Reviewed Sep 6, 2026El alojamiento es sencillo pero funcional. El patio sevillano está muy bonito y más para alguien que es de fuera. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario. Han tenido un buen detalle de dejar clínex y tamb el aparato para conectar a la Luz si se quiere de los mosquitos. .
No hay pegas porque todo estaba muy bien, exceptuando que esto es algo personal que para mi gusto el colchón no fue muy cómodo.

Los baños son pequeños y estaban sucios. Justo en plena ola de calor nos quedamos sin aire acondicionado y sin electricidad en los enchufes. Al lado de la mesita había colillas de fumar alguien.

Les espaces communs n’étaient pas propres, pas nettoyés par le personnel. La chambre aurait nécessité d’être dépoussiéré. Il était écrit qu’il y avait une réception entre 8:00 et 20:00 mais nous n’avons vu personne.

Pasamos solo la noche porque teníamos que irnos al aeropuerto y nos fuimos de madrugada, pero tanto los baños como la cocina estaban completísimos y limpísimos, la decoración muy coqueta y la habitación sin lujos pero tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar. Además la ubicación en pleno centro de Triana inmejorable, una pena no haberlo podido aprovechar más.
Había varios mosquitos en la habitación que nos picaron durante la noche, no estaría mal que pusieran algún que otro enchufe de repelente. Y el mando del AC no funcionaba bien, así que hizo bastante frío en la habitación por la noche, pero había buenas mantas

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Buena ubicación en Triana, cerca de supermercados y a 20 minutos andando del centro. Cama cómoda y habitación suficientemente amplia para una sola persona o una pareja. La cocina compartida está bien y tenía duda con los baños compartidos pero la verdad es que estaban limpios y me sorprendió que había varios, de sobra para la cantidad de gente que se alojaba allí. No tuve que esperar en ningún momento. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, imprescindible para el verano en Sevilla. No hubo ruidos por la noche, pude dormir bien. Buena llegada autónoma con código.
Mi habitación de la primera planta daba a un patio interior y tuve la mala suerte de que las chicas que se alojaban justo debajo de mi habitación ponían la música muy fuerte, por lo menos no la pusieron por la noche. Pero haría falta un cambio de ventanas para aislar el ruido. A pesar de que la cocina estaba bien, algunos utensilios estaban en mal estado. Las cafeteras italianas por ejemplo, están para tirar a la basura. No hay tanto espacio para sentarse si uno quiere comer en la cocina y ya que en la habitación hay una silla plegable, podrían incluir también una mesa pequeña plegable para los que quieran comer dentro de su habitación. La habitación tenía polvo en algunas zonas bastante visibles, aunque tampoco era como para estar incómodo. Las almohadas demasiado blandas.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Ο Simon ο υπεύθυνος ήταν άψογος και πολύ επικοινωνιακός. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός και συνεργάσιμος. Πολύ καθαροί επίσης οι χώροι. Simon, the manager, was excellent and very communicative. Very helpful and cooperative. The rooms were also very clean.
Πολύς θόρυβος, δεν έχει ατομικό μπάνιο, δεν μπόρεσα να κοιμηθώ το βράδυ. Δυσαναλογια τιμής - παροχών. Δεν έχει καν ψυγείο. Στο booking δεν ενημερώνει ότι δεν έχει ατομικό μπάνιο. Απέχει 23 λεπτά από το ιστορικό κέντρο με τα πόδια. Very noisy, no private bathroom, I couldn't sleep at night. Poor value for money. There isn’t even a refrigerator. The booking page doesn’t mention that there’s no private bathroom. It’s a 23-minute walk from the historic center.

The walls looked terrible. Our room was right in front of reception, so there were noises. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom. Also, when taking a shower, the bathroom got flooded. There was only one socket in the room.

Walls were a bit dirty need a bit of paintwork doing. Some guests would leave the front door open and not close properly which I didn’t like Shower cubicle upstairs are quite small

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell und zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal, sodass man viele Ziele bequem erreichen kann. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt direkt angenehm starten ließ. Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Personnel d'accueil très aimable qui nous a donné des adresses pour profiter de Séville. Le personnel peut d'ailleurs être contacté sur What'sApp toute la journée jusqu'à minuit. Nous avons été surclassé et la chambre était confortable et climatisée, avec un petit balcon et une salle de bain bien équipée.

Цена завышена - это всё-таки хостел, а не отель, и хостел в Севилье, а не в Париже или в Барселоне. Севилья - это не тот город, где ночь в хостеле (хорошем хостеле отельного типа, но всё-таки в хостеле) должна стоить 88 евро

Reviewed May 30, 2026The location was great, really close to the riverside and some great bars and tapas places nearby. We also did laundry down the road. The place was clean, quiet, and comfy. The shared bathrooms were fine, but beware that the shower can sometimes flood. Simon, the staff member we messaged, was great, even letting us leave our bags at the guest house until we left for our flight, which was much appreciated in the 39°C heat!
There was major roadworks on the street but this didn't effect us too much, we just had to catch a taxi a few streets over.

My room was at the front of the property facing the street which was quite noisy with passers-by late at night.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Es muy limpio y nuevo. Me tocó una habitación interior, luminosa, sobre todo silenciosa. La cama genial tanto el colchón como las almohadas. El baño era compartido, tranquilo y limpio. La ubicación espectacular, en pleno barrio de Triana. Un edificio muy bonito.
La calle estaba en obras y aunque no supuso un problema para mi, no se podía llegar en coche hasta la puerta y creo que debían de haberlo advertido antes de hacer la reserva.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Me gustó que el anfitrión envió todo cómo corresponde y se mantuvo conectado. El lugar era cómodo, limpio y tenías posibilidad de guardar alimentos o cocinarte algo allí. La calle está en refacción cómo estuve sábado y domingo descansé muy bien, la cama era muy cómoda. Estaba cerca de atracciones caminando unas 10 calles.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo b&b a Siviglia. Tra gli aspetti positivi sicuramente la comodità di avere più bagni a disposizione, con la possibilità di fare la doccia contemporaneamente.
Per quanto riguarda le note negative, la nostra stanza affacciava sulla strada ed era piuttosto rumorosa. Inoltre, si sentiva un odore poco gradevole sia nella stanza che nei bagni. La pulizia non era ottimale, infatti gli asciugamani presentavano delle macchie e non sono mai stati cambiati, compresi quelli “comuni” presenti nei bagni per asciugare le mani, che già al nostro arrivo risultavano piuttosto usati. Inoltre il bagno a volte era sporco: purtroppo, se gli altri ospiti non hanno cura degli spazi condivisi, diventa difficile soggiornare in condizioni piacevoli. Per questo, nel complesso, risulta un b&b discreto e passabile, soprattutto considerando il prezzo conveniente. Sicuramente da migliorare la pulizia dei bagni e la gestione della biancheria.

Sehr viel Lärm ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer in der unteren Etage . 1m vom gemeinsamen Esstisch man hört jedes Wort . Das Fenster ist direkt auf den Gehweg und Straße auf Augenhöhe der Passanten . Zur Zeit riesige Baustelle auf der Straße direkt 1 m vor dem Fenster . Sehr viel Lärm bestimmt noch bis Ende August
