انا خذيت غرفه مع حمام جميله تطلع من الشقه قدامك صاله كبيره جميله وفي الدور اللي فوق برضو صاله ومطبخ متكامل وبلكونه مطله على الشارع وحديقه صغيره ومسبح وجلسة برا احلى شي والله العظيم الخدمه. اشكرالاخ عبدالله خدمة واخلاق اي حاجه تحتاجه بس كلمه في الواتس ويخدمك

This is not supposed to be a hotel, pretty sketchy, I wonder how did they get a 4star hotel. I would suggest booking team to assess this matter and put it into consideration because this is not a hotel standard! In the beginning it was spooky no banners logo on the outside, felt like walking into someone’s house, we were not relieved until we saw other tenants, the towels itself had FT logo in them, thats Fitness Time a gym a Saudi! The bathroom had a used bottle and placed some cheap shampoo in it, the rug was filthy in the room, the housekeeping is their maid, it should not be listed as a hotel period nevertheless 4 stars unbelievable hustle! It was by far the worst stay in addition n all my travels!

الصراحه قليل اقيم الاماكن اللي اسكن فيها لكن تعامل الأستاذ عبدالله واهل المكان جبرني اكتب اللي في خاطري .. صراحه انصح اللي يبي يسكن ويحس انه في بيته وبين اهله يسكن هنا 🤍🌹

اولا المكان مشترك طلبت الالغاء لاني أسره موافقوش وده حقهم لكن اروح الاقي الجناح اللي بيقول عليه مرشوش مبيد حشرات والريحه تجيب اختناق للجميع وكلهم يكحوا مش قادرين يقعدوا قعدت نص ساعه ولميت حاجتي ومشيت وانا واصل من سفر مرهق الساعه 9 وادور علي مكان في نص الليل بسبب حلجه لا يمكن تحملها ويقولي لا أنا هخصم ليله وده بعد تفاوض من بوكينج والله حاجه مقززه تجربه لا انصح بها وانا خارج والله اول مره اسمع الزوجه تحسبن عليهم بسبب اللي حصلها من ضيق تنفس

Wir haben hier eine Nacht vor dem Flug nach Hause verbracht. Tolles Personal, flexibel und schöne Zimmer. Gern wieder.

Obwohl bei Booking.com Frühstück steht, gibt es das nicht mehr.

تجربة رائعة تستحق التكرار! أقمت في القصر وكانت تجربة ممتازة النظافة: الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، وكل التفاصيل الصغيرة كانت متقنة. الراحة: السرير مريح، والتكييف شغال بكفاءة، والهدوء في المكان ساعدني على النوم بعمق. الإنترنت : يعمل بكفاءة الخدمة: طاقم العمل ودود جدًا ومتعاون، دايمًا مبتسمين وبيحاولوا يساعدوا بأي طريقة ممكنة الموقع: قريب من مول اركان ومول سبانا بلازا وخلفه طريق وصلة دهشور اللي فيه جميع المطاعم والكافيهات المعروفة هو حرفيا في قلب الشيخ زايد وده خلى كل حاجة أسهل. ما في فطور بس مشكورين العاملين بالفندق طلبوا لي فطار مصري تحفه انا اول مرة اكل بالكميات دي أنصح جدًا بالإقامة في الفندق، خصوصًا لو بتدور على مكان هادي ونضيف بخدمة ممتازة وسعر مناسب. أكيد هرجع تاني! واي حد اعرفه نازل مصر يروح بوليفارد بلاس الشيخ زايد مكان اقامه روعة

I went to the bathroom I washed my hands and I got showered by the boiler overhead leaking, no towels, no toilet paper, the bathroom was flooded. No hot water. Had to change rooms and share with my friend, no refund offered and he asked for a 5 star rating hahaha

The staff do not respond, the bathroom is shared and not clean, the beds are hard and not clean, the shared area is very noisy. The location is very bad. The overall experience is very expensive.

There was a leaking in the AC. And as i told one of the staff while i was leaving the room to meet some friends, He actually opened the door of the room! He let himself in without a permission or me being there. I think it was highly unprofessional.

The staff was ever so friendly and helpful! Especially hazem 🥰 the brother helped me getting around showing me apps to order food cheap taxis he showed me the ropes 😁. Was excellent service ever so clean and the ac units were working amazing which was needed in the heat!

Everything here was amazing. I'm already planning my next trip to Egypt 🇪🇬 and here is where I will be residing. Its a home from home. 😍 the staff the owner the manager are all amazing. Very friendly and they all go above and beyond for their guests. It feels like one big happy family of strangers lol if it makes sense. The garden is full of organic fruit which you're allowed to eat. I would bring watermelons home and the team would juice it for me. The pool is cute and quiet, you can swim anytime of the day or night. I love boulavard palace. I stayed in a few hotels around cairo and this was were I felt very relaxed and at home. Paradise.

No AC in the common room. There is AC in your private room. I loved everything here ♥️

I love this boutique hotel/villa. The garden is to die for. You're allowed to pick the fresh fruit from the trees, which included pears, apples, mangoes, key limes,pomegranate, guava, clementines, dates, and I also love boiling tea leaves from these trees too,like mongo and guava leaves. I bought a whole watermelon and juiced it when I got back from shopping with the help of the assistant manager. He is so lovely too ( I forgot his name sorry) the pool is lovely,I was exercising and doing short laps in the heat,it was very refreshing. You can even go in the pool any time you like,no restrictions and within boundaries. They really do look after you here. Love it. I'll be back very soon

Read my previous reviews. I was supposed to leave here and stay elsewhere but I decided against it and rebooked here as I loved it so much!!!! I stayed at the crown plaza in-between around the corner but I still found myself back at the palace. It's amazing honestly 😍

No AC unit in common areas but there's AC in the rooms and we can leave balcony doors open in the common areas to let the lovely desert breeze cone through 🥰🥰😍😍

This hotel/villa is amazing. You feel like you're at home it's that comfortable. The manager Hazem always goes above and beyond. We sit down like one big happy family and talk, have dinner or breakfast together, with the other hotel guests too. But as it's 1 big villa, it's not the same as staying in a hotel where sometimes people keep themselves to their selves. As much as I chose the doom with a shared bathroom, it wasn't shared at all, it was allll mine lol I walked around this place as if I owned it lol but this is how comfortable everyone here makes you feel. I'm definitely coming back here on my next trip to cairo 100 per cent. Thank you all

This villa is amazing. If anyone says any different, they're lying! Hazem the manager is so so sweet and helpful. Anything I ask for he will do his very best to accommodate and he goes above and beyond. I was only supposed to be here for 2 nights but I extended by another 7 days. The last 5 nights I've come back to Boulavard as it feels like home. They have mango, guava, lime, apple, pear trees in the garden. The swimming pool is a nice size which you can go in 24/7. A late night dip in this heat is gorgeous. We are right next to American plaza and Spain plaza. 5 mins drive away 10 mins walk. This is a great location right in the heart of sheikh zayed. 10 mins from capital business park and within 10 to 12 mins to most of the new malls. The villa itself is massive and most of the time theres no more than 3 residents including me and everyone is so nice and respectful.

No AC in common area (living room) but in the bedrooms there is AC thank you so much for having me I will definitely book again on my next trip to egypt
