The owner was so hospitable and kind. We had some adjustments regarding the check in and out and she was so understanding about it. The houses are super new. The appliances are above my expectation. Security of the place is adequate. Overall experience is a solid 10/10

Since we arrived early evening, looking for the property was a bit challenging. The signage could have been a little bigger to help travelers find it more easily. Plus the toilet had no lock. 🥲

Cabagnow Homestay is a hidden gem, set in tranquil grounds with a staff who are so friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer.

Roughly a 15 minute walk to the town centre, but there are lots of tuktuks available.

As a traveler love the the overall place, quite spacious rooms fits perfectly for families, delicious breakfasts been served and hospitable staff. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Really enjoyed the kitchen. We wanted to cook at home and the stove helped immensely. Property is also close to the beach, has a nice restaurant and close enough to town to be able to get all of our ingredients quickly

Our stay at Cabagnow Homestay was nothing short of amazing 💛 From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—super warm, approachable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel their genuine care for guests. We rented both a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom unit, and everything was spotless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a big family like ours. Plus, the free breakfast and steady water supply made our stay even more convenient. Location-wise, it’s a gem—just a short walk to Cabagnow Cave and only about 5–7 minutes to the beach. Everything you’d want to explore is right there. What made it even more special is how family-friendly the place is. We had toddlers with us, as well as my 81- and 85-year-old parents, and everyone had a smooth, hassle-free stay. The highlight? The owner surprised my dad with a birthday cake and soft drinks during his celebration 🥹 That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. They also have a grill and restaurant just infront, really convenient and superb food! We truly fell in love with this place—the people, the service, and the overall experience. We really enjoyed our stay, there's a cute resturant there as well, and you're super close to the beach. The staff is amazing, and super helpful. We will def come back soon!

Food at restaurant was great, all the staff were excellent and were focused on making the stay there a pleasant experience. Would defiantly stay there again if I get a chance to make it back to Anda. A special thanks to Christine and Grace for their exceptional service.

It is good for family trips. Location is also accessible along the area. 2mins drive from the beach. The staffs are also friendly and approachable. Very recommended!!!

La casita super limpia. Con todo lo necesario para vivir. La cocina, nevera, agua refrigerads.....ducha en un cuartito y el w.c. y lsvabo en otro. Aire acondicionado y ventilador. El restaurante estupendo. Y el pueblo es maravilloso

Отличный просторный гостевой дом в Анде рядом с пещерой Кабагнов. Полностью оборудованная кухня с большим холодильником. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Хороший завтрак в кафе рядом. Хороший Wi-Fi, большой телевизор. До ближайшего пляжа метров 300, но пляж некупабельный с плохим дном.

Завтрак в кафе готовят очень долго.

Tout , c'est parfait . Le petit déjeuner au top. Le personnel est au top. Cela fait la 2eme fois que l'on sejourne là bas. Rien à dire.

Good location right by the cave pools and close to downtown. Breakfast was good, with an option of eggs, ham, pancakes… with a juice and hot drink. We would have enjoyed some fruits but it was already very decent. We had a lovely little covered patio with a table next to our bungalow, was nice to spend evening there. They have restaurant, and cheap pizza which was convenient. Well equipped house.

When we arrived, the lady had prepared only 1 bungalow for 4 when we had booked 2 for 8, but it wasn’t a big deal, just felt not really welcome and we had to make a few amendments to accommodate everyone. There was a bit of mold in our 1bed bungalow. Quite noisy (roosters, dogs, road), but mostly was the case everywhere in the Philippines. Bed not the most comfortable but ok. Not exactly a real bathroom, just a shower in one room, and toilet with small sink in other..

La gentillesse des personnes qui nous ont accueillis du restaurant qui est collé au logement

Presque tout … Pas très honnête, le propriétaire a validé la réservation et nous a annoncé après qu’il y avait des travaux à côté de la maison, mais une fois la réservation faite pour l’annuler pas de remboursement, nous aurions apprécié qu’il nous l’indique avant, nous n’aurions pas réservé … heureusement que ce n’était que pour 2 jours .. Lors de la réservation, nous nous sommes fiés aux commentaires et photos booking mais qui correspondent aux 2 autres maisons qui sont derrières … Le prix est en effet raisonnable pour une petite maison mais ce n’est pas pour ça que nous avons loué, nous cherchons la tranquillité, loupé ! Maison en bord de route qui mène à une petite plage public sans aucun restaurant ou bar mais avec du passage, collée à l’arrière cuisine et au restaurant qui nous y accueille, avec tous les bruits qui vont avec mixeur , personnel qui se parlent fort (photo 1 vue de la chambre), travaux qui vont durer puisqu’ils construisent une 4 eme maison qui sera elle aussi collée au 3 autres, programme marteau piqueur certes à partir de 9h (photo 2) mais si vous voulez rester dans la maison tranquille pas possible, dans le détail Booking, terrasse extérieur indiquée, oui dans les maisons 2 chambres derrières mais pas dans la nôtre qui était d’1 chambre (photo 3 vue de la cuisine ), petit déjeuné très léger, café omelette toast dans le restaurant collé à la maison où un second café soluble vous coûtera 80 pesos ou une bière 90 pesos, pas donné par rapport au prix philippins, pas un sachet café mis à disposition dans la maison lors de notre arrivée comme ce qu’on a eu dans les 6 autres logements que nous avons fait avant celui là , pas de Climatisation dans parties communes (juste une dans la chambre), j’ai été obligé de demander un torchon pour la cuisine puisqu’il n’y en avait pas à disposition … Bref, pour éviter la même déconvenue aux prochains locataires, j’ai préféré énumérer tous ces problèmes …

The bungslow was very big. Everything eas clean and well mantained. The owners where extremly helpfull.

This accommodation is amazing! A beautiful, large, and very clean house, with wonderful breakfasts served in the restaurant. Everything you could possibly need is available. The staff were extremely friendly, always asking if we needed anything, and we always received exactly what we asked for. It is a peaceful and beautiful place. There is a cave and a beach nearby. We also rented a motorbike, which was like brand new. I also enjoyed a manicure and pedicure, which were done right on the terrace in front of the house. There was also a free laundry service available – our clothes were always returned clean, nicely folded, and smelling fresh. We will definitely come back one day and highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We already miss this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay. 💙

Nous avons vraiment passé un bon moment en séjour à Cabognow. La maison est propre, la réception est super, le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix et c'est vraiment bon. C'est une maison entière, tout ce dont vous avez besoin était là ! Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % parce que même notre fille de 8 ans a adoré rester et aimerait revenir pour nos prochaines vacances. Le personnel était vraiment gentil, toujours souriant et poli ! La propriétaire était vraiment gentille et sympathique, elle s'est vraiment assurée que tout allait bien pendant notre séjour ! We had our own one bedroom apartment. Comfortable and clean. Complete kitchen. Great WiFi too. Best of all was the staff (Chris, Jenny and Niño). They made sure that our stay was fantastic. And also the owner JC made us feel right at home - super friendly lady. *And you have to order the chicken curry. Best version of it that I've tasted in The Philippines!! Todo, la casa muy auténtica, con todo lo necesario, es como si fueras a tu casa de campo, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y da buena vibra. Todas las personas que nos atendieron maravillosas, el desayuno fantástico y relación calidad precio diría que de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. Vinimos manchados de barro chocolate hills ya que hicimos una actividad con quads y nos lavaron la ropa por un módico precio. El bar súper bien de precio y el desayuno muy bueno con variedad filipina. La ubicación muy cerca de la playa y al lado de la piscina de la cueva que es una pasada.

Its a really clean and nice appartement.. But the real reason for the 10* review is because of owners from the homestay.. They are so friendly and want to help you with everything.. You also have a hut outside to relax at.. its quite big and would be able to fit 8+ people easily if needed I recommend everybody to come check out this place

The boiler was not working, so only cold water.

Could do with a bed side lamp and a top blanket on the bed, because if you don't know how to set up the ac it can get cold at night. Also the shower didn't work, had to use the bucket for a wash.

We like that the place is complete with everything you need, with kitchen, we can prepare our meals and there is also a restaurant to order food. The place is clean. The AC is great, the bed and beddings and towel are nice quality, and smells good. The staff are friendly. The rate is affordable. The free breakfast is also great, very generous. Walking distance to a public beach and Cabagnow Cave.

A beautiful villa 300 meters from the beach. The property has all the accessories for an independent holiday. Even though there is air conditioning, we did not need it at night

Lovely comfortable property! The beds were comfy, air con worked well and the shower was hot. The surrounding gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The owners were the friendliest people we have met in the Philippines and really made our stay amazing. They cooked us breakfast every morning and we also had some lovely meals in their restaurant. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week here. The house is big and had a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, good aircon. The shower was the best in the Philippines so far. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. We wanted a kitchen but hardly used it as they have a little resto bar on site and the food was gorgeous, we had their prawns nearly every day. The location is perfect for Anda beach and Talisay beach is only a 5min walk away. Would definitely recommend.
