Tout était parfait! Le personnel est adorable, il a pris du temps avec nous pour nous donner énormément de conseils pour visiter Paros, il a aussi gérer la location de la voiture pour nous. Le lieu nous a beaucoup plus et l’hôtel est très joli. Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux, beaucoup de choix, très bon et le serveur est très agréable. Les petits tips du groupe d’hôtels comme de pouvoir aller voir le sunset dans un hôtel 5 étoile ainsi que le parking gratuit et facile à trouver à Naoussa ont été un gros plus qui sont agréable lors d’un voyage à Paros. Encore merci, on recommande vivement de venir à Acoya !

Location was great just a very short walk to beach and all shops. The outer aesthetics are lovely. Grounds are well maintained and staff are friendly and very helpful. A very solid breakfast… all made to order starting your day at a slow pace and beautiful grounds to enjoy.

Unfortunately compared to other places we have stayed in Paros and other islands once you got past aesthetics there were soft amenities that were lacking. Coffee pods but no milk, 2 little waters in fridge but not replaced daily, sink but no soap to wash dishes. Lots of bathroom toiletry extras which is great if you forgot those things, but no beach towels, a bar table off the kitchen but no chairs. We literally brought the chairs from the terrace inside along with the table. WiFi can be troublesome but that is everywhere in Alyki. I was fine. My partner kept getting kicked off.

Owners go above and beyond to guarantee you have a good vacation - thoroughly explaining what to visit, offering additional services (e.g. in case of wind free access to a pool in their other 5* hotel...). Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Spatious enough. Location in a smaller fishing village, with plenty of restaurants, tavernas, cocktail places. Breakfast is truly amazing. Not self-service but a-la-carte 5+ dishes, with modifications possible. Definitely an amazing experience that I can gladly recommend to anyone

Beautiful place, absolutely wonderful reception and greeting - highly recommend

From a customer service perspective, they score 10 out of 10 — in fact, probably much more! The team are incredibly focused on making sure guests have a great stay. There are regular greetings at breakfast, and they are always happy to offer advice, recommendations or help when you want it, without ever being intrusive. They are personable and genuinely interested in how your visit is going. Breakfast is also very good, with plenty of choice, you will never leave hungry, and I quickly became hooked on their delicious Freddo Cappuccino! Room amenity kits are very good with lots of options should you perhaps run out of or forget anything, I especially liked the loofah. Shower gel, conditioner and shampoo were also very nice. There is an,m in room espresso machine and I was able to get kettle when I asked. The overall development is very aesthetically pleasing, and the public areas are peaceful and relaxing with olive trees and bougainvillea. Parking is also available for those who need it. The property is ideally located, literally just a few hundred metres from the centre of Aliki, so it’s easy to walk to the restaurants, shops and beach while still feeling peaceful when you’re back at the property.

I unfortunately had an ant invasion in my room, but I want to stress that this was simply an unfortunate incident nothing more. The hotel responded proactively, moved me for the first night and treated the whole property the following day. Unfortunately, the ants did return. Because the hotel was full, I ended up staying in three rooms over six nights: 306, 302 and finally 206. Room 302 was by far the best, bright and airey, although both 302 and 306 had very small bathrooms. Room 206 had a much larger bathroom, which was a positive, but the room itself was disappointing by comparison and felt unfinished compared with the photographs online. The door handle was loose with a missing screw, there were exposed pipes in the room and bathroom covered in paint-splattered tape, and the room lacked some of the features shown online, such as the headboard and bedside lighting and decoration. The mattress was also extremely hard. The south-facing balcony was unusable, while the other balcony was permanently in the shade. As the room was ground floor and had no voile/net curtains, the main curtains had to remain closed for privacy. I felt the price i paid >€150 was reasonable for the standard shown online, but Room 206 did not, to me, match that standard. A few relatively simple improvements — finishing the room properly, concealing the pipes, adding mattress toppers, voile curtains and screening the south-facing balcony — would make a significant difference and with 2 balconies a valuable USP. The staff were helpful throughout, and I did very much appreciate their efforts with the ant problem and the constraints they had with availability. The town also had a power cut one night while I was there, that and unstable WiFi which I also experienced are not uncommon but it is the trade off for village life I was told by the owners. Its such a charming location.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to assist you with your itinerary and reservations. They got us a car at a very good rate and helped us find rental boats. They also gave us some recommendations for places to visit and restaurants, as well as free parking in Naousa. We will definitely come back when we return!!!

Pulizia, vicinanza a piedi da Aliki la sua spiaggia, i suoi ristoranti, negozi, e supermercato. La colazione per fortuna non è a buffet: prodotti freschi e c’è comunque tutto ciò che si desidera. La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario e del suo staff. Abbiamo un bambino e ci hanno offerto gratuitamente un upgrade in una stanza più grande per essere più comodi col piccolo. Parcheggio ampio e bellezza della struttura abitata da dolcissimi gattini.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück: Es war jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und mit lokalen Zutaten. Ein wirklich schöner Start in den Tag! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützen einen bei allem, was man braucht, und organisieren Transporte oder andere Dinge unkompliziert und ohne zu zögern. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns eine Situation bei unserer Abreise: Nachdem wir am Hafen angekommen waren, bemerkte mein Freund, dass er seinen Rucksack im Auto vergessen hatte. Der Fahrer ist tatsächlich mit einem Roller zurück zu uns gefahren und hat uns den Rucksack gebracht, damit wir unsere Fähre noch rechtzeitig erreichen konnten. So eine Hilfsbereitschaft ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Wir können das Acoya Residences daher sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Highly recommend the Acoya The residence feels like home Manny & all the staff make u feel so welcome it’s amazing. Manny the manager consoles in yr preferences on what u like to do on yr holidays & works with u to do an itinerary which was relaxed & covered my interests. My skin was so dry from all the 🌞 tanning & salt 💦 i ran out of moisturiser next minute there’s a bottle outside my room door when I arrived after a day out 🤩

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was beautiful, and the reception staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for places to visit and went above and beyond by providing us with pies and cakes to take with us because our flight was very early in the morning and we would miss breakfast. Such thoughtful service made our stay even more special. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect

We had to cut our stay short due to a family issue so we only stayed for two days. Common areas are lovely, breakfast was ok and the receptionist and hotel manager (owner?) were super helpful and welcoming!

Sadly we weren’t overly impressed with the room. It was quite different from the photos we saw online of this room category, which I suppose are the of the refurbished ones. The bathroom felt especially dated and too small to be comfortable. If some rooms are better than others, this should be reflected in the price and have it fall into a lesser category if it needs to. The room was also poorly insulated so we could hear everything that was going on in the street and neighbouring rooms. With a price tag of €220 per day, we would have booked a different place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paros Acoya. The staff are genuinely amazing — incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with anything you might need. You can really feel that they are passionate about making their guests feel comfortable, happy and welcome. The breakfast was lovely, with a nice à la carte selection, and the team was always eager to give us recommendations and helpful information about the island. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the whole experience felt warm and personal from beginning to end. A very special mention to the owner, who is honestly one of the most hospitable people I have ever met. His warmth, generosity and genuine care for his guests made our stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels this genuine. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Le personnel est au petit soin du début à la fin du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est l’un des meilleurs que j’ai pu manger dans un hôtel : copieux, frais (jus d’orange pressé) et avec beaucoup d’options. De plus, en étant résident de cet hôtel, ça nous a donné accès aux piscines d’un hôtel 5 étoiles du groupe, c’était géniale !!

Absolutely lovely setting, serene yet very close to a village with lovely restaurants and cocktail bars. The property itself is very well maintained, traditional yet modernised. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and absolutely lovely staff. Manos and Eleni have been fantastic throughout our stay. They spent so much time signposting us to things we can do all over the island and in Antiparos, which is a small island next to Paros. They even lend us an umbrella in case we needed it in beaches that were not organised. There was a minor internet issue due to the intense winds at the time but Manos went above and beyond to provide an immediate solution so that we are not adversely impacted. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. All staff were very attentive and caring. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you all so much for an unforgettable stay.

+ Das unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Personal, sowas hab ich bisher nur selten erlebt. Wenn man will, planen sie mit dir einen ganzen Tag, helfen dabei wenn man wo reservieren möchte oder ein Auto braucht. Sie haben mehrere Hotels auf der Insel verteilt und scheinbar auch ca 20 eigenen Autos, was preislich auch ein großer Vorteil war, wenn man eins ausborgen möchte, da sie gut in die Vergleiche gehen können auch mit anderen Anbietern. + Das Frühstück: Es ist so unglaublich gut! Und das Omlett ist riiiiesig, selbst als ich meinte die Hälfte würde reichen, hab ich es noch mit meinem Partner teilen müssen. Es ist ala cart, hier wäre eine Karte nur wirklich sinnvoll gewesen, damit man den Kellner nicht andauernd fragen oder er einem aufzählen muss was es alles gibt und in welcher Ausführung. + Die Nähe zu den besten Restaurants, Bars und einer unglaublich süßen Rooftopbar sowie verschiedene Strände. Es ist ein ruhigeres Örtchen und wir habens geliebt dort.

- Das Zimmer, aber vor allem das Bad war leider unglaublich klein. Für eine Person wäre es sinnvoller als für 2. Auch auf der Toilette kann man nur als kleinere Person grad mal nur so gerade drauf sitzen.Auch zum Handtücher aufhängen war jeweils immer nur ein Hakerl, wir waren aber eben zu 2. - ich hab meins dann irgendwo anders hingehängt. - Den Duschvorhang würde ich austauschen. Er passt zwar zum Interior, weils so ein schicker beiger Vorhanh ist, aber ist denk ich dafür zu schwer zu putzen - am Rand waren gelbe Flecken und es hat etwas gerochen.

Absolutely loved the boutique/chique atmosphere! Everything sparkling clean, small but lovely bathroom, amazing room with partial seaview. Breakfast fresh and nourishing, more coffee and fresh juice whenever we wanted. Location perfect in the probably most cozy village in Paros- must go! And: The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, they sat down with each guest giving valuable information, making sure we all got the best experience of both location and the island. The accommodation exceeded my expectations in all possible ways. It was beautiful, modern and decorated very tastefully, and the location could not be better. My room was extremely comfortable! Everything was top clean. They put an incredible amount of effort and eye to every detail. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and the variety absolutely fantastic. Their Coffee is also wonderful, and I know my coffee, I am Colombian. But the absolute best was the friendliness and the care of everyone who works here. From the first minute they make you feel welcome. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. They helped me with everything, and their recommendations made my stay more enjoyable. I had the best time in Paros, and in Acoya, and cannot wait to visit them again.

Being a guest at Acoya Residences means much more than enjoying a holiday vibe, an exceptional breakfast, and my favorite Greek coffee every morning. It's also about the wonderful people I met there, the great conversations we shared, and the special attention to detail shown by the entire team. Without a doubt, this has been my best experience in 20 years of visiting the Greek islands. I can now say that I've let go of my first love, Santorini, in favor of my new one: Paros—and this very special place called Acoya Residences. A special thank you to Manos Christakis. Everything about this place reflects his passion and personal touch. We had a wonderful stay, and we can't wait to come back!

The property is beautiful and a short walking distance from the center of this beautiful, small town. This was a last minute booking for my daughter and I as we extended our stay in Paros by one night. The property was close to the airport. The staff was beyond accommodating considering I made the mistake of booking for in July and we where there in June! Thank goodness they had a room for us. The staff was extremely kind, they offered us our choice of two rooms both of which were upgrades. They didn't have to do that given I was in the wrong month! the property was pristine. Unfortunately, we had to depart early in the morning and could not enjoy breakfast, which I'm sure would have been amazing. Highly recommend Acoya for the property, location and staff!

Struttura eccellente ad Aliki (Paros). Gentili e disponibili, la struttura è a due passi dal mare e dal centro della località. Colazione molto piacevole nel patio all'aperto con musica che crea un ambiente rilassante.

La stanza non era quella prenotata e il bagno, molto piccolo, non aveva cabina doccia ma piccola vasca, un po' scomoda. Niente di grave ma un dettaglio da migliorare.

We had the most wonderful experience at Acoya. The moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, with the host Manos greeting us and showing us to our room. He then sat down with us and helped us to plan an individualised itinerary for our stay with ideas for places to see and local tips! The room was very clean and location was exceptional, a 1 minute walk to the restaurants and fishing village of Alyki. Delicious breakfast every morning and friendly staff (shoutout to Christos!) Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paros! We would definitely stay again

What makes the best and the difference overall about Acoya residence is the family felt friendly supportive great staff, I think which is highly crucial, managed very well with friendship and support to all the customers having extremely patience and attention. No need to say the absolute cleanness everyday. The location is great near to the busstop, beach with crystal clear water is just 2-3 minutes by walking, market nearby, great restaurants with sunset scene at dinner time. The location of the residence in Alyki is perfect reachable to every key points easily, also if you have a vehicle it’s very easy and comfortable to go to nearby must to see places like Naoussa, Lefkes the wonderful village with history heritage, Golden beach and the main port area Parikia. Ms. Georgia, Ms. Eleni and Mr. Manos welcomed us giving detailed explanation of the island’s best places, beaches, villlages, churchs and restaurants to visit. Rental car was arranged immediately even they were very kind to receive the car with some absence of gasoline. They have organised a wonderful boat trip to Antiparos, Despatiko island, the blue lagoon and the cave arranged very carefully considering the weather conditions.On our last day they were very pleasant to arrange our transfer to the port as their gift very much appreciated. To sum up in Acoya residence you don’t have to spend time on googling or chatting with AI to travel, disturbing your relaxed holiday since Mr. Manos is the “AI of Paros” excellent tourist guide :)) Daily programmes of your visit are already arranged by him upon on your wish of course. Many thanks to Ms. Georgia, Ms. Eleni, Mr Manos, Mr Christos who always tries to make the breakfast and coffee ready for you at the moment you arrive the dining area,to all the staff whose names we don’t know behind the stage for the amazing and easiest time we had to explore all over the island. The location is exceptional but what makes this place incredible is the staff. Manos and Georgia go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Manos will sit down with you and talk to you about what you want to do while visiting the island and he will go over a map with you and personally make recommendations based on your interests! If you go to Aliki, you NEED to stay here!

The team at Acoya goes above just the walls of your hotel room, they ensure your entire experience in Paros is perfect. We were graciously welcomed by Eleni and Mr. Manos. Where our room was ready before check-in time and Mr. Manos, a native and hotel owner carefully helps you curate your day by day on the island along with a cup of Greek coffee, made and served by Mr. Manos himself. They help you reserve at hard-to-reach places, tell you what to try at each place, and help you find the best hidden beaches that only locals access… cherry on top was visiting the family’s 5-star sister hotel where we were able to spend a day at the pool and view one of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. Aliki, the village, is a perfect place to stay where locals actually frequent without all the crowds and young tourism of Naosa. Breakfast was generous and very tasty! Thank you for your dedication to the craft of hospitality. We cannot wait to come back 🙏

Die Acoya Residences ist eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft.Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet,nur das Badezimmer war etwas eng und klein,was aber für uns kein Problem war.Mr.Mamos und sein Team sind sehr aufmerksam,hilsbereit und freundlich.Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind top.Bei der Ankunft hatten wir unseren Rucksack im Bus vergessen und Mr.Mamos ist dem Bus,ohne zu zögern hinterher gefahren und hat ihn geholt.Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür. Zu erwähnen ist auch das tolle Frühstück im Garten.Man wird toll bedient und es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das ganze Team ist toll!🩷

He really tried to make sure we had a very nice experience in Paros (such as recommending good spots to visit and renting a car) and helped us make amazing memories. We had a wonderful stay at Acoya Residences in the beautiful village of Aliki on Paros. We stayed there for one and a half weeks in May and felt welcome from the very first moment. We received a very warm welcome and were even given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The entire team was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. We especially appreciated the many recommendations for excursions, beaches, and restaurants around the island, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The accommodation is very well maintained, peacefully located, and an ideal base for exploring Paros. We highly recommend Acoya Residences and would happily stay there again. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt.

Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und wir haben super Tipps bekommen, für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Der Ort ist klein aber sehr süß abends. Mit einem Auto lässt sich der Rest der Insel perfekt erkunden.
