Erg centrale locatie, dichtbij het hbf, waarvandaan je makkelijk alle plekken in en nabij München kon bereiken.

De hygiëne van de gedeelde ruimtes (douche) viel erg tegen. Ook al werd er gezegd dat er vaak werd schoongemaakt troffen wij altijd haren aan in het doucheputje. Ook rook het eigenlijk altijd muf in de douche. Verder erg dunne muren, en het werd erg snel erg heet in de kamer. De professionaliteit van het personeel doet ook te wensen over.

Enough room, toilet and shower are separated which could minimize the waiting time for each person. The bathroom area is big enough so as the common area is comfortable for 8 people.

I booked the 8 person apartment and the kitchen essentials are not enough, plates or bowls are not even enough for everyone. It could be quite noisy when someone is at the common area which is just a window apart.

To Booking.com: We experienced numerous issues with the accommodation and were very disappointed with how these were handled. The problems included cramped twin rooms, a faulty curtain rail, so the curtain kept falling down. Also a broken door handle, poor shower facilities and drainage, restricted hot water, inadequate ventilation, lack of air conditioning, poor noise insulation, and various basic maintenance and amenity issues. Despite raising these concerns with the manager, no meaningful action was taken. We would not stay here again. We feel the accommodation was substantially below the standard reasonably expected and was substandard for the premium price we paid.

La fenêtre était cassée, elle ne pouvait pas se fermer ??? Parfait avec la route juste à côté et les travaux qui commencent dès 7h du matin ☺️ ! Nous en avons parlé avec le personnel mais vu l’état de la fenêtre, ça faisait longtemps qu’elle était cassée. On ne nous a pas changé de chambres et pas de dédommagements non plus.

Nedalo se nikde zaparkovat. Nakonec jsme museli využít placené parkoviště kde nás to na noc stalo 30€

利用者のマナー次第だと思うが、バスルームがとても不潔で不快な時が頻繁にあり、自身で清掃した。 シャワールームのボディーシャンプーが2日間空で使用できなかった。 建物の鍵と部屋の鍵が同じ。という事は全室同じ鍵なのか？と、不安になった。 環境的に騒音が大きめ（耳栓が設置されていた。） 窓を閉めると静かになったし、扇風機があったので夜も暑くなかった。 軋む木製の螺旋階段を大きな荷物を持って上がるのは大変 客室内も床が軋み少し歩いても揺れ、床が傾いている様な気がして気持ち悪かった。 ベッドが柔らかすぎて寝づらかった。 部屋にハンガーが無かった。 部屋に鏡が無かった。 連泊ではボトルの水とコーンのお菓子コーヒー紅茶が追加で提供されなかった。 バスタオルがとてもタバコ臭く不快な物があった。 バスルームの手拭きペーパーが設置されてなかった。 キッチンの扉が外れていたのでネジを締めて修理した。 夜中に大きな声が聞こえた。

The bathrooms weren’t cleaned enough for the amount of people sharing them.

Les lits étaient confortables et l'accès à la cuisine était pratique.

La salle de bain était assez sale et son sol était mouillé en permanence ce qui n'était pas très agréable. De plus, une des 2 fenêtres ne se fermait plus et comme il y avait des travaux en dessous dans la rue cela faisait beaucoup de bruits.

Lo que no me gustó es que no hubiera aire acondicionado y más utensilios de limpieza.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nah zum Bahnhof, was an sich sehr praktisch ist.

Die WC-/Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer waren schmutzig (liegt bestimmt zum Teil an Gästen), und das Wasser von der Dusche hat den Boden überflutet. Auf der Straße war es ziemlich laut, man konnte nicht mit dem offenen Fenster schlafen. Die Ohrstöpsel wurden aber zur Verfügung gestellt.

La chambre donne sur la rue, qui était en travaux donc très bruyante. La plaque électrique ne fonctionnait pas, donc impossible de se faire a manger, super pour un appart hôtel ! Pas de pile dans la télécommande ! Mon fils est resté coincé dans les sanitaires parce que le système de fermeture était défectueux. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement

The female desk attendant was kind, but the male attendant ignored me when I asked questions and kept talking on the phone. The shower was constantly clogged, and it was very noisy when I opened the window because of construction outside. The room was very different from the photos.

Review of Schwanthaler Hof – Extremely distressing experience My recent stay at Schwanthaler Hof, near Munich Hauptbahnhof, was one of the most troubling hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What should have been a simple overnight stop turned into a genuinely distressing situation. The issues began as soon as we entered our rooms. They were noticeably dirty, with dust on surfaces, debris in corners, and an overall sense that they hadn’t been properly cleaned or checked. Unfortunately, this was only the start of a far more serious problem. Shortly after settling in, we discovered a significant bed bug infestation. This wasn’t a minor issue or a single insect—there were bugs of various sizes and ages clearly visible on and around the beds. Some were newly hatched, others fully grown, making it obvious that this was an established infestation, not something recent or accidental. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. We immediately informed the hotel manager, expecting concern or at least a straightforward apology. Instead, his response was dismissive and accusatory. Rather than acknowledging the severity of the situation, he insisted that we must have brought the bed bugs with us. He did move our group to another hotel, but even that was handled poorly. He repeatedly pressured us not to speak about what had happened, implying that any mention of the infestation would cause problems for the hotel. No guest should ever be placed in such conditions or treated this way. I strongly advise travellers to exercise caution when considering this property.

Distancias muy cómodas para llegar caminando a los lugares de interés. La habitación y los baños muy limpios. El personal muy amable. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje guardado, ya que continuábamos viaje varias horas después del check-out y queríamos recorrer un poco más. Muy recomendable

Hluk z ulice, hlavně ze stavby (s tím ale majitelé bohužel nic neudělají ://). Dostaly jsme špunty do uší.

Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione centrale, mi serviva pernottare a Monaco per poi proseguire il viaggio in aereo. Per una notte va bene.

The location was good.

It's not as fancy as the pictures showed. It looks like the kitchen and the bathroom were build by a random uncle, and not by profesionals. There was no silicon around the countertop in the kitchen, only a list made of tree, which obviously couldn't handle water. There was no real wall between the bed and the kitchen, only a flipped countertop. What looks like a wall panel in the kitchen is a poorly glued paper. There was tree floor in the bathroom and the tilt to the grid drain wasn't enough for the water to flow down. When build like that it's impossible to clean properly, but there was even blood on the wall beside the bed and something brown slimy on the door that I did not wanted to tuch. There was no fan to cool the room down even if the description at booking said that.

The location is very good with lots of public transportation around and nice restaurants.

The bathroom situation was so bad. It is supposedly cleaned twice a day but I doubt that because the bathrooms was disgusting. Other guests were hand washing their clothes and hanging them to dry in the bathroom. I showered with bath slippers because I was so disgusted.

Прекрасное местоположение. 5 минут от центрального вокзала города. 10 минут пешком до исторического центра города. В номере есть все необходимое. Белье чистое, полотенце предоставляется. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. В целом Безопасно.

Отсутствие лифта. Чемоданы приходится нести на 5 этаж без лифта. Соседей почти не видели. Но все двум девушкам было немного тревожно ночевать.

Miły konserż. Wniósł mi walizkę, wszystko wytłumaczył. W pokoju miła niespodzianka w postaci wody i ice tea.

Minden rendben volt. Teljesen jó helyen van, gyalogosan könnyen elérhető a pályaudvar, villamos, busz, metró. A személyzet kedves és barátságos. Tisztának találtam, a WiFi megfelelő. a be és kijelentkezés könnyű és rugalmas. Rendezvényre érkeztem hosszú hétvégére, jövőre is tervezek eljutni és szerintem ugyanide fogok foglalni.

Ich möchte Einzelheiten ersparen, einfach das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich in den letzten Jahren gewohnt habe

Tæt på banegården. Snacks og drikkevarer gratis. Dejligt med ventilator på værelset, da der var meget varmt på værelset.

Der er megen støj fra gaden men sådan er det når man bor midt i en storby og varmt på værelset, men vi var der også midt i en hedebølge
