Reviewed Mar 29, 2026El alojamiento ofrece un ambiente tranquilo, ideal para el descanso (al menos durante mi estadía domingo y lunes). Las habitaciones se encontraban limpias y bien organizadas, y el lugar cuenta con facilidades adecuadas de parqueo.
Al momento del check-in no había personal disponible para recibirnos, lo que nos obligó a esperar aproximadamente 30 minutos estacionados en la calle sin obtener respuesta a llamadas telefónicas ni a intentos de contacto en el lugar. Tuvimos que retirarnos hacia el pueblo y, posteriormente, nos facilitaron el número del encargado, lo que permitió resolver la situación al regresar. Esta experiencia genera inquietud sobre cómo se manejaría una eventual emergencia. En cuanto al servicio al cliente, aunque el personal muestra disposición y amabilidad, considero que existen oportunidades importantes de mejora en la atención y la comunicación. Adicionalmente, se aplica un cargo extra del 8% por pagos con tarjeta de crédito que no estaba claramente informado previamente, lo cual debería manejarse con mayor transparencia.

The beautiful local plants and flowers on the property were a lovely enhancement. The ease of having your own dedicated parking spot. Close to the town center via vehicle and positioned to get great Mountain View’s.
I agree with other reviews that a porch in the individual casitas to provide a view of the mountains would be a dream. Service and comfort however are prioritized, we will definitely return.

Shower head mount for wall was broken, so we had to improvise. One of our towels had a large hole in it. It would be nice if they could include a hand cloth for the bathroom sink. Communication with host could be improved. Neighbors are noisy and their dogs don’t stop barking…

Reviewed Aug 15, 2024This is such a cute property and the hosts were wonderful and helpful! The little villas are very quaint and cosy. The area was really peaceful. It's a bit far from town, but we decided to walk in via the back roads and have a little hike on the way. Scenery is beautiful and there's a fancy hotel and restaurant about a 15min walk away which has a spectacular view. It took us about 45min to hike to town and then we took a taxi back at the end of the day. Really super helpful hosts were on hand for any issues we had and gave some good local recommendations.
The construction of the villas is a little bit disappointing with doors not fitting very well, cupboards that didn't close properly and other little building flaws which is such a shame because they look so gorgeous! There's also an incredible view at the back of the villas, yet the only window in that direction is in the bathroom, which is sad! A highlight window above the bed would be incredible, you could look out and see the mountains as though in a picture frame! Overall it's a cute and comfortable place to stay, but there are lots of little design and construction flaws that are a shame for such a lovely little place.
