The location is amazing with perfect views of the river Deden. With great walks from the doorstep. Comfortable beds and the cottage has bags of character.
The cottage is in a desperate need of a deep clear. Nearly everything is worn out or falling apart. It could do with more garden furniture. A new fridge freezer and oven. A lot of the windows won't open or your afraid to open them just in case they fall apart. It also has s big problem with house beetles invading at night on the ground floor area.. As soon as it get dark you can loose count of the amount of beetles on the floor. Totally harmless but, would probably upset children. Wasps nest by the one of the rear doors. In the brickwork. This is right next to the patio area. This could be a beautiful holiday cottage, but at the moment , its very expensive for the condition of the property.
