Comfortable stay lovely and quiet

Very pretty location. Owners very welcoming. Nice to have tea, offer and milk available.

The location is perfect, welcoming and tidy. Shower water pressure is perfect.

The slight elevation in the floor from the wood to tiled, caught us out so many times. The shower tray slopes too much, even with the provided plastic mat I still slipped but I'm picking at holes really

Petit logement mais où tout est compris : petite cuisine fonctionnelle, tv... Facile d'accès en voiture et pas loin de Waterford, de la côte, de la rivière Suir...

L'absence de volets ou rideaux occultant la lumière pour la porte d'entrée. Un petit détail qui pourrait rendre le logement meilleur !

It was an easy stay and they had a washing machine, which helped us to get our cloth back into shape!

Das kleine Cottage ist ausreichend geräumig für 2 Personen, die Lage ist gut, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick in die Natur. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei einem Problem direkt geholfen. Wir hatten nämlich übersehen, dass es in der Unterkunft keine Herdplatten gibt und da wir alles zum Kochen mitgebracht hatten, bekamen wir auf Nachfrage ohne lange zu zögern eine Campingkocher mit 2 Platten. Danke

Das man zum Einkaufen ein bisschen fahren musste.

Warm and spacious

Had trouble with tv - couldn't get regular channels Also had trouble with combined washer/dryer - seemed to take a very long time - perhaps instructions would help.

Found this beautiful place in a quiet location, with wonderful views from the Window and a very friendly owner at the main property. The property had all the essentials for a long stay and there is a lot to do in the area of Waterford Ie. Great parking and a great place 👏

Good size space with everything you'd need for a few nights away

Slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Communicated this with the host. Hopefully it will be rectified.

Host was very responsive and easy to talk too.

The hot water ran out even though it was advertised as having hot water all day. Found out the host had timed it for the water to be on only through late afternoon and evening with a hot water tank for storage. But we had a lie in and wanted showers in the morning. Even after it was boosted the hot water took hours to come back, which resulted in my daughter dealing with soap in her hair for an uncomfortable length of time.

Brilliant self service cottage, had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Very clean and modern.

Only thing I found was that the duvet was a bit cold for a late September stay, so maybe having an extra duvet for winter months would be needed

Quiet location safe parking.

Lack of television channel not everyone has an Netflix account or signed up to YouTube.

Epic stay all round

It wes freezing had to sleep with pyjamas and slippers on it was that cold plus we had to leave a day early and weren't even offered compensation for day we had to leave as we had to go home as something happened at home I thought we should have been offered something after all it dear enough

Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication was good and easy to navigate. I only stayed there one night and found it peaceful and quiet. Well worth the stay.

Location

Bathroom: The shower base felt very slippery, shower doors didn't meet so water sprayed out onto the floor, no shower mat for the floor, and very little room to manoeuvre.

Size and comfortable

Loads of room, very comfy bed Just be aware its a tiny bit dark on the very short walk to the accommodation, phone torch was useful

This little place is a gem, everything was spotless and so quiet and peaceful to relax in.

Nothing

Conveniently located. Independent from the main house so it was very private. Very quiet. Bed was comfy. Facilities were very clean and it looked newly decorated or renovated. It’s a one room appartement with a small seating area, a bed, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a private bathroom. I only used the bed and bathroom but i can imagine how convenient it would be as a home base for a couple on holidays. Very well put together.

The place was very cold despite a working small electric heater, it felt very chilly, even in bed. Also the main door is a glass door, although it’s privacy glass, light is coming in the morning, bed get an eye mask. Lastly as it’s a self catering apartment there was no breakfast included and i thought for that price, it would have been a nice to have.

Great instructions on getting there, parking and dog friendly. Lovely welcome gift of mince pies and a fully stocked cupboard. Plus a small milk left for us which was so thoughtful.

Costly warm on arrival.

Bearing in mind this was rated as ‘superb on booking .com, WiFi very poor to nonexistent, TV not set up. No hairdryer, hob, oven. Toaster not working. Poorly stocked and plates stored essentially on ground in kitchen units without shelves. Small hotel room sized fridge. No storage in bathroom. Plastic and tags left on new items. I’m sure when it’s properly set up it will be comfortable.

Everything was very clean, accessable, comfortable. Great location, very quite and we had a superb stay and would highly recommend.

The wifi didn’t work and this was not a new issue. If it doesn’t work please advertise it that way as it cost us 26 dollars to use ours for a day. This is the only negative
