend pipe in the bathroom leaked for the entire stay despite reporting it. The patio door was hit and miss, sometimes it locked sometimes it wouldn’t. We found 2 cockroaches in the room, which we reported. Picture included. There’s not enough sunbeds or umbrellas for the amount of guests the hotel can hold. We enjoyed the food and always found something to eat.

La vaisselle de cuisine était sale (couverts collants). Ce n'est pas un canapé lit mais 2 méridiennes dont une est assez petite. Le parking est assez cher. L'accueil est dans l’hôtel mais pas l'appartement. Celui est dans un immeuble qui semble un peu délaissé, dans une rue à proximité. C'est trompeur lorsqu'on réserve car on pense être dans l’hôtel mais pas du tout. La vue donne sur les appartements en face (très proche)

El apartamento está fuera del hotel en un edificio muy viejo, eso no lo sabíamos, sino que no lo hubiéramos cogido. la ducha se inunda, sale el agua hasta el pasillo. El ascensor se quedó , después de quedarnos atrapados nos dijeron que si que va mal. En general mal

El estado del apartamento y del edificio es pésimo, por poner algún ejemplo, la cerradura de la puerta está en malas condiciones, no había forma sencilla de abrir la puerta, el óxido está generalizado y la falta de mantenimiento es notoria, en general. La ventana de la habitación y la puerta corredera del comedor, carecen de aislamiento por lo que es muy ruidoso, incluso por la noche, solo con el sonido del mar. Puntualizar que mi residencia habitual es también a la orilla del mar y estoy acostumbrado, pero el mínimo aislamiento es agradable, pero no existe en este apartamento. Estuve con mi familia cuatro noches, teníamos una boda en una localidad cercana y un apartamento es más operativo para este tipo de eventos, pero si tuviera que ir de vacaciones, no vuelvo a este alojamiento, el estado del complejo es pésimo y por ello es incómodo.

Precio muy elevado para como es el apartamento. Está bastante viejo. Muchas humedad y frío al llegar. La cocina, el mueble y los baños bastante viejos para el precio a pagar.
