Todo perfecto. Lugar, cercanía con un centro comercial donde tienes de todo y del parque Gallineral que es un lugar que si o si deben visitar y que que es ideal para respirar y relajarse.

This is a great spot for families to stay at a good price. The room was very clean, had many towels to use, and a fan. The kitchen was well equipped for people wanting to cook, with purified water available.

I never saw a staff member, and though they sent a great video of how to get into the door, they should also mention that you have to push the door very hard, because I struggled at first thinking it was still locked when it was actually open!

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion porque la primera tiene un problema de termitas y habian piezas de madera sobre la cama, y contamos con la mala suertr de que estaban arreglando las tuberias del barrio, por lo que el agua era muy muy escasa

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente maravillosa, de esas experiencias que superan las expectativas. Desde antes del check-in nos brindaron mucha accesibilidad y disposición, lo que hizo que todo fluyera con tranquilidad desde el primer momento. Quiero resaltar especialmente la atención constante: siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, 24/7, asegurándose de que tuviéramos una estadía cómoda y agradable. Además, para mí fue fundamental que el lugar sea pet-friendly, un detalle que marca toda la diferencia y que valoro profundamente al viajar. La ubicación es excelente, los espacios son amplios, cómodos y bien distribuidos, con muy buena ventilación y un ambiente que se siente fresco y agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.

The owner was extremely tending to our needs. We got stuck on the way to hotel and he was asking our location to make sure we are safe, very very very nice person. The hotel’s location is across the river from downtown -5min by walk. Which is better because it feels safer and its more quite. Love this place.

Great, spacious room with a super welcoming atmosphere and convenient location.

Beautiful hostel, everything is brand new and clean. The kitchen is large with granite counters. I loved that filtered water is provided. I first stayed in the dorm room which has capsule like beds with electrical outlets, lights, &quiet sliding curtains. There are large lockers that fit a backpack which are a great bonus. I upgraded to a private room which had a fan, monogrammed towels, 4 big pillows and a desk. There is a mall close by, and across the highway, a big market.

The only downside would be that if staying in the dorm room on the 3rd level, the washrooms are on the 1st level by the reception desk. A bit of a trek.

The room itself was great, as well as the common areas. There is a mall and a pedestrian bridge to go to the city center close by.

The room is not well isolated from the common areas. Sleep is completely dependent on the civility of other guests. If they decide to watch TV at full volume, both the sound and the light will enter the room.

I really like the staff at reception. She was so friendly and helpsom. The hostel is in a nice area away from noise.. Good kitchen and good beds with everything in reach from your bed. A big mall is very convinient close by.

The hostal is very beautiful and cozy. The room was great, the kitchen well equipped and the staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely come back.
