Had to wait for breakfast till 9.30. Even without tea or coffee. Tourists need to drive off to tourist places early. They lure us saying free breakfast with upsetting and unfriendly staff. Food service is hopeless

Room was clean but felt a bit small. Location is slightly tricky to reach but it is not a problem, just follow their instructions to avoid steep roads. Balcony provides part of the mountain view and city view which was good to watch in the evening and early mornings

Reviewed Oct 10, 2024We chose this hotel because of the great reviews, but we didn’t have the best experience. There was waterproofing work going on in our room, and it wasn’t very clean. We booked three rooms on the ground floor, and they all had the same cleanliness issues. On the bright side, the staff were helpful and gave us hot water when we asked, since there was no electric kettle in the rooms. Overall, we had high hopes, but the stay didn’t meet our expectations. We hope the hotel can fix these problems for future guests.

The hotwater is available during certain time in morning and evening. you have to ask the owner to switch it on if it's outside these timings. The rooms were mid-sized. Balconies were too small and the view wasn't great.
