This was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had in Greece, thanks to the perfect combination of warm hospitality, comfort, and an excellent location. The hosts, Stelios and Eirini, are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee waiting for us, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Our studio was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day, which we really appreciated. The location is ideal. The property is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, away from busy roads and noisy restaurants, ensuring a restful night's sleep. At the same time, it is just a 3-minute walk from Agia Anna Beach and less than 10 minutes from Agios Prokopios Beach. Several supermarkets are only a few minutes away on foot, and some of the best restaurants in the area can be reached within a 15-minute walk. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor space and the convenient foot-washing area before entering the apartment, a small detail that makes a big difference after a day at the beach. Stelios also offers transfers to and from the airport or port, which is a thoughtful service, although we did not use it because we had a rental car. We only stayed for four nights, but we would have happily stayed much longer. We highly recommend Asterias Studios to anyone visiting Naxos and would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Asterias Studios was unforgettable, the hosts Eirini and Stelios were very kind and generous. The location of the hotel is spectacular, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the local beachfront restaurants. The beach is also lovely with great seating options and warm and clear water. We were welcomed at the airport where they picked us up and provided amazing local recommendations. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious and the hosts even put together a basket of snacks and refreshments for us. The balcony in our hotel room had ample seating and a drying rack which was very useful. The TV in our room was great, with all the streaming services we could need included. Around the hotel you can find a lot of cute cats that are very friendly and playful, we met two of them that stayed around the hotel and even got to name one of them. Overall Eirini and Stelios were amazing hosts, they were always friendly and happy to have a chat whenever we would cross paths, they made our time in Naxos incredible and truly went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Eirini und Stekio sind unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Studios sind nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und auch alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio war sehr großzügig, hatte einen schönen Balkon und wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Außerdem gab es täglich frische Handtücher – wirklich ein toller Service! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

On our arrival we were greeted by our hosts, a lovely Greek couple, and a beautiful room right by the beach (1 min walk). They picked us up from the port and were so helpful the whole time (e.g. Booking a car, reserving a table in beautiful restaurants, washing our laundry). The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and just perfect for any kind of vacation. We felt right at home and would love to come back! There was nothing we didnt like.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very neat and cosy. The hosts, Stelios and Eirini, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Stelios kindly picked us up from the port and took us back when we checked out. They also gave us great recommendations for transport and restaurants. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

What can I say... by far one of our more memorable vacations and it's all thanks to Eirini, Stelios & the whole family :) The property is beautiful and a 5m walk from Agia Anna beach & 10m walk from Agios Prokopios. Our room was recently renovated and had all the amenities you could ask for, including all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook for days where you just want to lay low and eat in after a long day at the beach. The bed was also super comfortable and cleaning was always very thorough. If I could rate Asterias over 10, I would!

Great hosts, convenient location and a perfectly clean room.

The owners and staff were so kind and helpful. Whenever we met them, they always asked if everything was okay. Whenever we had a question or a problem, they responded quickly and were always happy to help. They even helped us with a special request after our stay, which we really appreciated. Our stay was very comfortable and felt warm and welcoming, almost like staying with family. It was such a lovely place! We would definitely love to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Great facilities and great host, we could rent an umbrella for sun for free, they respond to every need, our apartment has two terraces, one was great for breakfast and the other for the afternoon, private parking, very close to the beach (3min walk) and to beach bars

La ubicación, las camas, limpieza, baño, la cocina, todo nuevo, la terraza para desayunar, recepción, las zonas comunes, tienes para aparcar el coche, para lavarte los pies antes de entrar al apartamento… muchos detalles… todo excelente!! Eirini súper amable y encantadora! Gracias Eirini por todo!

Nada que decir. Solo por decir algo, que es poco importante, nos faltó un espejo fuera del baño, y alguna olla grande para pasta. Pero es imposible sacar un defecto realmente destacable.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour : la chambre est très moderne, parfaitement agencée, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien dès l’arrivée. L’emplacement est également idéal : à seulement 100 mètres de la plage, dans ce qui est selon nous l’un des meilleurs endroits où séjourner à Naxos. On profite de tout à proximité tout en étant au calme. Et surtout, un immense merci à Eirini et Stelios, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus incroyable. Des hôtes adorables, chaleureux, disponibles et extrêmement serviables, toujours à l’écoute et prêts à nous donner de super conseils et bonnes adresses pour découvrir l’île. Leur gentillesse fait vraiment toute la différence. 💙 Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Krásné vybavení a okolí, velmi ochotní a přívětivý majitelé!

Není co vytknout. Jediné co, tak v našem apartmánu v dolním patře bylo slyšet sousedy nad námi, ale ti byli ohleduplní, takže nás to zas tolik nerušilo.

Super bref sejour, Eirini et Stelios sont adorables et aux petits soins, tant en communication qu'en acceuil, nous ont effectué les navettes du port et de l'aeroport ( voiture break grand bolume+++). L'adresse est tres charmante au fond d'une ruelle, vue sur mer et champs d'oliviers, au calme. A 3 min de la plage. Logement très correct, sdb nickel, petitea attentions à l'arrivée, bref top adresse qui mérite vraiment le détour!

Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! ❤️ The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they gave us so much useful information that made our stay even better. They were always there when we needed anything, and their kindness really made us feel at home. The accommodation was spotless, beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was taken care of with so much attention and care. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The whole experience was amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. Struttura accogliente, pulita e curata. La posizione a Agia Anna è fantastica, comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia e vicina a tutti i servizi essenziali (taverne, market e fermate dei bus). L'atmosfera è estremamente rilassante e lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno.

Nulla in particolare da segnalare, tutto è stato all'altezza delle aspettative e del soggiorno ideale che cercavamo.

Asterias Studios was in incredible location and the hosts EIRINI and Stelio’s made the stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we got there Stelio’s picked us up from the Port and we felt so welcomed. They helped us arrange activities including hiking mountain Zas at sunrise and doing a boat day, as well as dinner recommendations. If you’re staying in Naxos don’t book anywhere else this is the most amazing place to stay.

The staff were absolutely Adorable and Helpful, from Stelios picking us up on the airport to Eirini's kindness every single morning. and the cleaning Personal that i later learned was Stelios' Mother was absolutely perfect. i have never had a cleaner experience staying at a studio type apartment.

The Faucet on our sink should be fixed, we could probably just have told them and it would be fixed within the hour, but we kinda forgot. so not their fault at all.

Posizione tranquilla a breve distanza dalla strada principale del villaggio e dalle spiagge. Monolocale spazioso con ampia e magnifica vista sul mare, arredamento funzionale, bagno grande, bei pavimenti, buona illuminazione, letto comodo. Ottima pulizia e cambio molto frequente (anche troppo) della biancheria. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Irini, Stelios e sua madre, sempre presenti e pronti ad aiutarci in ogni circostanza. Agia Anna con il suo porto e il servizio transfer in pullman consente belle escursioni nell’ isola e alle Piccole Cicladi.

Il pensile del cucinotto è scomodo perché troppo alto.

Amazing location only a short walk from the beach, restaurants & bars in Agia Anna! Also conveniently located near a bus stop if you want to make the short trip into Naxos town. The hosts were very welcoming & kindly arranged transfers to/from the ferry. The room was newly renovated with housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The garden is also beautiful & we loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings. Overall an amazing stay & we would definitely return!

We arrived by ferry, and our host, Stelios, picked us up at the port for a very fair price. During the drive, he gave us a brief overview of things to do on the island. Naxos really has a bit of everything: fantastic sandy beaches for those who want to relax, hiking tours through nature, kite surfing, and more. ​Eirini checked us in within two minutes and was available for any questions throughout our stay. ​It was our honeymoon, so I asked them prior to arrival if they could arrange some flowers in the room. When we opened the door, a very large bouquet of red roses was waiting, along with a bottle of wine ❤️. On top of this, there was a very generous welcome basket filled with local products. The apartment was amazing, spacious, and perfectly CLEAN, equipped with everything you might need ​Every day while we were at the beach, they cleaned the apartment thoroughly, and sheets and towels were changed regularly. ​The location is perfect: secluded just off the main road in Agia Anna, yet only a 10-minute walk from Agios Prokopios beach with its crystal-clear water, and 5 minutes from the nearest market and bus stop. There are multiple lovely restaurants serving amazing Greek food within a 5 to 10-minute walking radius. ​All in all, an amazing experience, and I hope we will be able to return soon! 😊😊

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist großzügig dimensioniert. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig u man hat den Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung ist gut; die Küchenzeile ausreichend, könnte aber etwas neuer sein. Aber das ist eigentlich nebensächlich, denn man geht eh eher zum Essen… Das Apartment wird jeden Tag (!) topp gereinigt und die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Was aber wirklich außergewöhnlich ist, ist die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter. Man fühlt sich sofort aufgehoben und sehr wohl. Vielen lieben Dank für all die Tipps und fürs Ausleihen und und und!! Eine ganz dicke Empfehlung! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

La posizione è ottima, vicina alle spiagge di agia anna e di agios prokopios (pochi minuti a piedi). Vicina anche al centro (15min di auto). Comodissimo l'ampio parcheggio privato interno alla struttura. La casa è accogliente, ben tenuta e ben arredata, bellissimo il tavolo in legno della zona pranzo e molto comodi i divani, ed è dotata di tutto il necessario (tavoli e sedute per ciascuno dei balconi, utensili da cucina, kit di cortesia con saponi e ciabattine, un cestino di snack e bevande ). Bella anche la zona verde che la circonda, molto ben tenuta, con vari alberi. La pulizia giornaliera dell'appartamento ed il cambio degli asciugamani a giorni alterni sono stati impeccabili. Gli hosts sono stati super gentili, molto disponibili, sempre presenti e pronti a consigliarci permettendoci di vivere una bellissima esperienza.

The owners were very attentive to our needs. Whenever we saw them, they would always inquire how we were finding everything and if there was anything we needed. Very nice people!

That we eventually had to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at the Asterias and were so sorry to have to leave it. We'd have no hesitation returning another year. Lovely accommodation set back a tiny distance from the seafront (three or four minute walk) and on a very peaceful little road. Supermarket very close and loads of shops and tavernas just a few minutes walk away. The bus into Naxos Town also stops close by. The rooms were lovely and had tables and chairs outside on the balconies. Immaculately clean. Our hosts were superb and easy to talk to. Stelios met us from the ferry when we arrived at 1230am and was good enough to also take us back to the port for our departing ferry. Thank you for a wonderful week.

The hairdryers were a disaster with their power going on and off every ten seconds. Otherwise all the facilities were great.

Eirini und Stelios sind wirklich sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichmaker, Geschirr etc.). Es wird täglich gereinigt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt 4 Minuten fußläufig von einem richtig schönen Strand entfernt.

Die Tür zum Badezimmer / Toilette schließt nicht dicht, so dass eine Geräusch-/Geruchsbelästigung nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, trotz des vorhandenen Fensters.

Appartamento molto bello, pulitissimo, in zona centrale, i proprietari sono meravigliosi, ci hanno consigliato con passione i luoghi da vedere e dove cenare, consigliatissimo!

Se c'è una cosa in cui migliorare è quella di mettere qualche stoviglia in più, tipo un' insalatiera e almeno un paio di cucchiaini in più. Per il resto c'è davvero tutto! 👏

The apartment was well appointed, spacious and had two terraces. The small kitchenette was workable and we had daily cleaning. The onwers, Eirini and Stelios were so welcoming and friendly. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft in perfekter Lage in unmittelbarer Strand Nähe. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich und hatten viele Tipps für uns. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Súper recomendable, Eirini y Stelios, dos personas súper cálidas desde el primer comienzo, súper atentos. La habitación es tal cual las fotos, tiene hasta máquina de café Nespresso y todo lo que necesites, y si algo necesitarás seguro ellos te lo proporcionan.

This place is very charming, the owners are amazing, always there to help, always available. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach (agios prokopios, agia anna) everything was close, the shops, restaurants... The apartment was spacious, two balconies, had clean sheets and towels everyday.

The views were everything we were expecting and more, but the hosts were definitely the best quality of the place. They were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They even lent us an umbrella and gifted us local treats as souvenirs, apart from the local food they left for us to try when we got there. We'd totally stay there another time and/or recommend it to someone else. Also, it was very close to two amazing beaches and a bus stop. The apartment was super clean, since they cleaned and changed the sheets often. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

This a very special place with big and very clean rooms. The host are so welcoming and sweet you feel you are at home and safe. At the check-in, I found a huge basket full of chips, cookies, wine and beer as a welcome gift from the hosts. Charming studios with a very authentic vibe. I really enjoyed the proximity of the beach (1 minutes walk) and the beautiful Agia Ana neighborhood. The bus stop to go to Chora is 2 minutes away and the area has plenty of amazing restaurants. Asterias Studios is in such a perfect location! We stayed in the main strip of town during our stay last year & loved the serenity and peace of being in Agia Anna this time. 2 min walk to beaches, restaurants/bars, supermarkets & pharmacy - Everyrhing you need! Plenty of on-site parking & the most beautiful hosts you will ever meet. Eirini & Stelios were so accommodating, had a smile on their faces every day greeting all the guests. Spacious rooms made us feel right at home! Cannot wait to come back ☺️

I can’t put anything to fault, everything was perfect!

The hosts were very kind and responsive to guest needs. The room was cleaned to a high standard and very comfortable, with welcome gifts. The property is relaxed, near the beach and 20 minute bus to Naxos town, the stop about 3 minute walk from the property. Nice restaurants along the beach, beautiful sunsets.

Hosts are some of the best humans that you are ever likely to meet. Very genuine and warm, made my experience on Naxos a true joy. The room has everything you could need, the balcony was fantastic, and there was an extremely generous supply of complimentary snacks. Very happy, I don't usually return to somewhere that I have already visited, but this might be an exception!

Personally, I like to have a thinner type of pillow, so the option of two types would be ideal. That is the only thing that I can think of

Absolutely Incredible. The apartment was brand new and designed perfectly, allowing you the space and facilities to cook when you want. The host family was beyond friendly and helpful, giving us tips for the island and sharing treats with our young son. And the best beach on the island is soooo close. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, secluded and quiet but just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Agia Anna main street with all the restaurants, bars etc. The room was modern, stylish and with really nice lighting. The hosts were very hospitable but discreet at the same time.

Nothing negative really. Perhaps a shower towel holder is needed in the bathroom but thats about it. Given that the room was very recently renovated the hosts will probably add one soon.

The place was clean and tidy, owners were really friendly and picked us up from the port, and back. There were mosquito nets on most windows.

The view from the balcony could be nicer, and there were some construction sounds early in the morning.

Eirini and Stelios and Stelios’s parents are the warmest of hosts and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They pick you up and drop you off at the port. The accommodation is clean and quiet, about a block off the main road. The bus stop is about 2.5-3 blocks away. There are good restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect.

The property is perfectly located in a nice and beautiful village next to one of the most famous beaches in Naxos. Moreover, the yard of the hotel is a very nice and cosy place to relax and chill. The rooms are always clean, are also spacious and offer everything a guest needs! Last but not least, Kudos to the best hosts I’ve ever met! Stelios & Irini are very supportive, helpful and so kind and welcoming to everyone! If we ever go back to Naxos again, I will definitely look for a spare room here first!

Eirini and Stelios are amazing hosts! The hospitality is beyond exceptional levels. They offered to take me from/to the airport. They had left a basket with treats and drinks in the room before I checked in. Replaced the nespresso capsules when the ones in the room were finished. The room is cleaned everyday and towels replaced too. There is toiletries in the bathroom, slipers also. I had booked the Superior Triple Room #5, the size is very good although not much storage for couple or family. Decent size balcony. 3 mim walk from the beach and 10min walk from Agios Prokopios shops. Super quiet for sensitive sleepers like me. I reccommend 100%
