Nice modern room with kitchen, a full refrigerator, and washer. Lots of closet space to store stuff. There’s also a front desk.

The staff doesn’t always respond to messages. One day, my toilet was clogged, I messaged them, but no one came to fix it. Then when I went to the front desk, they gave me a toilet plunger to fix it myself. The gym has no sanitation wipes. The rooms also don’t have a lot of space if you have many luggages. I also wish they had a dryer for clothes.

Apartamento super bem equipado, limpo e organizado. Acomodações aconchegantes para um bom descanso. Há um guide book oferecendo todas as instruções necessárias, o que facilitou a nossa estadia. Localização excepcional.

房間舒適，攤開兩個行李還有點行走空間不會太擁擠，地點離機場近、附近掛法站就有大賣場可以購買伴手禮。 入住前會郵件訊息提供入住資訊，只需要自助入住就行。

唯一一點不太好的是浴室淋浴間如果不開抽風機，整個浴室都會一直有濃烈的煙味🚬，應該是上下層的住戶在廁所內抽煙，煙味從管線流竄。(19F)

地點很好，巴士總站在附近。去其他城市很方便，又可以寄放行李。設備很好，廚房什麼都有。也很乾淨，床好睡。

4泊五日で利用しました 最上階のお部屋で眺めも良かったです 子供と一緒だったのでキッチン、洗濯機があるこちらのお部屋を選びました チェックアウトの際忘れ物をしそうだと思ってほとんど利用しませんでしたが、収納がたくさんありました 毎日タオルとペットボトルの水補給があったのは良かったです＾＾

お部屋は基本的に清掃が行き届いていてきれいでした ただ一点だけ残念だったのは 折りたたみテーブルの天板を開くと 食べこぼしのカスや汁がそのままの状態で非常に汚かったことです 前泊の客のマナーが悪かったのもあると思いますが、 清掃の方にも確認していただきたかったです

The hotel is a short distance from the International Airport. It's only a few stops on the light rail. There's a few local eateries, coffee shops and convenience stores near by. The room was small, but well appointed.

Great to have a washing machine. Crazy to not have a dryer I was provided with a drying rack when I questioned this. I was able to leave the rack near the window to dry my cloth during the day. Not ideal if you have a big load of washing and limited time to leave it hanging to dry. Finding a discarded condom wrapper when I moved my bed in order to place the drying rack next to the window was not a welcome sight.

신축 건물이라 깨끗했어요. 간이주방과 세탁기가 유용했습니다. 지하철과 경전철이 가까워서 이동에도 편하고 주변에 먹자골목과 쇼핑센터가 있어서 놀기에도 좋았어요.

트윈룸은 좁아서 탁자가 없는게 아쉬웠어요. 침대 사이에 놓고 사용할 이동식 테이블이라도 있으면 좋겠어요. 빨래건조대가 없어서 옷장에 빨래를 널었어요. 빨래에 대한 대책이 필요합니다.

It was close & walking distance to almost everything

There is lack of indication in English when it comes down to a state of emergency. At one point we had experienced a blazing noise & alarm going off but it was all in Korean, we had no idea if it was fire or a drill or what exactly. This was after 12am, the room was meant to cater foreigners so english should also be included for any usage in the room, if I was staying for a long time I would be using my dictionary but I am on a short staycation, I shouldn’t have to be opening my translation app every time i want to use a facility in the room or property as a whole. Tried contacting the host & literally hours later for them to respond. Also there’s no dryer in the room, no clothes hanger were provided (which it should already be in there) & we had to ask for it. There’s not much space either to move around it was literally a space to walk in & out. There was plenty of storage like the cupboards but it has so many shelves so you can’t even store your luggage or medium to big bags just small things only. Overall, it was a good short staycation but i wont recommend it if it was a long stay & if you want a space to lay things over 🤷🏽‍♀️

The room wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty drawers. Not enough hangers to dry wet laundry. Not easy to find the reception.

Номер новый, очень чисто, отдельно выделю прекрасный аромат, это первое что поднимает настроение. Кровать, подушки, одеяло 10/10. Отдельное спасибо за кофемашину. Номер сделан очень качественно, в приятных цветах, вся мебель под заказ. Есть необходимая посуда для готовки.

Когда выключаешь лампу над кроватью, она продолжает немного светиться, днём этого не видно,но ночью это мне немного мешало заснуть, так как привыкла спать в полной темноте. Но думаю это легко поправимо и прикроватная лампочка видимо перегорела.

시설이 편안했어요 무엇보다 쾌적하고 또 냄새가 나지 않아서 좋았어요. 친구나 지인들이 방문한다고 하면 적극적으로 추천할 의사가 있습니다. 다른 호텔과는 다르게 섬세함이 묻어 났어요.

식당이 많이 아쉬웠어요. 조식 하러 갔는데, 뭔가 시설이 더 컸으면 어땠을까 아쉬움이 남더라고요. 접근성이 좀 좋지는 않았습니다. 한 가지 더 생각나는 건 호텔 내 편의점이 있었으면 좋겠단 생각을 했어요.

신축인듯 아주 깨끗한 숙소였으며 시스템에어컨, 빌트인냉장고, 드럼세탁기, 전자렌지등등 취사도 가능한 숙소시설에 놀랬습니다. 17층 숙소에 묵었는데 침대옆 유리창에 바로보이는 사상역,터미널,경전철 지나다니는등 한눈에 내려다보이는 뷰도 아주 좋았습니다.

투베드 숙소는 상대적으로 좀 협소했어요. 간단한 식사를 위해서 슬라이딩붙박이 식탁이 있지만 침대로 인해 펼치지못해서 그냥 바닥에서 식사했어요.

高級舒適的裝潢，高品質的電氣設備，尤其家庭房坪數令人非常滿意。交通非常方便，新韓銀行的8號公車，可到多數景點。已推薦給即將到釜山的朋友

還不太習慣，無櫃台的服務。不過如此合宜的房價，可接受。聯絡房東提前傳訊息的房東(最好先譯成韓文)

Great for transport and very comfortable. We were very pleased with the room. Having washing machine is great but having somewhere to dry clothes after washing them would be better. Two single beds is a little cramped though, one double bed would have been ideal.

Ease of check in and check out without time consuming procedures, the location that is so close to public transport, all the in room amenities provided are top notch, the view from the room was also amazing, the peaceful environment, helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to go out of their way and help us out especially considering the language barrier. Overall the property is an absolute 10/10 deal and our entire stay was very comfortable, would definitely recommend this property.

Stay was good overall. Would recommend it comfortable and convenient. So many shops close by.

The room is totally new and nicely furnished and had complete amenities. The location was also good as ít’s near the airport. Good for early flight

We had difficulty getting to the hotel as the name of the building is not clear. It would be useful to present the address in Korean characters to the taxi driver but this is not easily found in the website

Wonderful accommodation. Everything is new and clean. Modern equipment, lots of space for storing things. Very well thought out apartment. There is air conditioning and also an electrically openable window. Every day they brought us water and new small towels. Close to the metro station. I recommend!

The location is good, close to the subway and the international airport .

The toilet only provides one toilet roll for staying one week. We ask someone in the reception to call the owner to provide one more but didn't show up. Everyday we received 2 towels and 2 bottles of water, good, but no bath towels only one warm check in.. Something I could not understand is no room cleaning, it means you need to empty all the rubbish by yourself and tolerate dirty bathroom floor and room floor till you check out. No cleaning service while you stay. At least there is a washing machine but no laundry powder at all. Please BYO.

good location if you have any early morning flight catch as it is only 3 stops by airport light rail from Busan Airport. . Sasang Light Rail station is just about 5mins walk. This service apartment has very strict check in time (after 4pm) by self check in at Kiosk located at 2nd floor. no luggage storage or leave luggage service because basically no one will be at the counter if you arrive before 4pm ( suggest managment to at least provide a Water despenser at the lobby for guests) . we booked a twin room, limited space in room for luggage, we can only have 1 bag open and leave it at the door step. too much space wasted inxthe room for kitchen facility and cabinets which I would think not much useful.

Not so good for old people , small space, no chair , no front desk , one kind of coffee, this hotel seems to be only for young people and stay long time for cooking by themselve totally is not for people staying short trip Specially, very small space of shower & toilet area.

Too far from everything. Breakfast is horrible and doesn’t offer more than two things. Staff doesn’t speak any English and won’t use a translator when I tried. The room is amazing but this hotel is WAY too far from everything wouldn’t stay here again.

Although this hotel was impossible to find on Google maps it is very nice inside. The hotel is connected to another hotel H hotel I believe and they were so much more helpful than mine. Should have booked with them. There is no one to help check in, they sent me a code for my room but after the first day the code changed and no one would reply to my message. My room wasnt cleaned during my stay even though I asked the cleaning ladies for trash to be taken out. The room service wouldn’t take my credit card so I couldn’t order that. They did have breakfast for a reasonable price, but there isn’t much put out just enough for a few people then they slowly bring out the microwaved food. Getting more (which is Buffett style) they look at you rudely like you shouldn’t be getting more of anything. The food was barely warm. The room was on the 23rd floor and I don’t believe anyone else rented a room there because there was plastics on the doors. Weird! There is a washer in the room but no dryer to prepare yourself for wet clothes. The area was good to walk for food but nothing for sightseeing.
