Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We loved that Joanna’s apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. The pool was also a highlight for the kids, and they had a wonderful time enjoying it. Grant, Joanna, and Lucius were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Goed contact met de eigenaar. Ze wonen zelf op het complex. Het appartement heeft 1 slaapkamer maar in de woonkamer kan je de bank ook tot een slaapbank maken. Je kan lopend naar de hoofdweg waar de Rodney bay mall is. Het is ongeveer 7 minuten lopen afhankelijk van je tempo.

Can't accommodate 4 people. The sofa bed should say single sofa bed. Too hot, AC is only in the room.The rest of the place is like being in an oven. The fan blows hot air. Needs proper dining arrangement, proper table and chairs. Didn't feel relaxing. No toaster as they feel it is a fire hazard. Need easy access to laundry facilities. Should be able to wash whenever we want, not on a schedule. Instructions for use of equipment should be made available. Convenient location but didn't meet my expectation.

The hosts were very accommodating, lovely people. My only issue is the living area if you're not out all afternoon/evening it is too hot. The stand alone fan circulating was not doing anything to reduce the overbearing heat inside the living area. I felt confined to the bedroom which has the AC. Apart from this everything else was fine.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2023The apartment was in a great location walking distance to the supermarket, 2 shopping mall is about 15 minutes walk and the beach is a 30 minutes walk away. Also, with a lot of restaurants and bars along the way.. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the essentials you need.. Grant and Joanna was a good host and very helpful thank you!
The kitchen and living area with the TV is way to hot to sit and watch TV. ( I didn’t turn the TV on once in 9 days) they only has a fan what blows hot air around another AC unit is needed in the apartment. The only place what had AC was the bedroom with no TV plus the Wi-Fi is not that strong in the bedroom it cut off. The Wi-Fi worked well in the hot kitchen area. So I find myself downloading movies on the iPad and sitting and watching it in the bedroom in the evening.
