Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Kleine aber feine Wohnung im Nebengebäude des Gastgeberhauses. Ausstattung komplett inkl. Küchenzeile und Ofen mit Backröhre. Waschmaschine für kleine Wäsche vorhanden, allerdings wird es mit dem Wäscheständer im Bad dann etwas eng. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Checkin mit Schlüsselbox. Bei meiner Ankunft war aber zufällig der sehr freundliche Gastgeber im Garten anwesend.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem was mach braucht, um sich ein paar Tage aufzuhalten und sich selbst Essen zu kochen. Gemütlich fand ich das Bett, das das kleine Zimmer in seiner Breite ausfüllt (wäre schön zu zweit....) Konnte mir schönes Essen mit Bratkartoffeln zubereiten. Nicht zu vergessen: in den Wochen vor und nach Sommeranfang wird es nachts nicht mehr dunkel - das Zimmer kann man entsprechend verdunkeln.

There is nothing I didn't like - this was my second stay here and I had no hesitation choosing this apartment again. Might be useful to include a folding clothes dryer to complement the washing machine.

The bedroom was a bit cozy - but we expected that anyway looking at the pictures beforehand.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026J'ai eu la sensation d'être chez moi instantanément, au moment où je suis entrée dans l'appartement. Il est vraiment confortable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, c'est calme et chaleureux. La communication avec l'hôte (à distance) s'est très bien passée, il était réactif. J'ai pu arriver et quitter les lieux en transports en commun. Il est possible de marcher jusqu'au lac et d'accéder à de très beaux points de vue à pieds. Si vous voulez aller faire les plus belles randonnées du coin il faut un véhicule (plateau de Hardanger, mais la randonnée est possible seulement à partir de juin de toute façon).

Koffiezetapparaat, dat het met specifieke cups moest die je niet mee hebt op vakantie. Een gewone filter koffie machine zou beter zijn. Ook deed de stop in de gootsteen het niet, waardoor afwassen niet makkelijk was. Een afwasteil zou een goede toevoeging zijn.

It was not very easy to understand how the keybox should work. If a code lock is mounted directly next to the front door, one would assume that a correct code will open the door. It was not clear enough where the physical key was located.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024This is a fantastic little apartment, well-kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Peter thought of everything, and even had a surprise for me in the fridge (as it was my birthday). Very neat and clean, all arrangements well-communicated, bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in on this trip. Even a hairdryer, washing machine, and coffee pod machine (first one on the house). Wish I could stay there longer, as Rauland and surrounds seems worth a visit.
Perfectly suited me as solo traveller, would even have been fine for a couple. Perhaps a bit off the main tourist routes, but suited me just fine!

I very enjoyed staying here (2 days), so I can highly recommend this place, because: - The host is super friendly and helpful (although I only communicated with him via textmessages/booking because of my late arrival) - The whole apartment is very clean and you can feel that this is important for the owner that this is like this (and this is great for me as a person who has a thing for cleanliness) - Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, so I didnt miss anything I hope to stay here one day again. Thank you very much!

Location also great - gas station and supermarket in a few minutes walks. Apartment itself is very cozy and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Warm floor even in bathroom. Hair dryers for every type of hair. Defently recomend
