Cuando llegamos fuimos a pedir un poco de guía para ver el pueblo y no se nos ayudó mucho, al momento de pagar nos cobraron el IVA sin avisar, tuvimos que bañarnos en cierto horario ya que ellos cortaban el gas a las 8pm y no lo volvían a dar a las 10am, también por esto tuvimos que dormir con la llave del lavamanos que está en la habitación abierta para que no se congele. No pudimos dormir bien

They didn’t get back to me about setting up the hot bath outside, they said it would take too long although we had plenty of time. There was no tv or basic things like tea and sugar . Heating at night time wasn’t the best

Calefont al exterior implica que no se puede utilizar duchas en todo horario. Esto genera un problema si se requiere madrugar. Sería bueno mejorar

Reviewed May 10, 2026La habitación era muy amplia, con unos ventanales enormes con vistas a la montaña y al bosque. La ubicación a las afueras de Villa Cerro Castillo era muy tranquila. El personal fue muy atento con nosotros y nos solucionaron rápido un problema que tuvimos con el agua caliente.
El baño era algo frío y pequeño.

Le logement n'était pas très propre, l'espace commun n'était pas chauffé avant notre arrivé, le personnel l’a allumé à notre demande mais nous n’avons pas eu suffisamment de bois pour la nuit du coup très froid au réveil et pas de chauffage d'appoint !

El alojamiento no nos abrió. Insistimos a todos los teléfonos disponibles, y en ninguno contactaron de vuelta. Teníamos que alojar en Villa Cerro Castillo esa noche, así que tuvimos que usar tiempo en buscar otro alojamiento.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026We rented huge cabana, with four small bedrooms and big kitchen. It was clean but place look old and used. It is in very nice area. The owner had horses and friendly dogs running on the property and view was beautiful.
The host never brought firewood as she promised. The water in the kitchen ran cold, it was hard to wash dishes.

...équipements sommaires, déjà endommagé alors qu'il semble neuf (le parquet), les portes qui ne ferment pas, pas de miroir dans une des salles de bain, chauffe eau complètement inefficace... Il est vraiment dommage que ce logement ne soit pas entretenu.

Espacio muy reducido, 4 camarotes y solo éramos dos personas. Baño fuera de la habitación. Cocina común muy sucia y hasta gente durmiendo en ella...mal.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Great location - close to town yet rural with amazing views. We had the double room which had plenty of space and included drawers and hooks so lots of room to unpack. The back deck was a great place to relax in the afternoon. And it was nice to have access to the shared kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Heater in room worked well.
We were only able to open the door to the back patio once - other times we had to walk around outside. And the shared kitchen has very limited pots and pans and there were 3 matches for lighting the stove - bring your own if you want to cook. Also you need to make sure you communicate your arrival time as hosts are not always at reception

La personne à la reception ne comprend ni ne parle pas du tout l'anglais, un peu compliqué. Mais il est gentil. Le lieu est un peu loin du village, à 2 km, mais beaucoup d'entraide et d'échanges de tuyaux entre personnes hébergées

El aseo deficiente, llegamos a la hora del check in y aún no limpiaban el área de estar común, de hecho la barrieron y limpiaron con limpiapisos mientras la ocupábamos para descansar. La pieza y el baño aseados. Los colchones de las catres no eran cómodos. Parecía un lugar que no había sido ocupado hace mucho tiempo.

Communication was poor with the staff. We arrived at 11 and weren’t provided with anywhere to store bags until check-in at 3 (no big deal) however we then weren’t able to check in until close to 6.

Super tiny storage space, and everyone has their huge back packs. Logistical nightmare when you want to go to bed. Also the town is more than 2km away, and it is all downhill! So count on a steep ride back after dinner in the evening…

Me hospedé en la zona hostel del alojamiento la habitación para 8 camas muy bueno y la zona común de cocina muy bien también. Ubicación cercana a Villa cerro Castillo y con buenas vistas a las montañas desde el jardín.

Het is 20 minuten lopen van het dorp villa Cerro Castillo (hitchhiking gaat wel makkelijk) Naar start wandelroutes nog eens 6km lopen (ook hier l’hitchhiken goede optie) Kamer was warm maar het was ook 25° buiten Buiten een paar stoelen of banken of hangmat zou erg fijn zijn.

Communication was non-existent, no staff present when I arrived and no responses to my repeated requests throughout the day when the reception would be open for check-in. Finally drove by for the third time at 10:00 p.m. and chanced upon a person leaving the reception area. There was no other accommodation available at that time, it made for a very unpleasant experience

The shower head was in the wrong place so the floor got wet. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature.
