The staff was friendly, xhexking in was smooth.The breakfast was great we were spoilt for choice.💫

Close to wedding event venue. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast team were attentive and pleasant. Whenever we asked for anything it was quickly delivered to the room. Breakfast was lovely too.

Safe didn’t work during our stay - we were not informed about this, the safe in some other rooms were not functional too. Although the hotel did offer to change our room it was not convenient for us as we had many events to attend for a wedding in the area. The outside pool was under construction which we didn’t know about until our arrival, so we did not have a nice view as the pictures showed unfortunately. Mix up with the cost of vehicle hire to the airport but that’s simple a communication issue.

The room cleanliness is superb,restaurant staff so friendly.

Room was a bit cold,couldn't find the aircon.

loved the location. We have stayed in so many places. Even a 5 star in Cape Town did not give a bath bomb. Bath Sheets. Comfy bed. Restaurants and entertainment just down stairs. will stay again.

The service from all the staff there was amazing, having a small child with us they went above and beyond to cater for us. The services at the hotel were amazing, the large selection of restaurants and bars available.

The smoking smell in my room but it was not evident in other rooms.

The highlight of our stay was the comfort of the bed (the best in all hotels we've been to), the clean white linen, beautiful and homely room. we had a good rest for sure. for this reason, we are sure to book again whenever we need to have a good break away from the busy cities.

Breakfast could be better with more options for people that don't eat meat, e.g. add fish as alternative. Pls also have fruits available. I was not happy when I asked for muffins and was told there aren't any, they had chocolate flavour left, and I prefer carrot, bran or vanilla.

The whole property needs a deep clean, rooms included. Maintenance needs to be done to fix and repair things so when you check into your room the locks and latches are not broken, and then when you are moved rooms the telephone is not destroyed by the previous guest(which why someone would destroy the phone is ridiculous). From a food prospective, the complementary breakfast is good, but would encourage cleanliness of the food area, utensils not being on the food but on a plate next to the food for each. Be sure to wash all produce thoroughly with sanitary hands. The team who works on the property is fantastic, friendly, attentive, keep up the great work.

The reception staff were friendly,the room was clean.The spa facilities onsite are amazing and the staff at the spa are kind and courteous.

I was booked into room 101,which is right next to the lift area and the reception.The entire night the staff were entering and exiting the staff/management room next to the reception area,the door makes a huge loud banging sound when opened or closed.I didn’t sleep the entire night as that door was opened over a 100 times with staff entering and exiting.It was extremely distracting and sounded like someone was in my room banging the door constantly.I can’t believe that such an establishment has no proper maintenance in place for the door so as to not interrupt guests.The toilet as well in my room when flushed made a constant leaking sound and the shower drain was lose and I could move it with my foot.I did complain to the staff and they made a plan the next day to move me to another room but I was extremely upset to pay so much money and have my sleep interrupted by a noisy door.They really need to up their game and make sure that they maintain the property if they want guests to visit the hotel.This was very disappointing as it was my first time staying at this hotel and I don’t think I will be back.

The privacy and silence in the room was shockingly exceptional, considering our room was facing the casino’s restaurant zone. It was much appreciated.

The shower, unfortunately, had a slight leak onto the bathroom floor. Regardless of the direction, the water from the shower or the handheld shower head still caused a slight leak.

The manager was so disrespectful, I booked in the evening only to be told that the place is full booked, I tried to assess the options with someone who was so professional but he escalated the matter to the manager. The lady was so disrespectful as if I was asking for a free accommodation. I had to drive at midnight for alternative. Silverstar the manager is so rude and disrespectful, she was bullying us “clients” I really want to escalate this if nothing is happening, I want face to face apology! I hope this will happen sooner!

Хорошая гостиница. На фоне гостевых домов найти хорошую гостиницу в ЮАР в далеке от крупных городов сложно. Поэтому оценки только позитивные.

рядом есть большой ТЦ. было бы здорово организовать шатл до ТЦ и обратно хотя бы несколько раз в день для гостей без собственного авто, так как гулять в ЮАР пешком очень небезопасно.

Rooms are large and clean beds are comfy. No hussle at all.

The room and facilities are immaculate. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness and comfort are really wonderful. Entertainment and restaurants were sublime...and the Christmas market that was extended into the New Year was a lovely bonus!!

Everything about the facility was good, no complaints except for parking.

The parking spots are not aligned with the number of units so we ended up struggling to get a designated parking spot.

From the moment I made my booking, the communication was excellent. I was promptly assisted with all the information I needed regarding the spa and other facilities, which made the experience seamless from the start. My stay was truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, and I felt completely safe throughout my visit. The room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The spa experience was a definite highlight. I spent three blissful hours there and left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. I would gladly return.

As a guest..I don't think it is good to stay in line to be check everytime passing the security check point....if you are s guest then check the guest luggage when checking and then the guest can have an access card to pass the security check point that I did not like and that is the reason I will not be coming back for accommodation to silver Star.
