Apo Estin homestay

Large clean rooms with hot water shower, close to beaches. Shared kitchen to use, drinking water available. Lovely owner and great price. Been staying here on and off for past 3 months. About 25min walk to Paliton beach. Or 5min taxi.

Love this place. Peaceful. Nice host. Clean room. Air conditioning. Good parking. Easy to check in and check out. Good wifi, no water or electric outage.

Loved Everything

Such a great stay! I left my other accommodation in Siquijor because it was so loud. I’m so glad I did- Apo Estin had very friendly staff, the room was very large, comfortable, and clean. AC was great and hot showers. Awesome location as well, would definitely stay again!

I booked this hotel last minute because my ferry to Dumaguete had been cancelled. The room was super simple and basic (few furniture, just white walls) but still confortable, with a real hot shower. It’s not too far from the ferry port. That’s all I was asking for.

Very spacious, the bedroom + bathroom was nice and clean! Comfy bed with 3 pillows and a decent amount of towels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot water shower was good!

Sometimes the neighbours were loud at night, the kitchen area could do with some love for it to be properly used and a few maintenance tweaks required

The rooms are wide & clean. The place is quiet . The kitchen is a great help as you can cook your own food ! The host, Mark, is super nice , friendly and helpful . He’s a special host who truly cares !:) You are 5-6 min drive on your scooter from 1 of the most famous beautiful beaches (Paliton) , and 5 -20 drive from various bars restaurants and other attractions

The staff is incredible, they helped me with everything I needed and even beyond that! I couldn't have wished for more, thank you! The yard is pretty and the room is large. The bed is comfortable and huge, probably for 4 people! The place is rather close to Paliton Beach, a bit far from everywhere else but there are bikes for rent and tricycles available of course.

There was some noise in the late evening as some neighbors sang karaoke but that's everywhere in the Philippines I guess :D The shower worked mostly with bucket and scoop system but that's the island's issue I think.

Homestay was really lovely! We were after a quiet place to stay for a few nights and we got exactly that. The owners were so friendly and helpful, giving us food recommendations and organising scooter rental for us. Good location and very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you :)
