I had a peaceful and restful stay, which were my main reasons for booking. The hotel team was wonderful. From the moment of checking in to checking out, the exemplary staff - always warm, charming and supportive, consistently exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to this top-class hotel.

The steam room was out of operation. I was looking forward to a massage and a steam/sauna. I had neither. I didn't want a massage without a steam.

Beautiful modern building, 4-5 star hotel, great restaurant, gym, pool.

A nice and modern hotel in an excellent location, but maintenance is poor, as signs of wear and tear are visible.

Centrally Located, Excellent Staff. Breakfast was very good with wide ranges of choices. Egg Station and choice of Dosa was great. The lady on duty in the breakfast restaurant was very hospitable and helpful.

Room was little warm, as the air conditioning system was in heating mode only. Individual room cooling system could be installed for more freedom of choice and comfort for the customers.

The hotel is modern and very clean with a very comfy bed. The reception team organised the day trip to Chitwan National Park, where we have been assisted and guided throughout the day until the moment we come back to the hotel. Very nice restaurant on the ground floor where we also had breakfast. On the top floor, there is a bar/restaurant where it is possible to chill out to have a relaxing time, where I have spent a few late afternoons watching the sunset. A special thank you to Pradeep, Sachin, and the entire team at Kausi restaurant for the outstanding service and food. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Bharatpur.

Nothing we disliked. I simply would avoid the process of getting hand towels on request. You will get them within a minute but having seen the quality of the hotel and service I would suggest to provide the towel without needing to make a request.

Wonderful 4 nights, the staff were amazing and very helpful. They arranged our trips into Chitwan with local company Jungle Book and liaised with them to ensure the hotel taxi dropped us off at right place and picked us up when we wanted. The hotel was beautiful, modern and so clean. Food in Timmur and on the roof was lovely as well. Can't recommend it high enough.

Nothing.. the hotel was in Bharatapur, outside Chitwan. But with hotel taxi this didn't matter and we got to see another area as well.

Hiru Sapkota was fantastic – he made us feel well looked after and was always easy to contact, both in person and over the phone. The hotel is modern, with great views, excellent food, and a swimming pool with an amazing outlook. The free airport pickup was a bonus, and the driver was very polite and helpful, even assisting with our luggage.

Some of the gym equipment was faulty and needs maintenance. The hotel is a bit far from Sauraha, and the hotel taxi charges felt quite high. We had to negotiate the price on our last night, which left a slightly negative impression. The walls are quite thin, and noise from the neighbouring room was very noticeable.

Check-in times are flexible, and I appreciated the location, friendly staff, and breakfast at the hotel. The swimming pool is nice, but it needs better maintenance for cleanliness. There is plenty of parking available, with EV charging points provided.

No welcome drink or warm wet towel. The gym was in an unusable condition, with minimal equipment, an empty water container, and most of the gym apparatus was out of order. The shower area by the pool also needs cleaning and to be maintained to a high standard.

The smell in the room - I am not sure whether it is coming from floor drains or the AC, but has musty smell. This needs to be examined.

The whole stay plus how well they treated us was amazing. Hands down the best hotel in chitwan and bharatpur.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The complimentary airport pickup was very helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The highlight for me was the big, spacious bathroom with a fantastic bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the restaurant team (Sonia and Pawan) who were always welcoming and attentive.

One small downside was that the walls seemed quite thin—we could hear people talking outside in the hallway, which affected the overall peace a little. Also, the chicken choila we ordered from the rooftop restaurant was far too salty, which was disappointing given how great everything else was. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place with great service.

Surprise very very good value for money, i had a booking.com upgrade to a 44m2 room but without the upgrade i think the hotel is best value you can get, great staff good food everything very professional

Nothing all perfect i extended my stay

The ambience, the hospitality, warmth and food was amazing. The staff at the hotel Soham, Apeksha and Yogesh made my stay more comfortable!

The rooms wall are not soundproof at all. You can hear people coughing, talking and everything from the next room. It was hard to fall asleep with all that noise.

The food was mediocre

The room which I booked has dirt stains on carpets and blankets, and bathroom drainage was totally blocked. Hotel staff moved me to the other room, but it has the same dirty carpet and blanket. There was no handwash in the toilet, no tissue paper in the room, no mini fridge, no tag for 'Donot disturb.' I told Reception not to send room service/cleaning as I would be sleeping, but after 40 min, they started ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door.

This is more of a business type of hotel - very clean, modern and spanking new. It is clearly an upmarket venue and is a haven from the main street which is some distance away, therefore immune to traffic noise.

The hotel is located near a forested area, but we were unable to navigate our way there to enjoy a peaceful walk. Apart from that, there is nothing to dislike and a lot to admire at this hotel. It is also a short distance from the airport but we were undisturbed.

Bathrooms in both the room had really bad smell coming which staff tried to fix but couldn't. They used strong chemicals to suppress the smell which made the room unusable for 3-4 hours. We never felt like we are living in a hygenic place especially with a 9 month baby

The hotel exceeded .y expectations. Excellent value for money. Staff were extremely attentive. Room was superb - including the huge bath and rainfall shower and separate toilet. The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were fabulous too.

It was the perfect hotel for our stay in chitwan. Staffs were friendly, room was clean and everything was just wow. I’ll definitely stay in this hotel when I am in chitwan.

Nothing much to complain. Rooftop staff, especially the manager needs to be a bit more polite. Staffs at reception were excellent and professional but I see some communication issue with roof top staffs. Even though it would close at midnight, and we were there 20-30 mins early on, it was a sort of drama about whether we can order drinks or not. I hope this would be sorted out in future.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this new addition of luxury hotel in the town. Aside from the usual suspects - the tourists, this place is also ideal for Nepali expats who are accustomed to western lifestyle. I liked the interior decor - the choice of colors is great and is tastefully furnished. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the city center (within walking distance to supermarkets), the hotel offers swimming pool, gym and spa as well. The food at the restaurant on the ground floor has an excellent Nepali Thali. A wedding event was underway when I checked in, so I understand this hotel may be a popular spot for events. My room was facing a park (perhaps this was of Nepal army, not open to public), and the ambience was quiet with a nice, partial view of the city below Bharatpur heights. The service is good. All the staff encountered during my stay, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping, had a service mindset and were willing to help and make your stay comfortable. I booked through booking.com on a discounted rate. I am satisfied with my stay as it was a good value for money.

The internet needs improvement in speed and reliability. I was working remotely and realized it's not the best place to work from. Soundproofing is poor perhaps die to thin walls (or had exceptionally noisy neighbors). Thankfully however the staff tried to address this and moved me to another room. There were stains on carpet, armchair and bathroom blinds. Would be great if some deep cleaning is done occasionally. Not all light switches work and a few were broken. They need to be fixed. Lack of a fridge surprised me although the room design had allocated space for it. Breakfast is generally good but would benefit from improvement with a wider range. Brewed coffee should be added to the breakfast for a better experience.

A waiter put a plastic water bottle on the table for dinner and poured it in our glasses before we could react. Plastic water bottles are a pest in nepal, the pollute the landscape everywhere. Other hotels offer filtered water in reusable glass bottles, I very much prefer this way. And of course I had to pay for that unwanted water bottle. This behaviour should change.

The staff is very friendly, and the lobby offers a great view, overlooking the cityscape. The evening sunset view is particularly beautiful. While the room may not have a view of the sunset, it faces a large forested area, which is also a fantastic sight. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The room overall is considered clean, but there was dust on the bedside table. They didn't provide face towels, even after requesting them multiple times. It's a 30-minute driving distance from the National Park.

It was a beautiful hotel and my room was superb , attractive , extremely comfortable with great facilities and everything of top notch quality . Lovely big windows gave views around and a roof top swimming pool ,restaurant , and attentive staff completed the ambience.

Nothing comes to mind ..other than be careful with the bottle of water that's routinely poured out as you start a meal in the restaurant , this is charged , not free ,and at about 4 times the usual price .
