Gute Lage ,sehr nette Atmosphäre

Allereerst de goede service en vriendelijke eigenaar. Als je iets wilde weten of nodig had was dat geen probleem en werd het opgelost. Appartement was keurig schoon en netjes. Alles was aanwezig van handdoeken tot shampoo. Als er iets op was konden we gewoon bijvragen en dat was geen enkel probleem. De communicatie was ook echt top! Kortom: een fijne plek om echt vakantie te vieren!

De bank had een diepe zitting waardoor je niet gelijk steun aan je rug had. Door het op te vullen met een aantal kussens zat het wat comfortabeler.

The place is great in a perfect location. The view from the balcony is stunning. Esther went out of her way to make sure we're comfortable and have everything we need.

We were in the upper floor, and the heat was a big problem for us, with no air conditioning (we were provided with multiple fans, to help mitigate the problem). Opening the windows wasn't an option either because of the flies.

Code für den Schlüsselsafe wurde mittels WhatsApp Nachricht geschickt. Schlüssel gut auffindbar. Sogar ein Video zur Beschreibung welches Appartment das richtige ist.

Info, dass Kinderbettzeug fehlt kam sehr spät (durch die lange Anreise, waren wir da schon unterwegs)

Very nice house with beautiful view on the lake. We very much appreciated the welcome drink with a nice, personal card. The apartment (ground floor) was comfortable for the six of us, especially the large living room. There are two toilets, one bathroom, and two sleeping rooms.

The matraces on some of the beds were too soft, were not very comfy to sleep on them.

Die FeWo ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut aufgeteilt. Der Garten ist genau vor der Tür. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit mit unserem Hund. Die Gastgeberin ist immer gut in Kontakt. Es war wunderbar.

Eine sehr tolle, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Komplettausstattung. Die Gastgeber waren in der Kommunikation sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage mit Blick über den Ossiacher See ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit dem freilaufenden Hund der Feriengäste in der anderen Ferienwohnung. Die Steckdose im Bad hat leider nicht funktioniert und das WLAN hat hie und da mal "gezickt". Aber ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Kontaktloses gut organisiertes Check in. Willkommens- und Abschiedsgeschenk. Infos jederzeit erhalten. Top! Großer Gemeinschaftsgarten mit (eigentlich) klar eingeteilten Parzellen für die jeweiligen Appartements. App. 1+2. Etage top ausgestattet und mit Seeblick. Absolut ruhige Lage (vor allem nachts). Urige, österreichische Einrichtung. Supermarkt 200m entfernt.

App. mit direktem Gartenzugang ist leider nicht im Erdgeschoss sondern im Souterrain/ Kellergeschoss. Das macht es drückend und es war selbst im Juni kalt. Es hat auch leider keinen Seeblick! Wenn man extra mit Hund das App mit Gartenzugang mietet und dann kommen Hundegegner aus der oberen Etage in den Garten (die eigentlich ihr Gartenstück auf der anderen Hausseite) haben kann das nur zu Unstimmigkeiten führen. (Evtl. mit den Mietern korrespondieren.) Würden wir daher nicht mehr mieten.

Sehr netter Kontakt, die Betten waren allesamt super gemütlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Naprosto všechno bylo dokonalé od komunikace s Esther až po samotné ubytování, které je jako z pohádky. Za nás zatím naprosto nejlepší zážitek a mnoho ubytovatelů se by mohlo inspirovat.

Am Ende wurde -was vorher nicht so rauszulesen war, 10€ pro Hund pro Tag berechnet.

Es war alles tolle. Eine wunderschone Erfahrung. Ich empfehle diese struktur an alle Reisende.

Great location, well equipped apartment with two good bedrooms and a great garden.

Unfortunately the heating was not fully ok, the heaters went wrong twice. I have to say that the owner reacted super quickly and could repair it in an hour.

Location to ski resort, great host.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und gut eingerichtet

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst, nur leider war der Kühlschrank laut.

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und der Aufenthalt im liebevoll hergerichteten Appartement hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch für unsere Hunde war es sehr schön, freier Zugang zu einem schönen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne ruhige Lage. Bootsanleger, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Sehr schöner Garten.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Wie durften 3 volle Tage im Landhaus Bergsee verbringen und sind wirklich froh darüber. Ein schönes Haus mit 3 Wohnungen. Die Wohnung im EG war riesig mit sehr stilvoller Einrichtung, einem ebenfalls riesigem Balkon, Wintergarten, Kachelofen etc. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr klassisch gestaltet mit viel Holz und sehr vielen Einrichtungsdetails. Die Schlafzimmer, das Bad und das WC sind top modern, absolut neuwertig und makellos. Alles ist super sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Gastfreundlichkeit begann mit einer handgeschriebenen Grußkarte, einer Flasche Wein, Pralinen und endete mit einer handgeschriebenen Abschiedskarte und einem Abschiedsgeschenk :) Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten gab es ebenfalls, welche wir überhaupt nicht auf dem Schirm hatten und sich als echte Juwelen herausgestellt haben. Eigentlich müsste die Familie Seminare für Kurzzeitvermietungen anbieten, denn sowas erlebt man selten und ist ganz hohe Kunst! Mehr geht nicht! Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften!

Leider gibt es nur beschränkten Seezugang am Ossiacher See.

Landhuis bergsee ligt op een prachtige plek. Lekker rustig. De bedden waren fijn. En alles was goed verzorgd. Super luxe dar je broodjes kon bestellen en die 's ochtends werden bezorgd.

Tiszta,tágas,jól felszerelt apartman, parkolóval,kerttel. Csodás kilátással az Ossiachersee-re. A kulcs keyboxban volt elhelyezve, a szállásadó WhatsAppon vette fel velünk kapcsolatot, képeket is küldött, hogy eligazodjunk. Segítőkész volt mindenben ott tartózkodásunk alatt. Bátran ajánlom gyermekes családoknak is.

A wonderful villa in a very beautiful and quiet area on Ossiach See. The flat is cosy and warm, furnished in alpine style in harmony with the surroundings. We enjoyed the amazing view to the lake form the balcony. Our host gave us a really warm welcome with special gifts and personal greeting, which made us feel at home from the very first moment.

The host was very welcoming and gave us a few arrival gifts. We booked all of the apartments within the house, all were wonderful and very comfy, decorated as a ski chalet. The house is located near the Gerlitzen ski restort to which we took a 15 min drive every day. Our trip was also made memorable by the time we spent hanging out together in the enjoyable living room - each apartment has a common space and a very functional kitchen! Couldn't have picked a better house to rent :)

Everything was great. Hosting lady Esther was very pleasant and kind. She comunicated us via whatsapp every important information. She sent video, how to get into accomodation and all needed information about possibilities how to spent free time, about holidays and opening hours of shops, she sent us via email Erlebnis card for each person as well. We where there on the beggining of the year and apartment was decorated with lights and christmas tree, it has really familiar atmosphere like at home... beds are very comfortable.
