This place was amazing, and it was big enough for me and my family to stay. The location is amazing, with the beach right there 😊. The pool table and spa were good to have, after a good day at the beach.The owner is an amazing, I would definitely come back here again.

If you’re looking for a place simple, clean and peaceful this is a place for you. Comfy beds, great water pressure, fantastic view, easy checkin & out & very spacious. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome location with an awesome view. The outdoor spa and tub were great. Kids had plenty of space and beds to choose from. It really had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice and big

Very spacious! The spa and open air bath were very much appreciated. Short walk to the shop and take away.

We stayed here over Easter and had a lovely time. The house isn’t very modern, but it is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa and billiard pool table were great additions and provided lots of relaxation and entertainment. The location on the Karikari Peninsula is quiet but quite remote, with main attractions like Cape Reinga, the Sand Dunes, and 90 Mile Beach a fair drive away. The nearest supermarket in Kaitaia is about 25–30 minutes away, so planning ahead is helpful. However, Tokerau Beach and Maitai Bay nearby are stunning and definitely worth visiting. Jeremy, the owner, was very helpful, supportive, and quick to respond to our requests. Overall, a great place for a peaceful getaway if you don’t mind being away from busy tourist areas.

Es war sehr schmutzig nicht geputzt. Der Kühlschrank roch stark nach Fisch war nicht geputzt. Im Gefrierfach waren alte Lebensmittel. Offene Insektizide in der Küche beim Geschirr. Geschirrspüler verschmutzt mit Essens Resten. Die Küche war alles andere als hygienisch. Zerfetzte Vorhänge. Spinnen überall. Badezimmer roch stark nach Urin. Toilette komplett verschmutzt. Kabel in Steckdosen Höhe blanke Drähte Lebensgefahr für Kinder. Whirlpool konnte nicht benutzt werden stark verschmutzt keine Aufbereitung. Die Eingangstüre konnte von innen nicht abgeschlossen werden und der Nachbar besitzt den ziganscode. Katastrophale Zustände wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht wieder verlassen. Keine Hilfe vom Vermieter. Versuchten ein Gespräch mit dem Nachbar bezüglich der katastrophalen Umstände zu führen er wurde sehr aggressiv, unberechenbar und beleidigend. Standen mit zwei Kinder ohne Unterkunft da und bekamen keine Hilfe.

It was just amazing the kids loved the spa and the HUGE pool table it kept them entertained instead of their gaming machines which they did take but loved the spa and pool table so much they didn't even play their devices!! The beds were oh my gosh so comfortable I wanted to bring 1 home with me!! The views were just amazing even with the not so good weather! Thank you for allowing my family and I the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home!! Highly recommend booking this house you will not be disappointed💛

Just a little house equipments that needs change such as exhaust fan at cooking area.

So nice, very comfortable, good views, and the property is very friendly.

Just one thing we don’t like that much was the smell of the house. But all the other things are very good.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space, and enough beds for everyone. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. This place is ideal for a large family getaway."

The property was perfect size for a big group and an excellent price! We loved our stay! The kids enjoyed the snooker table down stairs and we all got to have a go in the spa. Awesome communication from the owner as well. Highly recommend.

Loved everything

That our family was together accommodated everything we needed it exceeded our exceptations Suited us as a mature family

There wasn't anything not to like the views were mind-blowing. We had 🌈s visit, the grace of space. The spa was great but the wind blew us away. The pool table would have been used but we talked laughed, ate, and rested. Baked and did our whanau challenge. Matariki we celebrated quietly.

Nothing

Very pleasant stay ! We stayed one week and that was worth it. A very big house, lots of room, a pool table and a spa ! And the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Jeremy is always available and even recommended plenty of places to visit nearby. Would stay again in future!

Accommodation was great - perfect for large groups or families. Kids loved having their own room each and an opportunity to spread out a bit after a busy week of traveling up North, and we loved the Californian king and impressive view upstairs. Jeremy the host was easy to communicate with and offered loads of information. We will definitely stay again if we make our way up North again - probably with friends next time.

Host is helpful and the house is nice.
