The place is very clean and well maintained. The room is small but equipped with everything that is needed. The view is breathtaking. Excellent breakfast.

It would ve great to have a fan in the outside sitting area.

We stayed at Jonirene Seasands in Alappuzha yesterday. Honestly such a nice place - right on the beach, rooms are clean and very well maintained. Staffs are really supportive and polite, and the whole place is so calm and quiet. Perfect if you want to just relax away from all the rush. Breakfast was tasty too and all amenities were there. Really loved it. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach stay. Thanks a lot, will come again for sure!

Tout ! La totalité des lieux était impeccable, absolument rien à redire sur la propreté. Même les parois de la petite piscine, sans doute peu fréquentée en période de mousson, étaient immaculées. La literie très confortable, eau chaude et wifi, tout confort. La vue est magique, possibilité d’admirer le coucher de soleil depuis notre petit bout de plage privé, avec hamacs. Le petit déjeuné Keralais était délicieux, big up aux jus de fruits pressés ! Enfin notre hôte a été très minutieux et accueillant, je recommande très fortement cet établissement !!!

The property is right on the beach but has a fenced off section with hammocks so you can rest and relax without being hassled by anyone, it’s very safe, I’m a female solo traveller and it was the first time I’ve felt safe staying in India at a public accommodation.

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Es gibt einen tollen Strand und wir waren alleine nur Fischer und ein paar Einheimische gab es und ein herrlich warmes Meer. Achtung der Strand ist nicht richtig sauber es kommt leider der einiges an Müll aus dem Meer viele Flaschen und Plastikmüll. Und nie alleine ins Wasser fällt schnell ab und kann gefährlich werden. Wir haben den Besitzer kennengelernt und durften an unserem Abreisetag bis spät Nachmittags bleiben. Im Gegensatz zu unserem Anbieter DerTour bekamen wir Unterstützung. Bei unserer Rückreise die wg des Krieges nicht planmäßig stattfand. Das Essen war gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend. Danke an Bonny für alles was er organisiert hat: Taxi TukTuk Ayurveda…. Und und und. Herrlich zum Ausspannen. Vielen Dank

This was one of the best places we stayed in during our month in India. Lovely location right on the beach. Great room with good shower and AC. Nice shaded pool. It is a bit of a walk to the main road for restaurants, there is a resort with restaurant close by, however the dinner provided by the host was delicious. If you want a place to relax for a couple of days, with peace and quiet and the sound of waves, this is definitely the place to be.

Eine super gepflegte Anlage direkt am Strand. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, leckeres Abendessen. Das Bett groß und bequem. Ich möchte sofort wieder dorthin. Der Pool ist ein zusätzliches Plus, weil das Meer mit Vorsicht zu genießen ist.

Great and very helpful staff, great location with the beach directly in front of the house. Wonderful breakfast and dinner which was adjusted vegan for me.

Set on the beach, peaceful and relaxing. You can walk along the beach to the local restaurants. The host and staff were excellent. We booked this very last minute so we’re delighted with our choice

The stay was super exciting and awesome. The staffs and services were too good and helpful. The experience and the ambiance was also beautiful. Will surely visit again.

Almost everything was upto the mark. The only thing that can be improved is the wifi speed and the bandwidth since many devices may have connected to the same device, the wifi was slow.

Bonney us very nice and helpful, must visit place and has a nice sea view...very serene and calm. Food and cleanliness is top notch!

A perfect stay for family.. nice location.. beach front.. care takers paul and aswin gets a shout out for their exceptional hospitality.. clean and comfortable rooms.. value for money.. would happily recommend..

After receiving booking confirmation we travelled 2 and half hours and reached the property by 8.30pm and the staff says bachelors are not allowed. And we were in the middle of a rural area searching for a new room by night after trusting booking.com and this property acceptance email. If you are bachelor never ever go to this property

We had a truly memorable stay in Jonerene Seasands. We stayed for one night with my two teenager boys aged 18 and 13 and a 6 year old girl. They enjoyed the music,sands and beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a delicious breakfast of puri and curry by the sea side was a peace and satisfying experience. The location is perfect - close to the beach with stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. The atmosphere felt serene and refreshing making it an ideal escape. The staff were very attentive. I would defenetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea and sand. Can't wait to return.

Very pleasant stay.

The stay at this place is ultimate peace. The staff is well mannered and very helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone who would like to spend quality time of their busy life.

The location near to the beach is the best part. It feels like you are on a private beach. The beach is not flat so not recommended to go in and play with water.

I wish Rooms and bathrooms could be a bit bigger.

Marvelous rest at Jonirene Seasands, you've got: beach in 100 meters, serene and calm atmosphere, home-cooked food at reasonable price, AC, proper shower (hard to find in India) and clean facility. And to mention - Bonnie, the hotel owner - one of the most hospitable people I've seen - thank you so much! Hoping to come back soon

Boney is an excellent host and runs this wonderful guesthouse very well. It is in a beautiful location, with sea views and a lovely beach. The rooms are very clean and well equipped, and there are plenty of spots to sit outside in the sun or shade and enjoy the views. I did not need to leave as all meals were available on request and prepared to an excellent standard. All the staff are very polite and professional. There is also a small pool to cool off when the beach is too hot! The location is very quiet, in between Allepey and Marari, tuktuks are easily available to get around. A big thank you to Boney for his kindness and caring nature.

The location is breathtaking and the staff was very helpful with organising everything. Small, cozy, quiet, comfortable. And the dinner we ordered was delicious. Loved the outdoor space of the property.

The place is great, directly on the beach it guarantees a nice breakfast with a view. It has everything I needed, fan, air conditioner, big fridge, clean sheets and bathroom, sunchairs, umbrellas, courteous staff... I was able to borrow a bicycle and Boney took me shopping on his scooter. Everything was perfect.

The only minor drawback is that you have to pay cash or gpay. But I got a scooter ride to an ATM - so no real complaints. Heads up - there's not much to do in the immediate proximity, the area and the beach are very quiet.

The staff was amazing, professional, friendly and also were able to accommodate all our requirements and needs.

The place is isolated and slightly away from the main beach, so if anyone visiting must know that it's a relaxing and vacation place with not much to do around the property. Couldn't swim in the sea since the beach was steep and high risk so swimming is not recommended or allowed.

The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The location was something that we were looking for - quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What was really great was the hospitality and welcome of the staff that made our stay even more memorable. Boney was very helpful and attentive to any requests. Ashwin and Shyam prepared great Kerala style meals. We look forward to coming back again.

Everything was perfect. We did not find anything we did not like.

Very nice place with a great beach view, nice pool and very friendly staff. Every dat we could see the local fishermen heading out and coming back.
