Restaurant is Good

The main attraction of the property is Cot with Bed The cot not allowed to sleep which was making sounds The suite room itself providing such cot means what can expect more from them Totally disappointed with Cot provided.

They showed a big one room and after making payment through booking.com they gave another small room but after argument they gave a big room.

Breakfast was very lean, few items only, but was OK. Reception team and the restaruant team was good.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite from July 5th to August 7th. During checkout, we reported consuming the only item available in the minibar: a single packet of Lays chips. However, Housekeeping Supervisor Ms. Kuku Francis repeatedly insisted the minibar was fully stocked and falsely accused us of consuming extra items. Her argumentative attitude and tone were highly humiliating. The matter was escalated to Operations Manager Ms. Swapna, who promised to intervene before we left. After waiting over an hour at reception for a resolution, we paid the disputed amount and left. About an hour later, Ms. Swapna called to inform us that CCTV footage confirmed only one item was ever placed in our room. She apologized and promised a full refund. While we sincerely thank Ms. Swapna and the front desk staff for their intervention, prompt investigation, and support, the stressful and embarrassing ordeal caused by the housekeeping supervisor ruined our stay.

The washroom stinks very bad throughout, even with freshener it was not going away. Not sure what the problem is. The bedding, towels, bedsheet do not feel very fresh. They look a bit old.

Rooms are good and clean

Staff at reception..even though rooms were available and also requested earlier they didn't allow early check in.. check and check out is very pathetic. They said will send an electronic invoice until now i am yet to receive it. Staff was not helpful in any way and needed to repeat multiple times. If they improve this pathetic service it can be considered as good hotel

Staff behaviour was good.

​The room was not properly cleaned; there was a cockroach roaming around, and I even found one inside the complimentary glass provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, I drank water from that exact glass before noticing. This experience was absolutely not worth the money, as staying at this hotel meant compromising our health and hygiene.

The only thing that put us off was that we saw couple of cockroaches here and there in the room.

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was excellent. Clean with nice hot shower. The staff were friendly enough and there was ample parking. They had a cheap bar as well, which was a plus.

She bedding was slightly dingy. Trying to pay for breakfast outside of the plan was also confusing.

the hotel lobby AC is always off unless we request. if we are coming from the hot & humid weather outside the Aircon is a bliss, however for some reason the staffs keep it off. secondly, the bath towels and cushion cover have this very old and stained look (its a shade of very light brown tint). when the floor is cleaned with a mop, the residue or rather a sticky feel to the bare feet can be sensed. breakfast buffet we had on one occasion had limited options for the price.

Room was not cleaned well. Linens are out dated, I found cockroach in the room, No carpet in the room and the floor was sticky. 4 star Hotel but no bath tub in the wash room. As per the House keeping team they are using only old linens in the rooms. I requested to change it then they told me all rooms are same the towels are like discarded. It can not be used in the guest rooms. I booked room for 3 persons with extra bed but it was not arranged,, it was done only after request. Cable TV was not working,

The hotel staff response was very unprofessional and lacked proper knowledge. Without our permission, room service entered the room when we were not available, which is completely unacceptable. They also falsely promised free laundry service, but later charged money for it. The service was not punctual at all, and overall they are simply looting customers’ money. Not recommended, especially for middle-class people looking for honest service and value.

Food was bad. Had the worst biryani in my life. Coffee was cold in breakfast.only when complained they said will make another one but I was running out of time. Had the stay a bit late due to a meeting and requested for extended checkout and also told them will pay 50% room charges etc but they were adamant for one day charges inspite of less occupancy. Also 10 mins before the checkout time the housekeeping staff rang the bell and opened the door with duplicate key. This is a complete privacy issue.

The property was overall clean and easily accessible.

There were cockroaches in the room. The breakfast menu was very small and was not timely refilled. Pool did not have an attendant to safeguard the kids and no one to give towels as well. The twin beds were very small for even one person and the body was rolling outward while sleeping due to the uneven cushioning.
