المكان في قمة جبل والطريق وعر جدا .. وكنت مستاجر 8 ايام ولم ابقى الى يومين وحاولت استرجاع المبلغ وتم الرفض لا يوجد انسانية في التعامل وقدمت شكوى على البوكنق وانتظر الرد

I stayed at the property whilst attending an xc ski course in the morning and remote working in the afternoon. You ideally need a car to get to the property from the station / ski tracks, but the view from the apartment is breathtaking and more than made up for the drive up the hill. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The owner was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and the ski course.

The table was a bit small and cramped for remote working but I managed. I also brought my desk lamp.

No restaurant

It is a very comfortable apartment with an amazing view, situated in a quiet place. 2 rooms and a big balcony, a fully equipped kitchen. There is a jacuzzi in the hotel and a sauna (the latter you can use every other day). A lot of opportunities for hiking within 10 min drive. There is an elevator in the hotel. The owner is an amazing person, always ready to help. Please keep in mind that there is no restaurant now and no grocery store close to the hotel.

Actually everything was great. Maybe just one thing, there are no mugs in the kitchen, just small coffee cups.

First of all, our stay started with a nice surprise when the property owners decided to improve our accommodation (due to a reason), that was really awesome and very customer-friendly. Then I should mention really amazing views from the windows, spacious rooms and friendliness of the property owners and hotel team. They were very open and explained in very details everything we asked. What else? Kitchen, pet-friendly, plenty of parking space + huge underground parking, WiFi and sauna. That place is definitely worth to visit.

There really isn't that much to dislike about the hotel itself. Perhaps it's worth mentioning incompatible sockets, so it would be really nice to have at least one adapter in the room.

Beautiful and serene location. Very clean and well maintained property. The apartment we chose had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom/toilet, kitchen and spacious TV room with balcony. Property also has a Sauna and Jacuzzi.

Location is beautiful and people are very friendly and polite and decent .

We had an amazing time at Apartments Castle. It is situated in the mountains which brings a great view from the balcony while still being very accessible by car with lots of parking space. The room was very comfortable and complete. The kitchen is great with an oven and electric stove to prepare meals on. The balcony is very spacious, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Also the host made us feel very welcome and is knowledgeable about the area and suggested additional tips on hiking trails and other activities. We highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful mountainside setting but you do ideally need your own vehicle! Lovely welcome on arrival. Artistic flair very evident in ambience and furnishings. Good access to xcski in the valley. Spa truly luxurious and the view from the terrace simply stunning.

The information provided on website and Booking.com was very inconsistent so we did not know what to expect. We were sad to learn that the restaurant is now permanently closed.

The property and the owner was very helpful (Peter and Margaret). Properly had Sauna, Steam Bath, Jacuzzi and many other facilities including free (and paid indoor garage). The property has been built keeping convenience of the guests in mind - I cannot impress on this point any more. Highly recommended.

Owner of the property does not have much control over this but unfortunately the neighbours were very noisy. Although the owner took care of it by talking to them, we could still hear walking and loud voices from the walls and floors.

location and facilities are excellent

The restaurant is very expensive fine dining only. As the hotel is quite remote , we ended up paying SF180 for a meal when we really just wanted a pizza or a steak after a long drive.

I didn't travel here, had to drop out of my holiday, my mates did and reported it was fantastic. Spot on venue and hotel. Rooms and views are superb.

Restaurant was a bit pricey... but the food was exceptional... you get what you pay for... The Chaps should have checked the menu prices before eating there if it was too much.... so it's a negative but also not the hotels fault... I should have checked the cancellation terms more closely... It would have been nice to have a refund when I had to drop out of the trip. Once again, the hotel made it clear what the terms were...however I'd be more likely to book there again rather than going somewhere else next time I visit.

It was a very nice hotel high up from the river bed. The food was excellent.

It would have been nice to have wifi in the rooms.

Great location, great room, beautiful view from the terrace, great cuisine, and very friendly staff.

The room, the staff and the hotel are great. The location is very far from most areas in Switzerland and it takes more than 2 hours to each direction in order to travel around.

Travel time to most places is extremely long

staff, location, comfort, very good place for relax.

No indoor & out door kids play area , if there’s outdoor garden will be good, in summer hotel is warm should provide fly or mosquito net so you can keep the windows open
