Cramped bedroom, no-where to open suitcases. Recommend leaving suitcases in the car and just take what you need inside.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Beautiful places and beautiful area. Love that there is now a swimming pool!

I experienced difficulties with the checkin. I was called while driving and I wasn’t connected to my vehicle program so was unable to pickup. I should have checked the mailbox but unfortunately had had a challenging day and then had issues finding the place. I was repeatedly told that they had phoned several times. Sending a text would have simplified the issue and caused me significantly less stress. Once we were checked in all was wonderful.

Le chalet est très mignon et bien équipé.

L’emplacement ne correspond pas tout au fait aux photos, qui donnent l’impression qu’on est en pleine nature, alors qu’on est très près de la route et à côté d’un grand terrain de camping (VR). Aussi, les oreillers sont très hauts. Enfin, nous avons dû laver la plupart des outils de cuisine et de la vaisselle qui étaient sales. Il serait donc bon de vérifier si les gens ont bien lavé le matériel avant que les nouveaux clients arrivent.

It was private and it was peaceful!! And the hot tub was very nice!!

There was an extremely bad smell while using the shower. The smell was that bad coming up from the drain it was like it was going to be a sewer backup! Unfortunately I was there for a wedding and wasn’t able to shower the Saturday and Sunday morning as it was that bad. I left early Saturday morning and tried to report the problem however they were not open and I couldn’t stick around due to wedding plans. I did report the problem at check out but I wasn’t offered anything other than a card to call the manager if I wanted.

The air conditioner could have been turned on a few hours before check it. Took about 4 hours to cool the room from 31 celcius down to 21 celcius.

Quiet location, easy access, cottage had pretty much what we needed. not too far from Bay Roberts for supplies.

Kitchen could use a few more outlets so the you can make coffee and tea the same time as toast.

On line searches indicated a store and restaurant close by. Neither were open and we were advised they had been closed for 2 years.

Our cabin unfortunately was located right beside the highway, front entrance to camp ground and sewage pump from trailers.

We absolutely loved our cottage. There was so much room and all the extra touches made it feel like home!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Very clean cottage with a spacious two-person jacuzzi tub, hot water, good shower head, comfortable beds and linens. Good heating system with an efficient heat pump. It was a cold rainy night and morning, but we were nice and toasty inside the cabin. The kitchenette was clean and had all the necessary utensils and cooking equipment. These units are open year-round, so it would make for a good retreat off-season as well. Very safe and access to the property was through a key fob that opened the gates.

Dieser RV-Park mit den Cottages ist sehr gut gelegen, um ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Leider keine Restaurants in fussläufiger Umgebung. Der Foodtruck hat aber gutes Essen und im Laden erhält man fast alles, was man braucht. Rogers Bay mit mehreren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.

Comfortable cabin

No wifi , wasn't aware of laundry facilities in the area until the last day. Booked 3 nights but needed to cancel the last day . Property didn't respond until the last day , when it was too late to cancel.

The screen door had slits in it so we couldn’t really leave the door open. But that was it!

Le petit chalet, équipé simplement, ressemblait à un camp de chasse ou de pêche. Il y avait tout que dont nous avions besoin, les serviettes et les draps sont vieux mais propres. L'accueil était bien, il y a une guérite à l'entrée et on nous donne une puce électronique qui la fait lever, ce qui donne une impression de sécurité, probablement davantage pour le stationnement de VR. C'est très correct, pas cher, bien placé pour nous permettre de rayonner un peu partout autour.

Ce qui nous a surpris en arrivant c'est que ces chalets sont en fait dans un campement de VR, qui sont dans un espace déboisé de la montagne, on voit des arbres morts dans des couloirs de chablis (comme dans les régions sauvages de TN). En plongée on voyait les toits d'un immense entrepôt de VR. Les petits chalets colorés avaient une clientèle avec des chiens sympathiques mais qui ont aboyés beaucoup.

Private and a great location.

The signage to the Hill side cottages was not displayed well. But we found it coming from the other direction after a half hour of driving around.

Its a beautiful place to stay highly recommend it...we will return

La qualité du lit qui était très inconfortable, sofa inconfortable et presque inutilisable, aucun espace pour surprendre des vêtements, cafetière difficile à faire fonctionner, micro onde mal laver, siège de toilette qui bouge…..

Le personnel était très bête, il y avait des frais supplémentaires pour tout et il n’y avait pas tous les éléments qui avaient été vendu dans notre réservation sur place

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Nice compact and very cozy. We definitely will return.

There were no extra benches or storage in the bathroom to place toiletries. I would suggest something in the towel area to lay items. There is a lot of space between the toilet and wall, this is another great area for a table, bureau, or some sort of storage for clients to place their items.

Great location (in terms of nearby sites and things to do), convenient, everything very clean. Convenience store on site is helpful too, really friendly staff. We were only there for a night literally, so we didn't get to see the site much. The 2 room cabin met our needs very well, and was very comfortable.

The cabin is facing the road so there is road noise, but that is to be expected.

The bed was spectacular! One of the best beds ive slept in at a rental property. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful as well!

The wasps were a little obnoxious, but there's not much the property can do to remedy that, theyre in the woods

Water pressure wasn’t great. Some of the USB outlets didn’t work.

The cabin was Purple love Purple lol This cabin is fantastic and so comfy, better then any hotel or motel you can book. Price was great. Was a bit of a drive from St John's. But glad we came 😌

Location was good would have been nice if there was grass on both sides of the cabin instead of dirt and rock but it was fine for a night we travelled for our dog to have surgery so it was not too far away from the animal hospital and he could get outside better than a hotel has pretty much everything you would need for a short stay fridge microwave untensils dishes and you can cook if you need to with 2 elements no oven but great for a dhort stay cant complain we slept on the pull out couch which was better for our dog the mattress on this is wore out we never tried the bed

The air conditoner was falling apart grills falling out and the hose that vented outside was all fell apart my husband had to tape it on so it coukd vent outside

Coffee make didn't work/kettle didn't work They wanted to charge for use of the pool ($9/day) which is at the top of an extremely steep

It was cute and cozy. Nicely appointed with everything you could need. Clean and quiet.

There was nothing I really didn't like.

Beautiful rustic cabin. Close to a small convenience store with an excellent selection of beer.

The shower was tiny.

Full half-sized kitchen with all the things you need. I loved that It had a bbq. We were able to enjoy steaks, and it was super cozy.

I didn't like that the bedroom had thin white shades. A darker shade would have been nice. I would have liked to sleep past 6 am. Next time, we will be sure to bring face masks.

I loved that it was a cozy little cabin, it was private and had lots of bedding. The canteen was great and the staff were super helpful and friendly. It was also in a great location with lots of things to do and see nearby

There wasnt much we didn't like! There were some parts of our cabin that needed to be cleaned and was dirty when we arrived. A couple things were a little broken or run down, like furniture or window screens. I'm not sure what the smell was in the cabin, but there was a very strong smell in the cabin that did not go away. Overall it was enjoyable though!

Unser Cottage war sehr gemütlich. Wir waren zu 4. unterwegs und hatten ausreichend Platz. Betten waren bequem, Küche hatte alles was man braucht um kochen zu können und es waren mehr als genug Handtücher vorhanden. Gemütliche Sitzecke mit 2 Sofas und Fernseher war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bad hatte einen "Lichtkanal" auf's Dach, so dass man es hell hatte ohne das Licht einschalten zu müssen. Die Lage ist super um mit dem Auto diesen Teil von Neufundland entdecken zu können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants bzw. Fast Food Sachen gibt es in Bay Roberts zu dem man keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Klopapier viel zu dünn, selbst für kanadische Verhältnisse. Die Türen waren extrem laut und haben gequietscht und geknarrt, so dass man beim etwaigen nächtlichen WC-Gang seinen Partner unweigerlich geweckt hat.
