My rating is zero due to the following circumstances. A reservation was confirmed over two weeks prior to my scheduled arrival. One week before arrival, I received a WhatsApp message from an unverified number, which differed from the booking registered phone number, claiming to represent the apartment owner, requesting payment to a personal bank account. I responded that payment would be made by bank card upon arrival, as per the confirmed booking terms. This message was not acknowledged. Upon requesting access to the apartment, access was denied with the offer of a free cancellation. The booking team intervened, resolving the issue by providing alternative accommodations.

My team had a very uncomforatable first night experience. So, we had to move them to a different apartment.

The apartment is not properly maintained. The appliance wiring is in disarray, posing a fire hazard. Furniture is stained, with noticeable liquid spots on some pieces, and the sofa has holes and stain marks. The doors are damaged with holes, and their hinges are rusty. Overall, the space is messy and poorly maintained, with grimy floors, particularly in the corners and the washroom. The location itself appears unsafe and untidy.

The property is in a very good location
