Restaurant food preparation took some time in the evening. We waited quite awhile but the food itself was amazing. Please have more charging bays available at the restaurant.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Easily an 11/10 stay! Domenique at reception is truly exceptional—you can tell their main goal is guest satisfaction, and they delivered 100%. I normally avoid using bath tubs away from home, but this facility is so remarkably clean that I actually got to relax and indulge. The rooms are super cozy and neat, the surrounding scenery is lovely, and the food at the Ameri Restaurant is very good (big shoutout to the chef!). Brilliant experience overall!
Literally the only flaw is the gravel road leading up to the property—everything else inside is absolute perfection.

The directions when navigating take you to a dead end and I ended up getting lost and having to ask the accomodation for directions. They assisted by sending location pins. That could've assisted if they sent them the morning of my arrival.

I called asking for a location because I was getting lost,and enquired if there are any rooms available white lady receptionist said it's fully booked then went online to book and it allowed me to struggled to get there when I finally did two of the staff were out side they helped me to parked and I asked them is it fully booked and was told there were plenty rooms available, following morning I asked the day receptionist if they were fully booked the previous night she said it was quite empty infact. That made me feel that the white lady lied probably because she doesn't want to work or she doesn't want to serve blacks either way very annoying and highly disappointing also my shower was not 100% clean it really could have been cleaner... however I really loved the place

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026The quality of care to yard, room design and size so spacious, the attention to details in rooms with robes. The bathtub to the jacuzzi and swimming pool are the best. The family room is perfect for all families looking for a place for the family. The breakfast was amazing and most amazing is that they cooked liver and that's not an easy dish to get right. Then the animals on property will be full prove your in Africa. The staff was very polite and helpful with a smile to make the place worth visiting again.
The gravel road made our family turn back in January thinking we were lost and going down the road on "Wrong Turn" movie. The signage could use help and a sign placed right where the gravel road starts and reflective strips and reflective paint to assure clients they are not lost.
