Gotha Aparthotel

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, insbesondere durch die nahegelegene Bushaltestelle. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Kiosk sowie eine Apotheke waren ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt konnten schnell und unkompliziert erreicht werden. Auf Wunsch wurde uns außerdem ein Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch wenn die Matratze nicht ganz optimal zum Bett passte, konnten wir das Reisebett dennoch problemlos nutzen.

Leider war der Zustand des Apartments während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment ist ausschließlich über ein sehr enges Treppenhaus erreichbar, was insbesondere mit Gepäck und Kinderwagen etwas umständlich war. In der Wohnung selbst sind uns mehrere Mängel aufgefallen: Der Fußboden war teilweise beschädigt und gab beim Betreten nach. Die Klobrille löste sich beim Hochklappen, und beim Duschen trat am Duschschlauch an mehreren Stellen Wasser aus. Auch der Stöpsel im Waschbecken klemmte, sodass das Wasser nicht ablaufen konnte. Eine neue Mikrowelle war zwar vorhanden, befand sich jedoch in einem Schrank ohne direkte Möglichkeit, sie dort anzuschließen. Um sie benutzen zu können, musste ich sie zunächst aus dem Schrank heben und auf dem Herd abstellen, damit sie an die vorhandene Steckdose angeschlossen werden konnte. Zudem fehlten die Paneele im Wohnzimmer und einige standen sogar lose an der Wand. Das Sofa war deutlich fleckig und das Bett machte einen recht durchgelegenen Eindruck. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war zudem der Straßenlärm deutlich wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt hätten wir uns angesichts des Zustands eine bessere Instandhaltung und einen gepflegteren Eindruck der Wohnung gewünscht.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sie ist sehr geräumig, nur der Fußboden müsste erneuert werden. Die Lage war für unser Vorhaben optimal.

Es una habitación con acceso directo a la calle. Hay un bar al lado y el camarero es con quien puedes hablar para cualquier cosa a partir de las 3:00 P.M. Es una habitación sin espació para las maletas y con una pequeña nevera para poner agua y poco más. Está cerca del parlamento Europeo y el bus que va al centro de la ciudad te recoje a unos pocos metros.

La habitación estaba sucia, en el baño, cajones y en la cama encontramos pelos largos. Y algo de suciedad en los rincones. No es nada cómoda para andar porque la cama es grande y no hay casi espacio para moverse. Solo habia una toalla No hay tampoco utencilios para limpieza como una fregona, cubo o una escoba, y tampoco está contemplado el servicio de limpieza. Nos quejamos y nos ofrecieron una limpieza a partir de la 15 horas el último día. Además solo había una toalla y tenía un enorme agujero. Solicitamos cambio y nos dieron dos nuevas toallas, y una también estaba agujereada. Estuvimos 5 noches.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, with a lovely bar and a very appreciated welcome drink. The reception/bar staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Definitely one of the highlights of our experience — highly recommended!

Duży przestronny apartament. Świeżo wyremontowana łazienka. Dużo miejsca na rzeczy. Bardzo dobre położenie. Blisko centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych Brukseli. Łóżko podwójne bardzo wygodne. Rozkładana kanapa niezbyt, ale do zaakceptowania.

Panele podłogowe zupełnie zużyte. Brak klimatyzacji. Wprawdzie był przenośny klimatyzator, ale mało skuteczny.

Oh this Was a lovely apt. Next time I’m in Brussels I’m booking this again. The owner was easy to communicate with and responds within minutes even when it’s late. With the children and many luggage’s he made it easy for us to check in and check out. Everything went well with some minor changes this will literally be a 10/10’apt. The location is great 7 min by feet to go to the store .. restaurant pharmacy right across.. about 12 min from La grande place and about 13 min to foire du midi. Overall if he fixes the floor and adds a microwave this will be GREAT

I would love for the owner to have some seat covers on his couches as it has minimal stains and if he can work on the floor as it creaks a little and has some wear and tear here and there .. also wished there was a microwave but it’s Europe So it was okay

Emplacement idéal pour ma destination (visite familiale), Chambre + Sdb propres et confortables.

J'avais choisi cet établissement entre autres parce qu'il était supposé y avoir l'air conditionné, alors qu'on était en période de canicule. Il n'en était rien, il y avait seulement un ventilateur sur pied. Le chasse d'eau des wc fuyait, générant toutes les 18 secondes un bruit de coup de bélier dans l'installation. Une vraie gêne pour dormir. J'ai fait part de ces problèmes par mail aux gérants avant de poster ce commentaire, mais sans réponse de leur part je les partage ici.

L'accueil du cuisinier/barman et la boisson offerte...sympa👍 la chambre est certes petite mais très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Café en suffisance.

La douche est très jolie mais l’eau en sort rapidement et se repend dans la pièce d’eau....

Not a lot of room to hang clothes. If the shower was on full, it overflowed the bathroom floor and into the room, so a bit of mopping up needed. Only one tea bag for two nights

The flooring was damaged in various places to the point that I tripped up a couple of times on it. The toilet seat was broken which we asked to be repaired during our stay but it wasn't. When we arrived we only had one towel, they finally bought us another after chasing up later in the day. There was extensive building work going on opposite the hotel which was very noisy. The spare pillows were all damaged and falling apart. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

El apartamento está bien conectado con el centro de Bruselas, a apenas 20min en bus. Lo tienen bastante limpio y es grande. Como obsequio te dan una cerveza de bienvenida en el bar de abajo.

El gran problema es el bar. NO es un bar, es un pub-discoteca. IMPOSIBLE DORMIR. Ya te puedes poner tapones, que cuando suenan los graves por los altavoces te retumba la cama entera. Solo lo recomiendo si sois un grupo de amigos y tenéis pensado poneros a dormir a las 03h de la madrugada que es cuando cierran. Estuvimos dos noches: la del viernes hubo sesión de DJ, la segunda sesión de karaoke, no se cual fué peor. Almenos el DJ sonaba bien... Indican que tiene insonorización, mentira. Indican también que tiene aire acondicionado, NO TIENE. Lo tuvimos que pedir (y repetirlo dos veces) y nos entregaron un equipo portátil al día siguiente, y eso que estabamos en plena ola de calor en Bélgica... Llevo años viajando con Booking y nunca había puesto una nota tan baja.

La taille du logement très appréciable en famille avec un enfant. Localisation dans un quartier plutôt joli avec les commodités à proximité, ainsi que facilités de transport en commun (éviter l'accès en voiture car stationnement très cher). Accueil par le café juste en-dessous où le personnel était accueillant et disponible.

Le revêtement de sol nécessiterait une petite remise en état. Pas de draps à disposition pour la vaisselle (bien qu'il y ait un lave-vaisselle).

Property is modern and well designed.

The flooring is old and required replacement. Sofa has multiple stains on it. The floor was not fully clean. The shower and bathroom is new but the tiles in shower can be a hazard when wet. The bar below had a live band on. We were not told before hand. And although we were told on check in the music did you stop till the early hours, which is not great when staying with a toddler.

Location and perfect room!

For me it was a great location. It was particularly spacious, bright and comfortable. Very clean and lovely touches such as the bath robe 🤗

As it was on the first floor directly over a bar and looking on to a busy enough street it was a little noisy but earplugs for sleeping helped very much!

Bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, mercados e ônibus para central e aeroporto. Cama confortável. Staff atenciosa e disposta a ajudar. Boa relação qualidade/preço.

O chuveiro vaza água. É necessário bastante atenção ao reservar: existe a opção do apartamento inteiro e somente do quarto.

Le bruit du bar en dessous !!! Impossible de dormir ! De la musique à fond jusqu'à deux heures du matin, tellement forte que les murs tremblaient ! Puis encore du bruit après... Le canapé est lit est un cauchemar. A notre arrivé il manquait des serviettes, des draps et du papier toilettes. Nous les avons eu rapidement, mais les draps n'étaient pas tous à la bonne taille pour le canapé.

Beliggenhet, gode bussforbindelser, gangavstand til Schumann. Rent. Hjelpsomt personale. God seng og flott bad.

Rommet kunne vært noe større. Presentasjonen på booking.com og forventning til et aparthotel gav inntrykk av det ville være et kjøkken der. Det var kun en vannkoker og et lite kjøleskap, og feks kun ett vinglass. Det holdt for oss, men hadde man hatt bruk for et kjøkken……

Ubicado enfrente de una obra actualmente en progreso, bastante ruido después de las 7 am en día de semana. A tener en cuenta si es para vacaciones.

Opravdu moc přátelský a ochotný personál.

Apartament molt modern, nou, acollidor, molt net, amb una àmplia habitació amb llit gran, i sofà llit ampli. Molt bonic. Sala d'estar àmplia i confortable, i cuina equipada. Bany modern i equipat. Calefacció amb radiadors molt bona. Igual que es veu a les fotos. Llogaters molt amables i atents en tot moment. Es troba en zona molt tranquil-la, allunyada del soroll del centre, i amb serveis a prop.

Terra de parquet aixecat en alguna banda, molest per caminar. L'apartament es troba just damunt el pub del mateix nom, i no es troba del tot insonoritzat, per el que es sent de fons la música i la vibració d'altaveus durant la nit fins el tancament del pub. Tot i això, de forma lleugera.

Super location

The room is really nice, it has proper heater, spacious bed and bathroom, balcony, bathrobe, and towel. The location is also perfect for me and my friend, which is close to plenty of bus stops, supermarket, and cafés to work. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

The bathroom might need proper liquid soap and shampoo.

Convenient location. Cleanish- room was fine but dusty outside as work was going on.

Tiny room. The pictures are deceiving and this is not an apart anything. Just a small room. No place to work. Noisy construction right outside the window. They emailed me to ask when I was arriving but weren’t there when I arrived. Had to call which will cost me money. And then they immediately arrived. Which was nice as it was pouring down with Very heavy rain and I was soaked waiting.

We had a combined work and vacation trip in Brussels, and the location was perfect for both: within walking distance of the European Quarter, and with a bus to the city center departing virtually from the front door. On Friday night, the noise and loud music from the cool restaurant owned by the same host were a bit disturbing, as it continued until around 2 am. It’s something to be aware of, even though I was so tired that I still managed to sleep relatively well.

Közlekedés és a környék szuper. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész az apartman tulajdonosa. Közelben találtunk több jó boltot is ahol be tudtunk vásárolni magunknak reggelire és vacsorára. Az apartman jól felszerelt konyhával is rendelkezik, amit ki is használtunk. Nagyon tágas, a fürdő szép tiszta volt. Első emeleti, az utcáról csak a közeli építkezés zaja hallatszott be, ami csak hétköznap jelentett gondot.

Szinte folyamatosan ment a szomszédos helyiségben a mosógép. Este tízkor és hajnal négykor is erre ébredtem fel. Az alattunk lévő szórakozóhelyen pénteken estétől szombat hajnal fél négyig dübörgött a zene. A többi napon is szólt, de akkor legalább éjfélkor elhallgatott. Sajnos nem volt ágynemű, törülköző, wc papír és elég mosogató kapszula bekészítve. Ezt jeleztük a tulajnak, aki azonnal orvosolta a problémát.

La propreté et le confort d'une belle petite chambre entre deux escales. La grande douche à l'Italienne fut fort appréciée après 16 jours en Europe. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Gabriel, le barman du Gotha Bar, qui nous a offert un verre de bienvenue. Contrairement aux messages que nous avons pu lire dans les commentaires, ni le bruit des travaux ni celui du bar n'ont été entendus. Nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Bref, endroit parfait pour poser ses valises à Bruxelles. La proximité de la gare de train et de l' aéroport en prime.

Le quartier était plutôt calme, donc plus difficile de trouver des restaurants ouverts plus tard en soirée Nous avons finalement manger au restaurant juste en face ( Les caprices d' HARMONY) qui était délicieux.
