Location

Very, very, very noisy family next door. Sounded like the proverbial herd of elephants. Thumping, banging, voices from the minute we arrived. Very thin joining wall with zero acoustic qualities. Unsure how one family could make so much noise continuously. Only up side was that it did not go overnight.

Really comfy huge bed. Around the corner from the saltwater Lido. Managed to have a swim one evening.

Really could do with somewhere to eat inside as there were mosquitoes outside. Think it’s fine if you’re barbecuing and can sit out but not very easy to eat in. There is a dining table but it’s in the bedroom with the TV on it. Would make much more sense to have the dining table in the kitchen bit and then just a TV stand in the bedroom.

Wir waren gleich nach unserer Ankunft in NZ 4 Nächte im Saltwater Studio zum Akklimatisieren. Das war perfekt. Sehr nahe am Wasser und dem Wanderweg gelegen. Saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft.

Etwas weit vom Ortskern entfernt gelegen. 20-30 min Fußweg bis zu den ersten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Property was very clean and comfortable with Mountain View’s. Only a five minute drive into town which had a good variety of shops.

We liked everything. The only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to operate the air fryer which would have been a huge bonus to people like us who do not have one. Tried googling it but make and model did not deliver.

Really lovely accommodation - spacious, comfortable and has a huge bed! The host has decorated the space really nicely. There's no key for access - the host sends you a code to use on the door, much more convenient. There were extras such as beach chairs we could use which was a nice touch.

We could hear a bit of noise from the family living next door as the walls are quite thin, but luckily it was only during the day not overnight.

We would have liked a stove top or gas hon to cook on

The bed was large and comfy

The walls were paper thin. There was no table and chairs No a lot of room to prepare meals

The studio was perfect for our needs with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the comfy bed, kitchen facilities and sundries like towels and deck chairs !

A lovely place to stay. Lots of room, squeaky clean, extremely comfortable and great location. It was quiet and private and the host was very friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Great spot! Huge bedroom & HUGE bed! Lovely bathroom ( loved the sliding shower door) everything was tasteful. Alison is a great host, very friendly.

Not a problem for a night or 2, but no cooking facilities other than a microwave ( which is handy) & no proper sink to wash up other than the bathroom ( although Alison has a container to put dirty dishes in & they magically would get cleaned!)

The location was great as it was relatively close to Abel Tasman NP, which was our focus for 2 days. It was a quiet, neighborhood street with plenty of on street parking. The room was spacious and we also had an enclosed porch to hang out in with lots of windows for natural light.

Nice location. Nice hosts. Small studio but has all the necessary amenities.

Relaxing, quiet, great location and a host, Ali, who was wonderful. Having lived in Motueka for almost four years, I knew the area well and wanted to be by the ocean and Saltwater bath. Easy access to Nelson, Kaiteriteri, Marahau Takaka and other destinations, made this an ideal choice. Don't book a night, book at least three to see the best of the area. Enjoy your visit.

A very well set up Lounge/Conservatory area, big bedroom and bathroom.

A table and chairs would be a useful addition.

Kitchen appliances ( kettle, toaster breadboard and crockery) allowed us to make breakfast. Fridge stocked with milk and water and good tea/ coffee supply.

Blackout blinds would have made for a longer sleep.

Lovely decor and furniture. Very comfortable super king bed. Close to walking trails lagoon and ocean. Our hostess was very nice and helpful.

Excellent facilities in the kitchen and well laid out just needed a blind to shade the kitchen area on a very hot day.

Fabulous accommodation in all aspects, could find no fault. Close to the beach and walking tracks.

No real cooking facilities although there was a microwave and bbq. Was quite a way from shops and restaurants for evening meal, but didnt really bother us.

Perfect acomodation. Alison was a great host, get us some useful tips as well. Great locality Just few steps from Janie Sedon wreck ship (1.3 km)

Clean and thoughtful extras

Spotlessly clean, huge comfy bed, fruit, water, tea, coffee and milk supplied, plenty of toiletries and towels. Alison was very helpful and friendly. Nice walks nearby. Good information supplied. Table and chairs outside.

We had to eat lunch and dinner out every day or get takeaways as it was too difficult to prepare and cook our own meals without a full kitchen. TV was hard to operate.

Spaciousness, clean and high-quality bathroom facility. Good channel selection through the TV setup

TV screen size was too small, lack of kitchen sink in the coffee and tea making area.
