El personal es muy amable, cenamos y comimos ahí, la comida estaba muy rica, las vistas de la ciudad son preciosas. Está bastante alto, pero nosotros algún día subimos andando y a pesar de tardar un poco es algo que se puede hacer.

L'hôte a attendu que nous payons la réservation pour nous annoncer que la chambre que nous avons réservée est occupée et il nous a proposé une autre chambre sale avec une odeur de moisissure.

Super freundliches personal und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann das Zentrum erreichen ansonsten kann man aber auch jederzeit ein tuk tuk nehmen. Der Ausblick ist besonders toll

Great central location - close to everything (note: it is up a hill, but not a bad walk), the best air conditioning we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Good shower, clean, reliable service. Sithija is busy working, but responds quickly to WhatsApp for anything you need. The included breakfast was tasty and just what we ordered. INCREDIBLE view.

Very bad that hotel

The staff was nice and the breakfast overlooking the city was way above the expectations.

For the entire night there was some party at the building. The music was live and extremely loud. It was nearly impossible to sleep. Toilet was very disgusting, the seat should be replaced immediately.

All good except matresses. They are spring matresses..

Kind and nice people. Spring matresses I am not comfortable personally.. May be that's my problem..

The view over Kandy is well worth the location being slightly out of town - rooms were super clean and comfortable, the staff were also so helpful! Breakfast was lovely too - definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a day. A budget hotel as needed. Room is clean with good spreads and toiletteries. The caretaker suthij is extremely polite and helpful. Food is good for the price. Totally satisfied with the stay.

Arranging a kettle or facililities for coffee or tea in the room would be great

Tolle Aussicht auf Kandy. Ein super netter Mitarbeiter, der sehr bemüht war um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen - mit Erfolg. Klar etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt, aber genau das haben wir auch gewollt.

Cudowna obsługa, piękny widok na miasto oraz smaczne śniadanka. Pokój bardzo duży i przytulny.

Minusem była mała łazienka bez kabiny prysznicowej, przez co cała łazienka po kąpieli była zalana wodą. Też kwestia nagrzewania wody, trwa to długo i woda jest letnia/ciepła, a nie gorąca. Poza tym wszystko w porządku było.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du centre, mais suffisamment en retrait pour rester au calme, loin de l’agitation. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La vue depuis le balcon est absolument magnifique, un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Náš recepčný Sithija bol vždy pripravený sa o nás a naše pohodlie postarať. Srí Lanské raňajky boli veľmi chutné a porcie veľké. No a ten výhlad, ktorý sme k tomu mali, bol na nezaplatenie. Lokalita je kludná, bezpečná a dobre dostupná.

Location in mountain.

Seepages in walls. Hot water kettle was missing in rooms. Food that you order at the hotel are brought from outside; no in house cooking facilities available. Poor quality of bed ( makes lot of sound when one sits on it.).

The cleanliness, the freedom, the beauty of the surroundings, everything was good. The breakfast was good, as was the dinner. It was very tasty and very good value for money. The staff was very friendly.

Compared to other hotels in Kandy, it offers a more serene and peaceful retreat at a very reasonable price. Sithija from the stuff was helpful in preparing breakfast sooner, as we needed to go for a trip and also wery helpful in finding driver for us for a drive to Badulla.

View was totally amazing

The most we liked was the staff named Sundaru and Satheja who were very friendly and always ready to help. There is a little makeshift kitchen where we could get hot water. The view of Paradenia city from outside of the reception hall was spectacular. We also like the breakfast nook outside with a wide view of Paradenia. Also the uphill hike from Kandy Lake in the city to the hotel was very interesting for us as we like to hike. And we felt it was safe to hike even late night. Overall the Sri Lankan people are very friendly and welcoming.

We felt that pillow covers and sheets weren't fresh so Sundaru and Sheteja quickly changed those. There were ants innthebroom which I think may be normal in tropical weather but Satheja was very helpful to spray in the room everyday. Bed was noisy may be due to not good pr older mattresses.

The breakfast was excellent. The cook is 5* . The location at the top of Kandy, was a wonderful panorama of beauty, especially at night. Want to come back and stay for a long period. The main worker Shitija, is a gem. Very helpful.

The approach strip of road .... around 30 yards or so.... needs to be paved.

The location is ok if you don't mind a 10 minute walk up a steep hill. It was ok for me, I don't mind a steep hill. If you are not that fit then you would have to use a tuk tuk. The breakfast is not cooked at the hotel. It was brought in from outside. It was a little cold. Shiija Rathnayla who worked on reception was very nice and helpful.
