Reviewed Jul 20, 2026去年部屋をリフォームしたようで以前泊まった時より確実に良くなってました...！！ シャワーもトイレもとても綺麗で本当に画像のまんまのお部屋です。 また横に安いコインパーキングもあり、車で来た場合も問題ありません。 セブンイレブンも歩き圏内(1〜2分程)の場所に1店舗あります。コインパーキングとアパートメントの間の道をまっすぐ行ったら右にセブンあります
ただし3階建てで上階に行く際は階段のみになるため、大荷物の時はかなり大変です。 階段も歩きにくいため、踏み外さないように気をつけてくだい。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The Bed sheets where extremely soft was taken a back from it and enjoyed sleeping in the bed simply how soft it was. 711 right next door so convenient. located just off the airport subway line so its a direct shot to and from the airport which was important as i was doing some flying around japan at the time

部屋の臭いが強くて困った。木材の防腐剤とか加齢臭みたいな臭い。マスクをして我慢した。 エアコンの室外機が窓の外で騒音レベル。消してねた。

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026駅から近く、スーパーも徒歩10分圏内にあった。タオルも取り替え可能のため毎日清潔なタオルが使えました。
簡易テーブルがあったのですかもうちょっと大きいものがあればよかったです。床が冷たくスリッパが欲しかったです。あとテレビもケーブルテレビは見れたのですが地上波のものが見れなかったのが残念でした。

エアコンが少し下に設置されているため、ロフトが涼しくなく、寝苦しかった。キッチンの流し台の排水が詰まっていいて、水が流れていかなかった。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Felt like authentic single apartment living in Japan. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. Bicycle rental was available for just 1000 Yen per bike for 24 hours. We were able to add a third person for a few days on short notice.
Nitpicks: Only one small real bed. There were futons for second and third person, but the floor was a bit hard for futon. Alltogether a bit small for more than one person. Being able to contact the owner via Skype through a provided tablet was a nice idea, but sadly at the time of our stay there was no alternative now that Skype is discontinued. Kitchen too small for any real cooking other than reheating. The only real negative thing was that they were undergoing renovation in the rooms below us, starting each morning at about 8 AM with loud drilling and hammering. We were constantly woken up by this during our stay and had to flee the premises. You should not be doing loud renovating work this early while having guests booked in your guesthouse.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026因為我有腰傷，在入住前兩週有詢問民宿可否換低樓層，民宿馬上給了一樓房間覺得很貼心，而且入住房間很乾淨，一個人使用大房間感覺非常好，半夜使用熱水器也很穩定！ 福岡機場線一路到藤崎站，如果不想提行李箱爬樓梯就要走二號出口手扶梯上去再過馬路，路程不算長很快就到了！如果要離開的時候走三號入口有電梯能使用！
使用熱水的開關面板標示不是很明白要摸索才懂，還有日本垃圾分類對於外國人有點困難，如果有明確圖表更好！

最初、入り口のドアのボタンキーが暗証番号入れて回しても開かなくて焦った。左回しか、右回しどちらかしか開かないようで、どっちに回しての表記があるといいと思う。 シャワーはあるけど、バスタブはないので注意。

It wasn't like on the photos, which is fine because I'm guessing they just have slightly different rooms in the building block. It was a bit smaller and the stairs were in the middle as opposed to on the side to accommodate two beds. I only stayed there one night though, so it was fine and convenient for me! There is also no lift, so if you have luggage, be prepared to lug it around with you up the stairs.
