I intentionally booked this stay to have a quiet room because Im working night and sleeping in the morning, I already request to give me a quiet room and high floor but they gave me a lower floor and near a back up generator and Housekeeping Storage where they go in and out and they are very loud when talking. I called front desk to keep it down in the hallway as Im still sleepy and already informed twice about my room, the Front Desk only replied “Ok Sure” without apologizing.

El parking es tremendamente resbaladizo si vienes en moto y encima les ponen agua y jabón y muchas veces está mojado

Parking siempre con agua resbaladizo así que mucho ojo si vienes en moto. La habitación que me han dado al pedir el cambio muy mala. Varias cosas rotas y el personal parece que lo tienes que empujar para que hagan cosas

El baño... Siempre humedo, pido un cambio de habitación aun asílenciosa y me dan una habitación con varias baldosas rotas vistas a unas ventanas muy muy ruidosa el refrigerador roto. Ya he pasado de pedir cambio

Everything, nothing not to like , it’s a hotel , perfect for a short stay in Cebu city . Good central location , friendly , helpful staff , big room , air conditioned , big bath room , good WiFi . A pool on the top floor . Good restaurant if you want to make use of this facility .

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had no major issues during my stay. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

The chief was a master … all meals were restaurant quality The staff & residents were great Made new friends and will definitely return next time in Cebu.

Its perfectly good for us, as we have a pet, very friendly staff and accomodating.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento son impresentables. Si pides que te limpie en la habitación, tienes suerte si te la limpia unas veces sí otras veces no como les da

El hotel en sí es bueno de aspecto

Aquí está el grave problema, la organización es un caos pide este limpie en la habitación y no te la limpian unas veces te lo limpian otras veces no y si quieres que te la limpien tienes que estar encima de ellos. Te dicen que es hasta las 5 y luego a partir de las tres olvídate de encontrar a nadie. El sábado es un problema aunque desde recepción los llame no los puede localizar. El domingo puede ser tremendo.

Todo, nunca había dormido en cápsulas y ha sido de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Todo limpio y espacio. Las duchas de agua caliente, me gustó mucho el gimnasio y la piscina. Tuve que cancelar por Booking porque aquí me incluía el desayuno y si reservas con ellos no lo necesitas , es más barato. Pagué 9,99 la noche. Volveré si necesito hacer noche para coger vuelo nuevamente. Su gente es muy maja y atencioso y tienen lavandypor 45php el kilo, super barato

要收保證金1000批，退房還要先檢查房間有無損失才放人。旅館不在鬧區內，鄰近沒有超商，倒是有一間不錯的按摩店走路就可以到（營業到兩點，早餐辣點伴到北點（唸台語，時間拮据， 不過以房間裡大小和價格，的確很優秀，床很大。躺三個大人沒問題。頂樓游泳池景觀很好。早餐選擇多吐司好硬😂，甜點蛋糕都有。人員服務其實感覺不到溫度，就當作青年旅館的心情入住也不錯。房間隔音不好，附近球賽哨子聲聽得清楚，隔壁講話大聲的話有聽到。

Comfortable/big bed, warm shower, plenty of space and strong wi-fi. Also, the aircon worked excellent. The rooftop with the pool is stunning! All in all, good price-quality stay!

Fridge didn't work. Gym could use some improvements. Breakfast was okay, but wasn't as fresh/diverse as we expected. Loads of warm food and sweets.. But, I guess that's Philippine.

I wish I could’ve given it more points. It wasn’t the most luxurious but, it exceeded my initial expectations. The included breakfast was phenomenal.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is very large and comfortable. The pool and bar on the top floor are wonderful with a great view of the city and port. The breakfast is very good with many options After our first stay and decided to book it again when we returned to Cebu. We will stay rather again when we return to Cebu. We felt it is avery good value for what they provide.

It's probably just me because I'm a girl but I always tend to clog the drain with my falling hair, i hope they get bigger drains but this isn't very important. Just had to clean it myself when it gets clogged. The bed on room 7H10 is also not platformed well. There is a bulge on the center flooring that makes the bed kind of seesaw a bit which is funny, we've just put some wedges in there but you can still notice it. Hoping this gets fixed! Thanks!

we stayed here 2 times and the room is excellent, very comfortable and spacious with normal AC unit not the box one common in philippines. big tv so you can watch netflix. very quiet day and night so can work easily and sleep well. the rooftop pool and gym is a bonus.

location was a bit tricky, not many affordable food options around and grab didnt work for me there. however staff at the desk can call you a taxi which is actually cheaper

Amazing rooms: spacious and comfortable, they even feature a small balcony. The beds are very generous in size, good mattresses. Plenty of storage space, 3 sets of towels per guest. Good breakfast, staff was quite welcoming.

Unfortunately, absolutely disastrous management. Due to their willingness to accommodate for the guests, this property is only an 8/10 for me. 1. At the arrival we were asked for 150php/hour surcharge even if we wanted to check in earlier. At the same time, their welcoming message on booking.com clearly states that early check in is complimentary. Despite this fact, we asked if the room is ready, and it wasn’t. They will try to extort money from you the moment you step through the door without even confirming they can provide this service. 2. We requested an extra blanket (the room only had one large blanket for two people). We were immediately slapped with another charge: 300php; absolutely ridiculous for a hotel. We decided to oblige — in return we got a simple sheet, not even a comforter! When we asked for a comforter, they claimed they can’t get it because they don’t know where they are kept. We only got it the next day when the room service came. 3. The check out made us wait for 15(!) minutes so that they „check our room“. All to get your deposit of 1000php, cash only. This is an extremely bad practice for a hotel. Normally, you would think they will do it after your departure and use card transfer. We were headed for the airport, so 15 minutes of extra wait time with our luggage were clearly suboptimal.

It was well staffed, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our water heater and they came and fixed it quickly.

I wouldn’t change anything from my experience.

It was not an 8-bed dormitory. It was I think at least 30+ capsule beds in one huge room. The foam does not fit the size of the capsule, so the right side was protruding, making it hard to sleep.

Bed bugs in our hotel room! Didn’t stay for the night

Perfect for us during an overnight stop before flying to our next destination. Good beds, good internet and nice shower. AC worked well. We did not explore the neighborhood or used the gym/pool area. But it looked good.

The food was not very good so I would recommend to eat out at one of the good local restaurants around the hotel.
