El servicio, el desayuno y las instalaciones no corresponden a un hotel 4 estrellas. No arreglan la habitación todos los días. Las habitaciones distan mucho de lo mostrado en las fotografías. La ducha no tiene separador del sanitario. En el último dia el pan servido tenía moho. Los asensores no tienen sensor de seguridad y golpean a los huéspedes.

La ubicación.

Sobre todo, hay algo que creemos importante destacar: es un hotel en el que no realizan la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ni hacen las camas. Nosotros estuvimos tres días alojados y, durante ese tiempo, no se realizó la limpieza diaria en ninguna de nuestras cuatro habitaciones. El hotel insiste en que la limpieza es muy importante para ellos. Sin embargo, si realmente lo fuera, resulta difícil entender que no limpien las habitaciones todos los días, especialmente teniendo en cuenta los problemas de mosquitos y las condiciones de limpieza que encontramos. Además, el hotel está situado justo delante del mercado del pescado, por lo que es inevitable pensar en los olores y en la cantidad de mosquitos que puede haber en la zona. Teníamos cuatro habitaciones reservadas mediante dos reservas diferentes. El primer día llegamos muy tarde, pero enseguida nos dimos cuenta de que una de las habitaciones no estaba en buenas condiciones. El suelo estaba lleno de pelos que se nos pegaban a los pies, algo especialmente desagradable teniendo en cuenta que el hotel indica que hay que ir descalzo. Más tarde descubrimos que una de las camas tenía manchas de sangre o de alguna sustancia roja en las sábanas. También había suciedad encima de la nevera y, además, había mosquitos en la habitación. De hecho, el propio hotel deja un insecticida en la habitación por si los huéspedes necesitan utilizarlo. A primera hora de la mañana acudimos a recepción para explicar lo ocurrido y mostramos las fotografías que habíamos tomado. En un primer momento nos pidieron disculpas y nos aseguraron que durante la mañana realizarían una limpieza más profunda de la habitación. Sin embargo, a las 18:00 h, después de pasar el día visitando Busan, regresamos y nuestra habitación seguía sin limpiar.

整體設備都很舊

La ubicación, estaba muy bien comunicado. Personal amable. Habitación amplia y con vistas.

Olía un poco mal las tuberías o algo. Que te guardan las maletas pero solo hasta las 2 del mediodía, luego te cobran, allí te avisan, pero podría estar puesto aquí para saberlo al reservar

交通方便，价格便宜 性价比很高。距离釜山站只有两公里多，很方便我们乘坐去往首尔的高铁。离甘川文化村也很近，我和朋友步行就走到了，当然还是有点累的，都是上坡。虽然处于札嘎其海鲜市场，但小红书上说那里海鲜宰客，我们没在那里吃海鲜。

楼外的人说话能听见，不太安静

- Hotel's location (but slightly depending on what you want to experience) --> Only 2-3 stops from Busan KTX train station. - Friendly when it comes to storage of bags (up to 3 hours for free).

- When checking in the first info was that room service was not offered (more 2 or 3 days stay) --> The hotel guest was to put the garbage bin outside their door if they need it to be emptied. New towel and water was to be found hanging outside on the door knob every morning. - Bathroom, there were no shower curtains or anything similar, meaning that 80% of the bathroom floor was wet after showering. Had to wipe up some of the water. Simple toilet, poorly maintained. - Poor breakfast buffé, low quality, small selection. You had to drink from cardboard (one time use) cups and plastic plates, where you as the guest had to clean from the tables and located in a soapy bath. - Hostel feeling (several posters explaining what was not allowed, instead of the more service minded approach on what the hotel had to offer). - No fitness/gym facilities.

Al llegar sólo teníamos dos toallas pequeñas por persona aunque las cambian todos los días, todos los días teníamos en la puerta colgada una toalla grande, dos pequeñas y dos botellita de agua.

あると書いていたバスローブがなかった。荷物の預かり料が発生する。部屋に金庫があるといい。掃除の時間が遅い。

The location was really convenient for walking around Nampo-Dong and Jagalchi Market and close to so many restaurants and food stalls. Also a really easy taxi ride to Busan Station to catch the KTX. The views of the ocean and city out of the big picture windows were so beautiful - easily our favorite views during our entire trip! There was a convenience store on the ground floor was a nice addition. The hotel seems kind of worn down from the outside/common areas, but the room itself was quite nice and modern.

The smell of Jagalchi market was almost overwhelmingly strong when we were outside the building and I hate to rate the hotel on that, because we didn't notice it inside, but if you are sensitive to smells, it would be worth noting. Also, this was our first experience with the fragile plumbing of SK and were surprised to learn we couldn't put TP in the toilet.

Bon hôtel, très bien situé proche des commerces. Le personnel est agréable, accueillant et serviable. Les chambres sont un peu petites, mais elles sont propres et fonctionnelles. Un bon choix pour quelques jours à Busan.

L'emplacement

Très déçue de cet hotel. 3 nuits et pas de ménage de tout le séjour. Pas d"amenities , chambres vieillotte, pas propre, des sandales et chaussons les mêmes pour tous les clients. Au niveau hygiène c'est horrible. Pour couronner le tout une odeur d"égoût constant dans la salle de bain qui impregnait toute la chambre, dégoûtant. On a voulu laver le linge il y a des machines à laver mais pas de sèche linge. Donc pas logique et inutilisable Le seul point positif etait l'emplacement mais c'était vraiment tout. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement

Slightly outdated but still functioning fantastically. Great location, good price and lovely ocean views if you choose that type of room. 7 eleven in the same building.

Towels and bedding were slightly stained. I think they were still washed and didn’t come off. Lifts were sometimes too busy and took a while.

The hotel matched expectations, offering a great view and location.

Unfortunately during our booked períod, a leaking was occuring in the lobby, heavily affecting the stay. The lobby was untraversable, and water shortages happened for too long.

Los ascensores son lentísimos, el desayuno es probablemente el peor que he tenido en un hotel. Poca variedad, totalmente enfocado al público oriental , café horroroso. En el baño hay un ventanuco que da hacia las tuberías y comunica con la habitación de al lado, se oye absolutamente todo

Couldn't sit forward on the toilet, knees hit the wall in front, staff weren't super friendly, just doing their job.

トリプルルームで広くスーツケースも床に置いて広げました。水も2泊とも3本ずつもらえました。 部屋の掃除は無くタオル交換だけなので、部屋に入られる不安も無かったです。

荷物預かりの際、紙の番号書いた預かり札を渡されますが、引き取りの際ノーチェックで、番号札も回収されないのは不安あります。 バスタオル交換の袋に2枚しか入って無いので1枚持ってきてと言ったらフロントに取りに来てと言われる。 どうやらスタッフ少ないのかな？ 部屋にミニキッチンありますが、食器も鍋もありません。

Все было супер 👍 Вкусные завтраки, чисто, можно пользоваться стиральной машиной.

員工服務差，出發前已聽說釜山人對人態度不佳，尤其是對外地人。房間是兩人同住，但只提供一條大毛巾，叫管房提供多一條，結果也沒有送到；另外，房間有蚊或蝨，我太太被釘了幾口。

Bien situado para disfrutar de la zona de tiendas. A dos estaciones de la estación central de Busan. Cada día te dan dos aguas pequeñas y toallas. La ducha y los jabones están muy bien.

Las camas no son demasiado cómodas. A veces se acumula mucha gente para los ascensores, ya que sólo hay dos y el edificio tiene muchas plantas Pero es un buen hotel, tipo medio

생각보단 좁아요

BTSのライブで5ヶ月前に予約しましたが、変に価格も変わらずキャンセルもされず誠実なホテルだと思います。受付のスタッフの方も親切でよかったです。オリヤン、ダイソー、ご飯屋さんもありコンビニは1Fに、とても便利なので次回も機会があれば予約します。

タオルやシーツが清潔なのかすこし不安でした。

Overall, the room was fine. The beds were comfortable, but the hotel could use some renovation.

韓国語の単語でも理解して貰い スタッフの対応が親切丁寧で良かったです。

Pourquoi le Griffinbay est un bon choix: - Parce qu'il est face à la mer et au port, les deux composantes fondamentales du paysage de Busan - Parce que l'on peut profiter des vues sur ce paysage si particulier. - Parce qu'il est dans un quartier vivant avec toutes sortes de restaurants à deux pas. - Parce que ce quartier, comme tout le reste de Busan, est extrêmement bien connecté, en particulier par un réseau de bus exceptionnel. - Parce que les chambres sont simples, modernes et confortable avec une belle salle d'eau. - Parce que le prix est tout à fait raisonnable.

Pourquoi le Griffinbay pourrait être encore mieux: - Parce que l’accès, un simple couloir menant aux ascenseurs puis à la reception au 2eme étage, est sinistre et mal entretenu. - Parce que deux ascenseurs pour 160 chambres sur 19 étages est notoirement insuffisant. En particulier à l'heure de pointe du petit dejeuner. - Parce que le "restaurant" est en sous-sol, sans éclairage naturel et inconfortable, et ressemble à une méchante cantine d’école du siècle dernier. - Parce que le petit déjeuner est essentiellement coréen et mériterait de proposer quelques plats occidentaux. - Parce que le coin cuisine ( plaque chauffante + évier) dans la chambre est parfaitement inutile et prend de la place. - Parce qu'il n'y a pas de commande d'éclairage au droit du lit.

Doskonała lokalizacja, Czystość, codzienna wymiana ręczników i dostarczanie butelkowanej wody.

Brak usługi prania albo możliwości wyprania i wysuszenia ubrań samodzielnie. Sniadania ok, pod warunkiem ze przyjdziesz ok 7:30. Potem wybór jest mocno ograniczony. Z uwagi na ilość pięter, ja mieszkałam na 18, winda bardzo wolna. Trzeba było długo czekać mimo, iz windy były 2. Brak wyłącznika światła w pobliżu łóżka.

There is a convenient store located at the ground floor. The location is not far from the tourist spots. BIFF Square is within walking distance. Room is clean and the staff were friendly.

It is located within a wet market.

Podobało mi sie dogodne położenie w stosunku do Busan Stadion. Pokój na 18 piętrze związkiem na góry. Pokój z lodówka, codzienna zmiana ręczników i 2 wody mineralne.

Dość długie oczekiwanie na windę prawdopodobnie przez fakt ze mój pokój było na 18 piętrze. Sniadanie wykupione osobno, jak na koreanskie standardy dość drogie, o 8:30 nie było juz jajecznicy a inne potrawy były zimne. Zdecydowanie jakość nie dorównuje cenie w tym przypadku. Zabrakło mi choćby jednego wieszaka pr,y umywalce w łazience. Była możliwość wyprania rzeczy ale niestety nie było suszarki do ubrań. Co dla osób podróżujących było uciążliwe tym bardziej ze hotel nie ma odatkowej usługi prania i suszenia ubrań.

La colchoneta era durisima y muy delgada hasta para ser tradicional. Aparte nos registraron mal y el primer dia nos encontramos con nuestra habitacion bloqueada y hubo que pasar a administracion y decir que ya nos habiamos registrado y hacerlo nuevamente.

Floors were unclean, which was gross considering it's an ondol floor room. TV barely worked.

Lo único que me gustó es el precio y la ubicación

Habitación pequeña, no se corresponden las fotos con la realidad. Baño diminuto, nevera no funcionaba. Suelos con moqueta que desprende mal olor. Sábanas grises y con olor algo desagradable.

離逛街很近 房間還不錯 有海景 樓下是7-11 離海鮮市場很近 缺點是中央空調 我入住的日期他好像還沒有開冷氣的樣子 只有送風 告知櫃台人員 那時候好像是說四月底才會有冷氣 所以晚上有點悶 後來有提供電風扇給我 哈哈~

хорошее расположение, рыбный рынок (немного переоцененный и дорогой), квартал с ресторанами и шумной жизнью, но в отеле этого не слышно. Рядом с отелем пахнет рыбой с рынка, но до 18 этажа на котором мы жили запах не поднимался.

Отель немного уставший, 2 лифта на все количество этажей при полной загрузке отеля - можете стоять ждать лифт минут 5. Маленькие номера, но если у вас не много вещей - то вполне достаточно.
