El aire acondicionado te da en la cara. El agua no sale con suficiente presion. No es un apartamento sino una habitacion grande. La cafeteria tiene poco que ofrecer. El sistema de pago por adelantado es complejo y te piden el codigo de seguridad de la tarjeta. No lo deis y pedir que oscenvien un enlace. Luego en la recepcion tienen un lio con las reservas si el dueño del apartamento no comunica que lo teneis reservado y hay que escribirle por whatsapp. Un lio tremendo.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Esta muy cerca del puerto y por la zona hay variedad de lugares para comer, la piscina hermosa y grande. La habitación era grande, la cama super cómoda, todo de 10.
En recepción ponen algunas dificultades para el pago. Primero pregunte si se podía pagar en dólares y me dijeron que si. Luego la propietaria me envio un link de pago, aclaro que antes no habían informado que la forma de pago era esta. Cuando voy a pagar en efectivo me dicen que no tenían cambio asi que tuve que pagar por ese link con tarjeta.

Horrible que pidan (por mensaje en la plataforma) el código CVC de mi TC para hacer el pago de la habitación o que me enviaran un link para hacerlo, sentí inseguridad de cómo manejan mis datos y de la intención de esa acción. Después en el alojamiento, solo pude pagar en efectivo y cobran más de lo ofrecido. Acepté porque no tenía más opciones en ese momento.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025Es ist sauber und die Damen am Empfang sind sehr freundlich! Das Wasser ist heiß und es gibt einen Kühlschrank und großen schönen Balkon Ein Cafe befindet sich direkt im Innenhof sowie ein großer Pool Man erreicht Restaurants, Busstation und Meer bequem zu Fuß.
Der Lärm von der Straße ist schrecklich! Ich habe nicht eine Nacht schlafen können. Jeder der Bayahíbe verlässt rast an der Unterkunft vorbei mit lauten Mörderrädern, Musik und Hupen....es war extrem anstrengend

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024I absolutely loved the hotel. I got a last minute deal and I stayed in a very nice room with a cozy balcony. The room was spacious, had a free drinkable water station, which was a very nice touch, and everything was spotless. The swimming pool was big and nice. Location was good, about 500m from the docks. Breakfast was not included but they have options at the hotel as well as a nice restaurant across the street. There's also a great pizza place some steps away. Everything was great!
From the pictures you imagine that the beach is right by the hotel but it's not. I don't know what private beach area means

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024The place is on the main street coming into the little town, beautiful place, gorgeous pool and grounds, very pretty unit! It was nice to have a balcony too. Host was easy to reach by text. Beautiful place, I would stay again!
It took us one night of cold shower before figuring it out after asking the owner. The floor was not clean for walking barefoot.
