El lugar estaba bien ubicado, cercano al pueblo y con adecuada señalética para llegar. Habitación limpia, equipada con lo necesario. Cuenta con calefacción y con vistas al lago. Lo recomiendo

Estaba todo súper, creo que el único punto a considerar es la ubicación. Si bien a nosotros no nos afectó ya que arrendamos un vehículo y la distancia era mucho menor, pero si consideran caminar es un poco más alejado

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Hermoso lugar, camas súper cómodas y todo muy limpio! Recomiendo muchísimo pasar la estadía en este lugar. También al despertarse van a encontrarse con una hermosa vista!!! Queda cerca del centro donde van a encontrar lugares para hacer excursiones, comer y comprar lo necesario.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Las vistas eran increíbles al Lago General Carrera. Miguel nos atendió estupendamente durante todos los días del alojamiento. La habitación era enorme y tenía los elementos necesarios para poder hacer alguna cosa de comida. Vimos cóndores desde la habitación, algo que no tiene precio.
Aunque en la entrada había una estufa de leña encendida siempre, ese calor no llegaba a las habitaciones, las cuales cuentan con aire acondicionado, pero sentimos que no era suficiente para calentar la estancia y era bastante incómodo tenerlo encendido todo el tiempo. Si el calor de la chimenea llegara, sería de 10.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Lugar hermoso, cómodo y súper limpio. Ideal para descansar en Puerto Río Tranquilo. Destaco lo amable de su administradora Beatriz , muy dispuesta a ayudar y el personal que está en el recinto también muy amable.
Sería ideal que pudiesen tener desayuno, pero igual tiene para cocinar y ellos también facilitan algunas bebidas e incluso huevos frescos que puedes tomar.

Die Zimmer haben eine kleine Kochzeile und ausreichend Geschirr, sodass man sich auch gut selbst Essen kochen kann. Besonders loben möchte ich die Besitzer. Wir hatten einen platten Reifen, und sie haben sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben, uns bei diesem Problem zu helfen und eine Lösung zu finden. Nochmals vielen, vielen Dank dafür – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich

Es un único ambiente muy bien distribuido con zona de cocina y comedor. Cama y almohadas mullidas Calefaccionar mediante aire.. El casero Miguel, muy atento s nuestros requerimientos
Faltan algunas luminarias sobre el comedor y la cocina. Se podria mejorar un poco el camino de ingreso al complejo.. De noche y con un autoff bajo se puede complicar el acceso. Precio un poco alto

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Balconies have beautiful view over the lake, and small kitchen area has big windows so this is always in view. Easy comms with owners, and helpful throughout. It felt nicely removed from town, giving good views of stars at night. Consistent warm showers for both of us.
The generator / fan outside has a deep rumble in the middle of the night. It didn't stop us sleeping, but is noticeable. The floodlights for the car park are a bit brighter than needed (given the location is so good for stargazing), albeit the opposite side to the balconies.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026We were given a brand new cabin with a balcony for an amazing view. The cabin is large with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and more. The staff was very efficient and helpful and helped us with ideas for trips around the area.
There is no reception office and the service guy on site Miguel was very nice and helpful with everything but only speaks Spanish. This was not much of a problem as the wonderful Beatriz speaks excellent English and was in touch with us at all times and for all our needs.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026This is one of the most stunning cabins I have ever stayed in. But before talking about the setting I want to praise Beatriz, the owner or manager. I never met her in person, but she was so incredibly responsive and helpful at all times and no matter how insignificant the issue. I was so grateful to have such a responsive host given all the challenges of driving in this part of Chile. As to the cabin, it is perched high on the hills outside of town with absolutely stunning views out over the lake and to the distant mountains. I felt as though I could sit there and just watch the light, the clouds, the sky change minute by minute and not be bored. The cabin is not especially large, but it has absolutely anything you would need. The bed is comfortable, room service keeps the rooms clean, and the staff is very friendly. We loved our stay here. Thank you, Beatrice and thank you to all of you. Who work there.

Location is a few km out of town but that is a good thing as Puerto Rio Tranquil is a busy place and its is absolutely quiet up on the hill overlooking the lake. They had hotwater, instant coffee/tea and even eggs in the lobby. Fridge was handy.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025השירות של מיגל, איזבל והבעלים ביאטריס היה יוצא דופן בייחוד כאשר נקלענו למקרה רפואי שהצריך טיפול אחרי שעזבנו והצוות ובראשם איזבל וביאטריס עזרו רבות. מעבר לזה החדר היה נקי מאד, הנוף יפה מאד, הדירה חדשה, יפה ומודרנית וכלבת המשפחה בלה מתוקה אמיתית. חויית לינה נהדרת בעיירה טרניקילו
אפשר לשפר התאורה בחדר בייחוד באיזור של חדר הארונות ולעיתים טמפרטורת המים במקלחת השתנתה מקרים לחמים וההיפך באמצע המקלחת.

Camera con tutti i comfort, compresa una piccola cucina e un tavolo con fornello incorporato stupendo. Ci ha ricevuto un affettuoso cagnolino con il suo gentile padrone Michelangelo. La fatina di casa inoltre gentilissima e premurosa! Grazie mille!

Desde un primer momento se pone en contacto su dueña para indicar los pasos para el ingreso. La cabaña es realmente nueva, con calefacción y AA. Dispone de una linda cocinita y heladera para cuando se llega tarde o cansado de los recorridos. Por último, y lo más importante, la vista es hermosa y un placer ver el lago y las montañas de fondo

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025We loved our stay! We arrived later on the day and were immediately greeted by Miguel, the host who explained everything for us and was always a great help. The cabin was amazing! The views of the lake are breathtaking, the interior is very cozy and we felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable, in the little kitchenette, you find everything for a basic dinner and the wifi was working smoothly. The bathroom was very clean and tasteful as the whole apartment!
Nothing to complain but to be aware of: we would recommend to have a car, as the cabin is located a bit outside of the village.

La habitación tenía una vista increíble, amplia e iluminada. La “cocina” contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar. El baño me precio cómodo y limpio. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

Kleine Anmerkung: Wir hätten uns noch ein Geschirrtuch oder ein Küchentuch gewünscht.
